Their customer service is awful.
Paid off my iPhone weeks ago. Called Sprint and they said within 2 business days I would receive a code. Never received a code. Called again; same thing. Called three time after; same thing. It's now two almost two weeks and no code. Phone is completely paid off. In addition to calling seven times, I'v sent numerous private messages. All promise to fix the problem, but none do anything.
I'm now overseas. Paying tons of fees for making phone calls from a US phone number overseas. I now have to buy a new iPhone because the one I bought from Sprint in the US will not be unlocked. All told, Sprint will have cost me over $1800 dollars.
At this point since Sprint refuses to honor their contract after I paid off my phone, I now have to spend my time warning other military members about the Sprint Scam. #SprintstealsfromMilitary
I filed a complaint with the FCC against Sprint. Since then they’ve completely messed up my service and it will probably mark on my credit. They have the worst customer service. Causing me stress after my surgery. I got contacted by an analyst. I talked to her today and she was less than helpful. I wasn’t able to tell everything about my issues. Even knowing I have explained it so many times to people who do not speak English well. She didn’t let me finish. I spoke to a supervisor in the financial department yesterday who laughed at me. I told him about my health. He kept repeating the same thing to me like I was dumb. Very condescending and talking down to me. Like I was stupid because he speaks 6 different language. Meanwhile all I said was I can’t understand him and he can’t understand me. Since joining them. The service has been the worst. The first month I found out I wasn’t completely hooked to the network after being out of service for 3-4 days! After fixing that I still had the same issues! They gave me credit. The next month they decided to charge me double my bill. My bill went from 116 to 236. First they lied about me having another phone then they said I had a 150 dollars late charge. Which was also not true. Now my account is inactive because they decided to be spiteful over miscommunication. Jamie, the analyst that called me is not understanding and she’s incompetent as well. I’ve heard the service is bad but not this bad. The customer service is not even mediocre. More like a -5 out 10. They’re also holding me hostage after their mistakes. Now that I have no money to pay them until next month. They’re making up all the erroneous so called “information.” Their truths are so false. They were supposed to fix this yesterday and call me back after 2-3 hours. This was at 5pm. I even contacted people at 8 to see if they were still gonna called. They said yes! I didn’t receive anything. Whatever you do never get caught in their mess! They’re just as bad as they were 20 something years ago! I don’t know why I thought they had changed consider my friends in others states have issues with the towers all the the DAMN TIME! They’re like Metro PCS when they first came out. Even Metro PCS is better than them. Cricket, I could get a trac phone with better service but my technology skills and knowledge loves these type of smartphones. They’re spiteful and rude as hell. They keep repeating you can pay this! You realize if I could I would pay it! All the lies and broken promises. I’m sick of their false truths. They’re disgusting and slow. I spent two days on this. I have a heart condition and lupus plus other things. I’m stressed out to the point where I’ve almost passed out. My back and neck is hurting! They don’t want you to do anything but stay in their choke hold service. The land of hidden charges and throttling service!!!
On TV there is a promotion. Switch to Sprint and the promotion start at $35.00 plus cel. Well what do you know...It seems to be wrong. Read this chat I just had:Resize font

The manager "RICK" Teaches his staff how to scam customer's by telling them something is free then your bill states your being charged for those items ! Rick has a scam going with auto pay we're it supposed to lower your bill since he does it along with his staff they tell you your signed up ! Wrong not on auto pay late fees & a host of other charges popped up on my account . Rick & his new staff including his cute Lil lead floor girl sucks ,,,,,, SPRINT SHOULD FIRE THE STAFF AT THIS STORE & BRING IN CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SALES REPS THAT WILL NOT SCAM CUSTOMER'S

If I could give no stars I would! Misleading information signed up for a buy one get one free iPhone turned out that I was paying for both. Then tells me that in nj all phones must be turned in after they are fully paid for. This is not true and I have checked with other cellphone company’s. I was told three different things in two days
The customer service at this store is ridiculous. Specifically a worker name Bianca has repeatably disrespected countless costumers with her back talk, eye rolling, and has even spoken poorly about costumers while there were still in the store. I have not only been a witness to Bianca's poor attitude but I have also been an victim. On May 20th, 2019 I over heard Bianca speaking poorly about me when I was getting help from another employee.
Many Chula vista sprint users have had this similar experience and have discussed either switching carriers because of the poor customer service at that branch or speaking to the city to get it closed down.

Sprint was down for a month in north San Diego, several technician said we will compensate for down time, last week he said "we never said that" !
Still the voice quality is very bad, they don't care or admit and they charge you full price for half service!
They were suppose to install a software to filter so much scam callers daily (per FCC)

Sprint ran my credit after explicitly being told not to and then the representative told me my credit was not checked after I told her I received a notification about a new inquiry from Experian. There is an ad on their website homepage saying no credit checks when bringing your own device. The original representative, a credit representative and a credit leader were completely unaware of this. They told me all new lines had to go through a credit check. I've been on the phone with Sprint for 5 hours trying to get them to remove the hard inquiry from their impermissible credit report use.

I started Service here the end of last year. We absolutely loved the service. My husband fell ill and went blind and therefore we had lost income. I contacted sprint about this every month to make sure our account would be closed because as soon as we could we would make a payment towards our account. Come April, I spoke to a rep who said my account would not be closed and to call back with payment. I finally had income come in May and went to make a payment and come to find out my account had been closed. I brought my two iPhones to sprint to get service on them, fell behind on payments due to health issues, sprint closed my account and reported my personal iPhones as lost/stolen. No where in the contract did it state that my personal phones could be tagged for past due balances. I asked a manager in the escalation department how they could do this without it being written on the contact and his response was “I’m not sure, I know we can though”, I’m absolutely disgusted that sprint would lock my phone without me agreeing to terms that say so. I’m out an IPhone now and I’m absolutely upset and feel like they have stolen my personal belongings!!!
