Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

I started Service here the end of last year. We absolutely loved the service. My husband fell ill and went blind and therefore we had lost income. I contacted sprint about this every month to make sure our account would be closed because as soon as we could we would make a payment towards our account. Come April, I spoke to a rep who said my account would not be closed and to call back with payment. I finally had income come in May and went to make a payment and come to find out my account had been closed. I brought my two iPhones to sprint to get service on them, fell behind on payments due to health issues, sprint closed my account and reported my personal iPhones as lost/stolen. No where in the contract did it state that my personal phones could be tagged for past due balances. I asked a manager in the escalation department how they could do this without it being written on the contact and his response was “I’m not sure, I know we can though”, I’m absolutely disgusted that sprint would lock my phone without me agreeing to terms that say so. I’m out an IPhone now and I’m absolutely upset and feel like they have stolen my personal belongings!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I have been a customer of sprint for 4 years. I recently bought the galaxy s10+ the phone barely gets signal both data and talk. Sprint blames Samsung and Samsung blames sprint. Im the one stuck paying for a thousand dollar phone that works sometimes. And neither company it's taking the phone back. It's like sorry for your luck but you are stuck with it

I called four times! Thinking each time my phone service was getting disconnected, until I got another bill! The rodeo show they put you through and how Sprint clams they have so many loyal customers. The customers are kept hostage, it is a joke and not right the way they keep you as a customer with there lying, miss guiding, deceitful and forceful tactics...

I’m only giving 1 star because it won’t let me put 0! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Why did it take me 6 times to call and cancel my service? I spent 8 1/2 hours of my time just trying to get my service cancelled. It took 6 calls to actually get them to cancel my account. In the mean time they keep charging me for another month when it was suppose to be cancelled. It’s funny how my purchase option was $0 on my account and the first person I talked to told me the same thing. Sent me a kit for two of my phones. Then everyone after that gave me different amounts. Funny, how the 2 iPhone 6s are more then the 2 iPhone 7 that we got 2 years later!!! Sprint is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! Save yourself the headache, time, and stress and do yourself a favor and find a different company! Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a bunch of BULL

I been with sprint with sprint for 3 years and I was in the hospital sick for 4 months and I called for arrangements for payment. They was rud and nasty also hung multiple times even called me a liar.sprint has the worst customer care ever they talk over yelling at too no respect treat you like a dog .

If there was a way to leave less than one star I would. I had Sprint for 2 years and it was an issue every single day. Constant dropped calls and spotty service. I was lied to about my bill by the sales representative that I opened the account with at the store. Then when I called to inquire about it, the representatives at the call center were less than helpful. My account was hacked (the first time in my life that any account had been hacked before) numerous times, and each time I called the issue got worse and worse. My bill increased 4 times over the 2 years I had the service, and when I finally canceled and switched carriers, they hit me with a bill more than double my monthly payment. Spent hours calling trying to dispute and understand the charges, and was even told by one representative that it was my fault for not telling them I was leaving them. Sprint is officially the worst company I have ever had to do business with and I strongly recommend not using them.

Sprint has the WORST customer service and the WORST cell phone service. Most everything the sales person told me when I signed up was a lie and I ended up paying hundreds of dollars more than I should have thought the 18 months I had Sprint. I am glad to finally have canceled the service. Their final bill they sent me was filled with garbage fees that even a rep of their company could not explain. Stay as FAR away from Sprint as you can and beware!!!!

poor service, dropped calls, no calls, poor to no internet all in middle of 4g maps. overpriced and getting worse by the day. they charge people for a service you can only use half the time. as I wrote this on my laptop I was still waiting on a page to load online even after restarting phone as sprint loves to use that line.

#SPRINT SUCKS DROPPED CALLS INTERRUPTION WITH DATA TOOK ME 3 TIMES JUST TO DISCONNECT I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SPRINT FOR ANYONE I NEVER GOT A CREDIT EVEN WHEN IVE CALLED BILL WAS TOO HIGH FOR CRAP SERVICE. CANT SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY ALL SAY THEY ARE MANAGERS OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW HAVE SPRING HAVE CALL FAILURES SWITCH NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!

Absolute garbage. My information was used to file a fraudulent application and after 2 hours on the phone and being hung up on 8 times they refused to provide me information on the use of my identity. This company is a complete joke and their customer support doesn’t understand a single word of English.

On 6 May 2019/1800, I went to the local Boost Mobile Store located at ***. I was instantly denied service when I let the employee know I was covered through a monthly contract with Figgers. I let her know that the phones were purchased unlocked and I receive service through SIM cards. She had never heard of Figgers and contacted her manager for approval. The manager Ms. Stephanie instantly said no, I inquired why and was never given a reason. The employee called my number, she verified that all my cell numbers were authorized and she even used my phone to call Figgers Customer Service. She said she didn't believe it was a real company and needed to talk to someone at Figgers but no one answered. However, she did call me in the store. I was denied the number to corporate and she refused to give the manager's name. I explained that Figgers was able to transfer without any prior contact with Verizon and I wanted to contact corporate so that this doesn't happen to anyone else; as Boost Mobile is losing potiential customers. I explained that I could complete the transaction online but did not want to spend another monthly fee with Figgers, she told me to go complete online. She continued to text her manager, ask me various questions and I was unable to speak directly to the manager. She finally gave me a name when I explained that the service was unacceptable and I wanted to contact corporate and need a point of contact. I think I will be staying with Figgers...I will just go outside to talk. SMH. I wish I could give 0 stars for a review, Sprint needs to correct their employees/managers before Figgers is able to acquire more real property. Their customer service is awesome, their coverage is outstanding once I leave my street.
