I have been with Sprint since 2001. I called in today because they are running a promotion that would save me a lot of money a month. They were not willing to give me the promotion package because it is for new customers only. They offered to save me $20/month off $500 bill if I sign up for a plan that’s not as good as the one I currently have! I guess I’ll pay the few extra dollars to switch to a Verizon. So much for rewarding loyalty!!
If I could submit this without leaving a star I would. I called on 12/18/18 and told sprint to cancel the phone line and unlock the phone. THEY SAID 72 HOURS. Christmas came and the phone still was not unlock. The bill was paid in advance and the phone was paid off. SPRINT CONTINUES TO HOLD MY PHONE HOSTAGE. Come to find out they did not cancel the line nor did they unlock the phone. 12/25/18 I receive a confirmation after calling up there once again. The email read the phone will be unlocked. Here it is JANUARY 2019 THE PHONE IS STILL LOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE SPRINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY PHONE UNLOCKED.

Sprint service in my area is Bad I called in to see if would cancle my new lease due to poor coverage in my area.I was told would open a trouble ticket to check out the towers. I donr this same thing over the last five years and nothing changed. was on the phone for over two hours and nothing was done . sprint does not care was told cancle the the number but would half to pay over$600.00 to for the lease and I said why would I pay for a phone when the service in my area poor.The rep got smart and said your in the coverage area so I can not wave the fee.I have open tickets before and the service does not change . I have on more iphone on on my account has the same issues low signal .I do not want to cancle the account just one line . So my new iphone xs in the desk drawer as a paper weight .what can be done .

When I travel for work, I can be roaming for hours at a time. I called and had service tested by one of their techs and was told that coverage in our area was fair at best. I then spoke to one of the managers who told me there was nothing wrong with our service. What a joke! No matter how cheap the plan pricing is-- stay away from Sprint. I would give 0 stars if I could.

There is a reason why sprint can record your call for quality assurance but when you call in and say to the agent or rep they are being recorded they will not consent even if its just to make sure what they promise to you about credits or adjustments to bill. I have been with sprint for over 8yrs and I think its time to change to a different service provider, they have failed to keep there commitments on there phone service contracts.

I have been with Sprint since 2012. As of Oct 2018 their services nationwide have severely diminished for newer devices from a network wide update. I am uncertain if it is due to all devices defaulting to newer network services that arent always as close concerning towers or as prevalent causing congestion among consumers. Their rates have recently risen though I am grandfathered in my plan I will be considering a move back to my previous carrier now that they have unlimited. Sprint may still be the more affordable of the major carriers but considering it takes about 5 minutes to send a picture message the service is no longer justifiable. I have cutting edge devices and I am a big data user/power user however going back to a flip phone and saving money is not beyond me if data services continue to decline since the cost & grief becomes less and less worth it.

They charge for service you ask them to take off your bill and continue to charge till your leave them then they wack you hard because they didnot hold up to there end of the contract called multiple time and still nothing has been done but them to collect money from me and still getting late fees never again will I use sprint and if you jave them check every bill as they dont have to deop a line when you ask for 8 months but they can charge you and not give a refund

Horrible service, multiple call drops, really slow internet.
After multiple complains of bad service I was told that they were going to ship me a that booster box to my home, I was giving multiple dates and every time I called back they pushed the date further and further back. One day I was on the phone with Sprint and my call drop 4 TIMES, but only 1 time they actually called me back. The speed are so horrible I could not get above .25 (that's point twenty five, yes 1/4) of 1 mbps, I even recorder me running a speed test on my personal Sprint phone with 3 bars full 4g LTE and my work phone with only 2 bars from Verizon and I must say the spring phone would not get above .5, while my Verizon work phone I kept getting constant 20mbs +. My last straw was when I attended my kids open house, inside the school we had poor server as well, with all the stuff that's happening around the school I DO NOT want my child to have poor service quality in case of an emergency. After multiple tries to get issues resolve and having open a couple of cases I got so tired and gave up, seriously its insane 1 hour per phone call to sprint, I was told by multiple Sprint representative that I would not get charge due to the fact that I WAS NOT Getting the service that I was paying for. Until today I still get billing letters. What a bunch of liars, horrible company.

Due to the fact this particular contract was revised in 2018 and the cracked screen was reported in 2017 with totally different terms and conditions pertaining to my phone and when it was originally reported. My bank also has records of the reported incident in 2017.
I would also like to remind you the wavier for the $29 was a credit suggestion and promise given from an agent at your Sprint Company. You people are now suggesting I made the decision to wave myself this credit. Gunther, one of your own agents made that decision. Now as usual, Sprint is backing out of another credit given in good faith. Sprint has continually promised credits they fail to deliver. If one agent promises credit another agent removes it.
There has been several problems with the leased Galaxy 7s, 7 Edge phone. I had to deal with numerous promises to fix them, all I got was excuses and delays. I have been promised a $230 credit since August 2018, this was 75% of a debt incurred and ended up on my credit report for transferring services over to Sprint in 2016.
I was promised it would be added to my bill several times, then I was promised a Visa card for $230 would be physically sent to my home. Upon return of the leased property at the end of my 24 month contract instead of the credits promised I was charged a total of $80.27. Sprint’s records show an authorized amount for only $30.49, an amount I never authorized.

This company is the worst mobile provider by far. I recently cracked the screen of my LG V30+ smartphone and took it to the tech repair corporate store located in Northridge. They told me that even though I pay for insurance every month and have Sprint Complete that my phone was not covered under the policy that I pay for. I took a picture of the banner behind the tech on the wall that clearly states "All smartphones covered for screen repair through Sprint Complete for $29." ALL phones except mine apparently. I took a picture of that banner and am forwarding that picture to my lawyer. False advertising and I have proof of it. Worst carrier ever.
