I had canceled our Sprint service in December 2018 due to an active duty military PCS to an area in which sprint service is not provided. I went to a store in person and all they said we had to do was mail our phones back. I had received some emails through the New Years about paying a balance that we had owed. At the end of January 2019 I had called sprint to see why I was receiving emails about further charges. The lady explained to me that it was just because the device charges were not cleared from the account. She said not to worry and that my balance with my sprint account would be $0.00 once the charges for the phones had cleared. I was also told to cancel the auto payment method so I was not accidentally charged. Since then I have received multiple emails that I still owe $324. Every time that I have called and asked about this they say it is a valid charge because I ended my service before the contract was over. I told them that I would be more than willing to submit military orders as well as proof of new location that we cannot receive sprint service in our new location. They said that it is too late to do this and I had to do it when canceling even though this was never presented to me at the time of cancelling. I have asked them to pull up the call records for the call in January on three different occasions and have promised that I would receive a call back within 5-7 business days of the call pull request with the findings of the phone call in January where I was told I have a $0.00 balance. I have been on the phone for HOURS these past few months calling and trying to figure out why I haven’t received a call back about the call record pull. It is the absolute worst costumer service I have received! I get a different answer every time I call them. I just don’t understand why I have to be reaching out for hours at a time multiple times a month to fix this, yet they can’t even give me a call back and try to get this issue resolved.
zero!!!! clean slate is a lie terrible customer service. do not use this company

I have been a customer of Sprints for more than 15 years. Unfortunately, I am not sure what has been changing the last several years but the service, customer service, and general support have become very sub par.
I spent over an hour in line at our local location tonight waiting for my turn to buy my daughter a new phone (as she broke hers and needs a new phone for school tomorrow). While in line, I spent my time searching for the available pre-owned devices at this store only to find no availability for any of the devices we were looking to purchase at any location within 50miles of us in MN. Instead we attempted to order online only to find that the website isn't working. So we called the "dedicated order team" via the 800 number and were hung up on at promptly 11PM CST which is apparently the time they close as when we called back we received the closed for the day message. So as a last resort I opened chat on their website with an agent who had to transfer my chat to another department for ordering assistance. Of course, they could help me but only to place an order to be shipped to my home which wont go out until sometime tomorrow.
My experience with Sprint is simply horrible. I was charged for international calls done by Free apps like Viber that I was not aware of at all. Then I had to go through a month long hell trying to understand those charges and receive any explanation as of why I was not notified, why was I charged so much...I was lied to and ended up speaking to 13 people and finally I’m still paying for some of those. I was treated badly by representatives, they would promise to fix it for me and call me back, which never happened. And this led to several hours on the phone of me asking to speak to a supervisor. They don’t care about their customer satisfaction and don’t deserve your business. Don’t sign with Sprint they don’t care about their customers!
No stars................Switched over lines from verizon in december 2018, was told by store in Athens, GA to turn in last bill from verizon, which was to payoff all phones from verizon. we turned in last month bill from verizon and did everything in a timely manner which is the way we were told. 4 months later still have not received payment for the phones I switched over. Either incompetent sales person or corporate lies just as well. Either way we are getting run around from both and now being told there is no documents. STAY AWAY..not worth the headache....Now we have to come up with $1,200 to pay off our lines we switched over from verizon, which we were told would be paid off. I will be leaving sprint asap, if this cannot be taken care of, which I wont be holding my breath on for them to make it right and do what they were told they were gonna do..

I leased two samsung galaxy s10+ devices from sprint at product launch. These phones never worked properly, would fail to connect to a wireless network, couldn't load a webpage or would load at snails pace 3G speed, fail to send text messages, drop calls, etc.. I contacted sprint multiple times and was first given temporary fixes that helped remedy the situation for anywhere from an hour to 6 hours before they issue would return. I was instructed to wait for a system update scheduled to come out on April 16 (a week after the 30 day mark from when I signed my lease). The update did not work. After several hours on the phone one rep said we could turn our phones in to a corporate store and cancel our lease even though we were past the 30 day return policy. We drove an hour to a corporate location to be told that was not true. We spoke to a sprint rep on the phone who said we could not cancel our lease but they would give us the previous phone model for the same price (they wanted us to pay the price for the newest device for an older phone that we already had leased before getting these new phones). This was unacceptable! We bit the bullet and paid them the money to finish out our leases on phones that had never worked properly and took our business to a different provider. 12 years I was with Sprint but they will never get another dollar from me again.
Where to start with this company. Customer Service a black hole of the universe. No one can put you in contact with anyone who makes decisions or can actually get anything done. They were supposed to enable my phone for "international calling" but never did and we found out in Italy, on our honeymoon, that we couldn't use our phones over seas... should I keep going?

0 Stars for Sprint. They are THE worst company I've ever had to deal with in my life, hands down. I've had a multitude of serious issues with this company and I truly feel like I'm being illegally preyed upon by this massive company not only now, but in the past on numerous occasions. I'm actually unsure of what to do at this point about them because they keep dragging me into paying them more and I'm stuck in a contract. I just walked out of a store today before completing any sort of agreement at all because I felt the salesman was becoming very pushy and prolonging the short amount of time I had on a lunch break to get a new phone as mine died..I didn't like the way I was being treated and walked out with nothing in hand, nothing signed, nothing. I just signed into my email to find that my plan has been changed which I NEVER planned to do when I went in, I just went in for new phone and left with nothing but a big bill in my inbox hours later. Meaning this salesman went and altered my plan without my consent AT ALL. I'm disgusted that they can even get away with this sort of regular predatory behavior towards their paying customers. They're just waiting for a major lawsuit someday.

Brought 2 lines to sprint 18 months ago. They had a sign saying BUY one get one free. Said nothing about a lease. After 18 months you just give the phones back after renting them each month. I returned the phones on time before the date. Sprint emailed me, texted me, sent a box in the mail about returning the phones. The phones had already been returned two week early. Comes time for the final bill and they charged me $240.00 for each phone plus taxes and debted my account. Phones were already returned 3 week prior. It was in the system. I had receipts printed out of their computer. If I had stolen over $600.00 from someone I would be in jail for a felony. Took 8 days to get the money back. NEVER again will I use sprint. I advise you to do the same.

Be very carefull about what you buy from These shady con artists of people!!! This review is for this store and sprint as a whole, last year I decided to switch up as I have had a prepaid phone for years and decided to get a family plan and help pay for my elderly parents phone as well as my children. I was very cautious as I have been screwed over by a phone company in the past, so when starting the new plan they advised me it was around 120 for 5 lines unlimited everything, plus if I wanted to lease a phone the payment and the phone and insurance and fees and blah blah blah. My phone bill was around 149 with everything it always seemed to vary month to month. I then asked the associate multiple times and I mean multiple times to make sure my bill would not ever go up I didn't want no kind of 6 month plan then the price goes up. She assured me multiple times that it would never change unless I bought new devices or added lines. Mind you I have had problems in the past so I recorded my entire 1.5 hr visit to set up a new account and still have this recording to this day. I have had nothing but terrible service with these people terrible terrible service people would be outside my house calling and my phone wouldn't ring. I saved money for over a year to have a long trip to Disneyland for my family and some friends and during that trip you can use your phone as a fast pass in lines but I had no service the whole time maybe for 3 out of 20 rides but my friends with cricket and boost mobile phones had great service. I was so pissed because I would have to wait in line and Disneyland would refund my fast pass. Once returning sprint had nothing but excuses and did nothing for me but offered to lower my bill by $5 for a whopping 3 months. I was extremely upset my son couldn't call me from where he was at and I couldn't be receive calls very scary and frustrating in a big park. Since then my phone Has not worked at all I then took my iPhone X to apple they said everything was fine it was just sprints bad service. Sprint said it was the phone so they offered me a free upgrade that cost me $450.00. Def not free
Any way a month goes by to today on Sunday where I'm still having problems I go to the store at 1200pm when they open and they tell me that there's nothing they can do but oh hey wait your bill is going up from now 180 with the new device to $300 as the original plan I had was a promotional plan and it's ending. I'm at loss of words I have the audio recording from the time of purchase and multiple times was I assured this was not going to happen and it. Was def 100% not a promotion price. It's recorded for god sakes I showed it to the people and they said I could be talking to anyone.
I have now been on hold for 4.7 hrs to talk to a supervisor for them to tell me there's nothing they can do but pay 300 a month
I will pursue legal action from here
To all you people thinking of coming to sprint keep in mind to look around they will not cancel my plan with proof that I was lied to and misinformed at multiple occasions to the sprint stores
I hope these people no I'm not one to get taken advantage of and there will multiple reviews placed and multiple legal actions taken place, I'm currently talking to news 13 as well
I hope sprint suffers as I do having to pay 300 a month for nothing

I'd give negative stars if I could. You can never get support when needed. The customer service is absolutely awful. I've been without service since the Pi update for android due to Sprint being a failure mobile carrier. The Pi update knocked the LTE service off a great many phones in the Sprint network and also completely broke Wifi calling which is an absolute necessity for people who live in rural areas. I've tried to contact them about a fix but all my pleas go unanswered. Absolute s
t carrier.
