Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

Absolutely the worst customer experience in my life. Made promises about credits that they conveniently don’t see in the notes. Asked for the call recording to be pulled. Customer service argued and basically called me a liar. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Sprint is the worst company by far I paid to get a line phone turned on & it's been at least 10 hours still no service on the device? Been lied to multiple times and am completely unsatisfied

Liars! They told my husband and I we would get TWO 200 promotional gift cards for keeping our phone numbers from our old phone company, Then they switched it to getting two 100 promotional gift cards and now they are saying we aren't going receive anything. I have been given the run around since I have signed up in October2018. We signed up October 2018, told me the gift cards would be at my house in 60 days from sign up; when I called in November, When I called end of December (26th) they stated that it would be at my house before Jan 2nd. Well here it is Jan 14th and I have sat on the phone for A HOUR. I have been transferred more than 5 times and spoke to 6 different people. Now they are saying I will NOT be receiving the TWO 200 promotional gift cards nor the TWO 100 promotional gift cards. Now they are saying I am not going to be receiving anything and the person at the store that signed me up must have given me the wrong information (LIED) to us. Why did the representative confirm that I would be getting the cards multiple times? Why did the representatives keep saying that it was coming? They don't have good enough service to lie to their customers. Calls drop, calls don't come in all of a sudden you will get a random voicemail. You get slow internet and sometimes texts don't go through!

Sprint has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Most of the customer care representatives are way under trained on their products and would rather hang up on you than transfer you to a manager. The iPhones they are selling running on the new iOS program appear to have connectivity issues with their network. Please make sure that if you do buy a cellular device to purchase it at a corporate store not at a franchise sprint store or corporate will turn their backs on you.

if I could give less I would everyone you talk to tell you lies you problems is never answered it a big *** I wanted to pay of my phone before the new year started I was giving a amount pay and I paid then looked at the website because I got a payment due notice for the phone and the other fees turns out the girl was wrong with her amount on purpose I bet sprint said its 100 dollars more so I said ok ill send it in and we will be done I was told there computer system cant understand how that works whaaat!!so I ask for my money back at first they said no but after at least 50 call someone said I will get a check in the mail Monday 1-14-2019 we all know about the check is the mail bull I have never had a apple phone its nice but sprint is the worse ever I am 60 years old and have never been jerked around so much! now I am going to where I brought the phone and see what happens

They don’t deserve even a one star. I seldomly write reviews, but I have been a Sprint customer for over 15 years. I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service I receive on a regular basis. Sprint has gone down hill over the years. They outsource the customers calls to the Phillipeans and I can not understand a word they are saying! When you do get a representative from USA they are very rude, they intentionally send you to a wrong department and they will hang up on you! They are VERY INCOMPETENT!!! My current problem is I was upgrade egible to get a new phone. I went to sams club to get it and as usual it took 3 hours because Sprint had to remove fraudulent charges from my account before the upgrade would go though sams club system. I was supposed to have 30 days to send in my old device without being charged. One week later I noticed a charge on my bill for over $500. I am currently fighting with Sprint to have that charge removed. It is a fraudulent and I repeat fraudulent charge. In closing, My opinion is their customer service is the worst on the market. If you have a problem with Sprint you can expect it to take between 2 hours and 2 to 4 days if you want to speak to the corporate advocacy team!!!!!
My advice: Don’t choose Sprint as your provider!!!

I called into sprint on January 8 2019 at 9:06 am to check on a payment arrangement that I set for January 11 . The representative kept me on hold for nearly an hour refusing to let me speak to a supervisor or simply another representative she refused . Then she cancelled my extension after being on a recorded line stating that the extension was fine . This affected my business and personal life . STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My phone was stolen back in July of last year. In order to replace the phone that I was currently leasing and continue service, I was told I had to produce a little bit over $500. No payment plan was ever offered to me. It was a simple "this is what you owe; take it or leave it." I told Sprint I could not come up with that amount of money at once and that I would be forced to go to another provider in order to establish service (I am a single mother of 3 - I have to have a phone), which I did. That was the last communication I had with Sprint until this week. I received an alert from my credit monitoring service at the beginning of December stating that Sprint had given the account to collections. I knew that would eventually happen and was prepared to deal with the hit and remedy it as soon as I could. Yesterday, Sprint withdrew the $597 balance from my checking account without consent. I called to speak to a supervisor and he told me that their fine print allows them to use any payment information or method used by me at any point to collect the debt. My checking account is now more than 500 under and steadily accruing overdraft charges. How is it legal to withdraw the money without written consent regarding the amount to be withdrawn, along with the estimated timeframe of withdraw? Sprint's Facebook page contains complaints from literally hundreds of people in the same situation; some with fees in the thousands of dollars range that were withdrawn for accounts that hadn't been active in YEARS. Do the laws governing electronic transactions not specify the time period allowed for merchants/creditors to collect on debts? And to send an account to collections and then withdraw the money directly from the consumer's account? Why not send the account to collections in the event the thievery attempt doesn't go through as planned? There has to be some legal ground to stand on considering I did not receive official notification of their plan to withdraw the funds directly from my account. This is just wrong.

My saved voicemail became the property of Sprint when I switched to a different provider. 6 hours on the phone with customer service and a dozen transfers, they tell me I am out of luck. I hope they enjoy my late grandmother singing happy birthday to me since I never will again. Thanks, Sprint.

Sprint is horrible! I was calling to talk to a representative to see if they could assist she kept repeating the same thing when I would tell her no! She said she couldn’t assist me and transferred me somewhere not giving a number I waited on hold for 1 hour they hung up after an hour! I hate the service they only worry about selling service that doesn’t even provide signal anywhere!!

If I could submit this without leaving a star I would. I called on 12/18/18 and told sprint to cancel the phone line and unlock the phone. THEY SAID 72 HOURS. Christmas came and the phone still was not unlock. The bill was paid in advance and the phone was paid off. SPRINT CONTINUES TO HOLD MY PHONE HOSTAGE. Come to find out they did not cancel the line nor did they unlock the phone. 12/25/18 I receive a confirmation after calling up there once again. The email read the phone will be unlocked. Here it is JANUARY 2019 THE PHONE IS STILL LOCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE SPRINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY PHONE UNLOCKED.
