Negative 10 stars. Hands down worst customer service ever they lied to me an refuse to help

They suck. I ported my number to a different company and ever since then they have changed the amount I have owed multiple times, withdrew money out of my bank account without my permission, and always change the story. Highly don’t recommend getting involved with them because it quickly becomes a nightmare.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I can NEVER call into sprint without being transferred to 3 different people. All of their information never agrees.
My most recent experience is that my mother opened an account and has 4 lines. I went in to open an account for 2 phone to be transferred and because I was not allotted the same number of lines she was, I could not transfer 2 lines.
Also, my bill was $700+ because I went on a cruise. They would not let me make a 50% arrangement so my phone was cut off.
I plan to leave a review on every website I come across because Sprint is NOT friendly and they have terrible customer service representatives.

Sprint has failed to accurately bill me for the last 12 month. Every months bill is a surprise, some times they add insurance to all 5 of my phones without me requesting it. Other times they remove the promo discounts on my account and tell me I have to go to a store to fix it.

Speaking with the "customer service" reps are ridiculous! I was transferred 4x to a different rep and they each told me a different excuse why they couldn't help me. I was charged for an activation fee and my phone was never activated! I thought I settled it last month but apparently they refunded because they wanted to "keep" me....how do you keep someone when they weren't a customer in the first place? Also, these customer service reps really need to take a customer service class! I asked for a name and JOY snapped at me as to why I couldn't hear. Very rude and rushing to get me off the phone. I don't recommend Sprint at all!!!!

Sales rep at Sprint's Town Center retail store signed my replacement phone for their insurance plan (i.e. Sprint Complete) without my permission. They didn't even mention this option to me, just signed me up for this when they activated my phone. When I noticed this new charge on my bill and called, the person from the Sprint Complete put her "sales hat" on and tried to convince me to keep this plan that was fraudulently added to our account. I declined her sales pitch and she did remove this unauthorized service and hung up without even apologizing for this happening in the first place. If Sprint wasn't a local company, I would NOT use them.

Sprint is horrible I been a customer since 2012 and it’s been so bad they have the worse employees they lie to you and they treat you like crap at the store

Rip off. Lies. Prices over the promised prices. Cannot contact company.
Even if you go to a local Sprint store, those clerks can do nothing to help.
This is day 3 on hold with Sprint (25 minutes and counting.) Last time, after an hour, I was disconnected. Funny, because the clerk at the store told me that I would be disconnected if I was too persistent.
My brother transferred his phone from my plan to his city's play a year ago. Guess what. Sprint has been charging both of us for his phone line!
I can't believe that there are no complaints filed against this company.
I also can't believe that a company with a 1-star rating has a B for a grade. I would give a 0-star if I could.
Don't trust this company.

I would give them negative stars if I could. NO contract, cancel anytime, no obligations! LIES! LIES! LIES! They hook you with their 12 month introductory promo, 3 "free phones", with an 18 month lease! Once your promo is up, they then tell you that you can't turn in your phones and keep just 2 lines of service due to the lease. Your bill increases by over $100 a month. Every person you speak with in customer service gives you a different story and the associates in the stores are absolutely useless, they can't help you with this issue, call customer service, to get yet another story! WHY give a 12 month promo, with an 18 month lease, yet tell customers that you can cancel at any time, just return the phones! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! Threaten them with an attorney, then go on computer chat, ask where you can turn in your phones, and they will tell you any sprint store can cancel your lease and take the phones. Screen shot that chat, and you got them!

Terrible customer service. We've been Sprint customers for over 15 years. I'm authorized on the account, but according to their "Policy" even though I can make changes to the plan, discuss plan details, etc they wouldn't give me my account number because they knew we were going to cancel our service due to constant problems with dropped calls and patchy service. Ironically the first customer service rep was going to give me the account number, but while I was waiting the call dropped. I live in Los Angeles so you would think there would be good service here if anywhere. Apparently the only thing worse than Sprint's service is its customer service. I can't say I've been more disappointed in any organization more in my life, what a disgrace.

Sprint Sales rep lie to customers to earn a higher commission. The process has costed me an enormous amount of money.
I have reported them to the company and they will not correct the issue.
