Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

If I could give negative stars I would! This HAS to be the one of the most unethical, atrocious businesses I’ve ever encountered. I am a fair person. When money is owed it should be paid. I couldn’t agree more. BUT the method of collection is HORRIBLE. READ THE FINE PRINT. It states Sprint may charge ANY card provided at ANY time until successful for delinquent charges. This is UNETHICAL for more than one reason. One I’ve had family members pay a bill or two on my behalf, meaning THEY are at risk of having their funds deducted for something TOTALLY UNRELATED to them. Sprint just sees it as another collection not caring how detrimental an unauthorized charge like that could be to someone. If your needing a company that has your best interest. SPRINT IS NOT THE PLACE.

Sprint used to be good. I was a customer for 13 years. The last couple of years they got horrible. I have switched to Verizon, turned in all equipment and cancelled my service. Now 3 months later they continue to bill me and threaten to take me to collections. They suck. Worst cell phone company ever.

I have a written agreement that said THEY would pay up to $550. to buy out a contract I have with a competitor. They broke that agreement when I got my final bill from their competitor over 14 days later. SPRINT BROKE the contract. I refuse to do business with a dishonest company. ( Which is why I left the competitor.) Now, I just paid the competitor roughly $650. to end an agreement that I can't even prove because of their shell and pea game and SPRINT is charging me over $700. because THEY won't honor their side of the contract but expects me to honor mine.

+1

My review is on Boost Mobile, which redirects to Sprint as lead company. We disconnected service almost a year prior and came back for the offer, bring your unlocked phone a get a month on us. We signed up and asked how it worked. We were told you had to buy the $50 unlimited plan and the next month would be free; even got a name and reference number. Next month comes, we get a bill. We call and spend nearly two hours on the phone with 4 representatives (2 supervisors). First, we were told boost would not honor because we did not transfer a number, which is not on any of their advertisements. They were making it up as they went! Finally, they agreed their advertisements didn’t say so, but their internal guidance did. Then they said it wasn’t a new account, but reopening an old one, so don’t qualify. Refused to honor or make good on any portion!

I wish I could give no stars. This all started in May of 2018 when my I switched from Sprint to Tmobile. I called to cancel in June and the guy I spoke to said okay and that the entire account would be canceled. Fast forward a couple of months and I get sent a bill. I call them again and they say the account wasn't fully closed the first time that I called. So I ask them to fully close the account and to cancel any remaining lines that the first guy didn't cancel. The person tells me that they will do so and that the account is now fully closed. I then ask the person several times if the account was fully closed and they said yes. We thought this was the end of it. Sprint then sends a bill to my house in January of 2019. I call them and they tell me that they have no record of me trying to cancel except for once. They now want to charge me for a line that was somehow never canceled even though I was promised that all the lines and the entire account were closed. I told them that I called multiple times to cancel the account but they say no and that I have to pay the bill plus a late fee. My girlfriend then contacts them online where a customer service rep says that there is record of me calling and trying to cancel multiple times. A supervisor was then sent to resolve the issue of why I was being charged. The supervisor did absolutely nothing. He just told my girlfriend exactly what he told me and when I told him what the woman told me about having a record of me calling to cancel, he totally ignored it. He ended up just saying the same thing over and over again whenever I brought up points against him. It got to the point at where my girlfriend and I decided just to pay the bill and be done with them. This company is so shady and I hope they get shut down. Their customer service is horrible and it would take the "supervisor " 30 minutes to respond to anything. Stay away from this company

Complete waste of money. Don’t believe the coverage map they provide. It said my area has great coverage yet I cannot get service in my house. In fact I don’t get service until I leave the community. Cannot access the internet have the time and calls keep dropping. A complete waste of money! They don’t even deserve 1 star!

Worst service ever. After being two months behind on my bill and paying to keep what little bit I could active they referred me to a collection agency. I was then informed I could keep the account or cancel the account. While I have never kept anything that has been in collections I canceled my account. Today I received a bill for $266 for my phone lease and early cancellation on my phone. I was never informed of the early termination fee and shouldn't be charged it since sprint sent my account to the collection agency, they terminated me basically. I have spent hours trying to weed through all the non speaking English representatives and finally found out why I was being charged. I for one will never use sprint ever again. I will also make sure that all my family, friends, associates and people I meet know that sprint is the worst service around. I for one am appalled by the way they run there business and their practices.

I give I one start as zero is not an option.
I was at a Sprint store in *** to be exact. I was there for over two hours getting two personal lines for my daughters. We use Sprint at work and I am pleased with it and the pricing is not too bad. After two and a half hours, the phones would not activate and I said I could not wait any longer. The young lady taking care of me told me all I had to do was perform an iOS update on the phones and they would get updated. I was home for no longer than 20 minutes when I received a call from the Sprint store asking me if I could check my bag for an AirPod that one of the associates was missing. I checked my bag and sure enough it was there. The person on the phone asked me if I could take it back to the store to them. I politely said that I had already spent too much time there already and could not go back. I told them I was out of town tomorrow but I would drop it off on Wednesday. The person told me that they could come to my house and pick it up or I could take it back to them at the store or meet them somewhere. I told them again that I was not comfortable with them coming to my house and that I did not want to go out today and would take to them Wednesday. The person told me that they were going on vacation tomorrow and really needed the AirPod. At this point I agreed to let them come to the house to pick up the device. A few minutes later, I received another call from a different person at the store telling me that her employee was in the back room crying because I would not give her back her property.....insinuating that I had taken something that was not mine. I reminded her that I did not put the device in my bag and that I had already agreed to let the person pick up the device from y house. At around 9 pm, my doorbell rang and one of the ladies at the store was at my door with a police office with her. After I had agreed to have them come to my house after they made the mistake of dropping their device in my bag, they insult me by showing up with a police office in a squad car at my house. This was beyond insulting and humiliating for then to show up at my house like this. I live in a pretty nice neighborhood and this was very embarrassing for my neighbors to see this.
This a very poor way to treat a new customer. These people at this store should all be fired.

FRAUDULANT !!! I like the other reviews had the same problem and am also arguing with sprint to remove the fraudulant charges. I have tried both in the store and on the phone with our suppose to be rep Antwan and NOONE will help me with these charges. We own a company and the sprint cn rapids location MIKE added 6 additional lines when we purchased an upgrade to I phones. We have been a sprint customer for over 20 years and have never had this kind of service.. After reading all of the other complaints this company needs to be reported to the Attorney General or Whistleblower. I am going to report this company today and try to stop other consumers from getting ripped off. This company doesnt even deserve 1 star but the site wont let you leave a 0

Since day 1, I had nothing but issues with Sprint. It eventually got to the point that we had NO service for 7+ days with no reasons why. I was forced to cancel our account due to getting a run around and constantly being lied to and promised with a solution to no avail.
I was then charged over $1000 to our credit card after being promise (all documented) that there would be NO fees upon cancellation. We canceled our account early November and I’m still dealing with this charge that we had to pay as it was on our credit card. I was promised a refund check via USPS which still hasn’t showed up. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times since yesterday to try and find the status of the refund. I consistently get different answers and disconnected from each rep. Worst company ever! The poorest business practice I have ever experienced.

Absolutely the worst customer experience in my life. Made promises about credits that they conveniently don’t see in the notes. Asked for the call recording to be pulled. Customer service argued and basically called me a liar. If I could leave negative stars I would.
