If I could give zero stars I would. They are thieves!!!! If you plan on switching dont. They have the worst customer service and will avoid giving your money back and your calls and complaints after the within day return service. (once you figure out their service sucks). Trust me, I rarely complain about a company but this was worth my time to inform others out there that believe they are getting a good deal. you're not!
Even after I cut away from sprint they kept charging late fees to my account. I cut ties with them after years of service. So after 6 months of no sprint I still got charged. The bill was never even close to what they said it'd be. Then they just took it out my bank account. Sprint even charged hundreds of dollars just for leaving them. The representative I spoke with gave me the run around and said there's nothing that can be done. That's b

Call for promotion and then when I start talking about current coverage hangs up without a word

Sprint replaced my phone with a pink one when I ordered blue and has now ignored me for 2 weeks as I try to get it fixed.
WISH there was a way to put zero stars. Sprint is absolutely terrible. I had them for over three years and it was nothing but problems after problems. I had mentioned cancelling my plan and they went ahead and cancelled it and I asked to set up a payment plan for paying the hefty amount I knew I would owe but NOTHING was set up or no paper trail was found so it was my word against theirs basically. Called them and was on the phone for over an HOUR. Supervisor refused to speak to me because he knew what I was saying was the truth and I had a valid point that they shouldn’t have taken the $900 from my account when I tried to make payments and it was shown I tried too but it wouldn’t process on their end so I had to get refunded back my money. So overall I’m screwed out of $900 and they don’t really care cause they got their money. They didn’t try to fix the situation and said it was in collections but really it wasn’t because the gentleman I first spoke to out of the 4 people I had spoken too said it wasn’t in collections. So they are liars and something needs to be done

No Service, No Help!
Been having issues with my service since the end of March on 2 phones right after paying my bill. I’ve missed a promotional call. Have lost jobs. I’ve called back numerous times as instructed since they can’t call you back. I’ve had my issue escalated numerous times and with each escalation a new promise to be reimbursed and the problem fixed in a short period of time. I have dropped my plan down because I couldn’t use all my services and was given a partial credit last month to go toward the bill. Reluctantly I stayed believing that Boost would make it right as they told me. I was told before I paid my last bill if I was still having issues another month later they would credit this Month’s bill for the inconvenience. I was offered $25 and a lower plan and was told I wouldn’t be reimbursed as I keep being told with the tower down. I was also told I wasn’t offered this. Every time I call I’m lied to. Even the first rep today told me I shouldn’t have to pay the bill since I have been having issues for such a long time with services. So I’m left to pay for a bill for two phones with partial service. I already picked up a WiFi bill to have the internet at least at home. Very disappointed and now I know Boost doesn’t care about its customers. It’s time to switch to another carrier who does. Wish it wasn’t suggested to me all those years ago.
This is the worst phone company I have ever dealt with!!! Nothing but lies. I paid off my lease yesterday and was told that reason my phone bill was so high was because they were charging me $33 for the lease, the guy I talk to yesterday said it would be taken? off this month. So went on my sprint app today and its still up that I owe for the phone and my bill is still high, so I contacted them again and was told the reason my bill is high still is because I have to pay extra because its part of the lease and the money I paid yesterday to pay the phone off has nothing to do with each other. WHAT!?!?! Do these people at sprint even know what they are doing???? Why do I need to pay that high monthly bill when I just paid the phone off??? I will be switching phone company ASAP!!!!!

Signed up for their credit card on a 6 month for 0% offer, I then received a bill with interest. When I called they said my offer of 0% only applies to sprint store purchases. I reviewed my contract and bill with Sprint , telling them that no where on my contract or bill does it say the offer only applies to sprint store purchases , they won’t budge. I’m just going to pay this card off and shred it , bunch of con artists.

They agreed to a lump sum credit. I waited a week to see the credit on my account and called again at which time the representative talked down at me and told me it was my fault.

Absolutely, hands down, the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Trying to make a long story short.....
*Purchased two phones through a rep at Walmart
*Purchased three more at Sprint store
*Merged the five lines into one contract
*Within first couple of days three of the two phones had certain carriers we couldn't call
*My husband was missing calls for work
*We could not call our children (who had the other phones)
*Decided to cancel after we were told in store "sometimes that happens"
*Three phones returned no problem at Sprint
*Walmart phones we were told BY SPRINT had already been returned
*Told all the lines were cancelled so they couldn't help us
*Walmart employee NOT A SPRINT REP spent FOUR hours straightening it out
*Got our money back (thank you Walmart for your patience and great customer service)
*Sprint started e-mailing about the Bill and to return our devices
*Spent hours with Sprint customer service trying to explain all items were returned
*Transferred from department to department each one telling us something different
*Still receiving kits in the mail
Mind you the purchase date was the 7th of May and the return date the 16th of May
I also still have a pending bill even though I was assured we owed nothing
AVOID SPRINT!!
