Company offered an unlimited data, voice and text plan at a rate that seemed to good to be true. Realizing this, I chatted with their web associate for about 30 minutes asking all kinds of questions to see if deal was real. Then decided to order SIMS card after verifying my phone was eligible to switch.
I paid for card and got it next week. When I got card, instructions they gave didnt' work. Then directed me to contact their online team. I called .. and later IMd them. Although I'd signed up already for the deal I mentioned, they were now saying that deal was NOT available even though I'd already signed up for it, had the confirmation email, had the transcript of thje text. One even said I was lying. I never knew what bait and siwtch meant until this experience. They kept trying to sell me on more expensive plans even though I was able to pull up the website on their site showing the same plan they were claiming NOT to be available.
Finally came to my senses and decided against switching. However, their systems apparently aren't very good. I can't look up my account in any way.. but this month Ireceived a 'bill' fo zero dollars that still showed I paid prior 'bill' to get the SIMS card though requested a refund. They said no refund could be done and in fact I "should" have to pay a restocking fee.
Don't just stay away.. RUN. I'd forgotten how much trouble I'd had when they were a long-distance company.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. The customer service is terrible, the customer service representatives are rude and you can barely understand them. They will transfer you to different people and eventually hang up on you. I have never in my life had to deal with a company as crooked as Sprint. To top it off, the service is non-existent. You will experience dropped phone calls and loss of service frequently. When you go to view your bill, it will be higher than it is suppose to be.

I added two lines to my plan in September for the $150 for 5 lines promo. I was told next bill would be higher for prorating. My bill plus phones should only be $250 a month I’ve been paying over 480. Been contacting them since October to fix my bill and to find out they been charging me separate for each line. They told me they were correcting it but never did. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with them 11/23 and they did not want to credit my account but only $60 and the I lost service with the rep and they flagged my account and would not answer my calls. After spending another 5 hours at the store for a sales rep to handle it the headquarters still only wants to credit me 160 when they owe me close to 600 and I was “told well you’ve been paying the bill, so why are you just now complaining”. They credit me 160 but to the bill that is still on the wrong plan and want me to pay 500 to keep my lines on. The keep running me in a circle so it’s def time I get a lawyer to handle this. I’m a veteran and now drive a train for a living I have minimal time to spend hours on the phone arguing what they owe me.
My sons lease ended, and I paid the remaining fee for the phone. I called Sprint and asked to have the phone removed off of my account. They tried to tell me they would remove the phone off my account 22 days AFTER the day I called. I asked why would I pay for a phone I am not using your services for? The gentleman told me it was how they did it. I complained and was put on hold for 10 mins or so. He came back and said they would remove my phone and credit my bill so I won't be paying for an inactive phone. Checked my account online and the phones still on the account, and my bill is still the same. Every time I call I just get transferred over and over until I am hung up on. It's getting old not being able to get straight answers. There's a Verizon store across the street from me that's looking more and more inviting now that my lease is up with them.

Do not visit store in Hammond, Louisiana. Bunch of bumpkins with superiority complex that don't know what they are doing and rude, especially big, with almost shaven head African American manager. They set our lines wrong (4 lines), attached phones to wrong lines (2 leased and 2 ours), which wouldn't be a problem till we decided to upgrade. We couldn't upgrade because leased phones were attached to wrong lines. No one in Sprint could fix the problem. They offered to pay off lease so we could upgrade (upgrade was necessary because phone was broken). We paid it off and that is when another problem began. They began putting charge after charge on leased phones because lease was paid off early. We wanted to return new phones we paid cash in 2 days after purchase and go with verizon. They said we could not return. What? They have 0 return policy. I am still with Sprint but only because I received a call from CEO's office after writing an email to them and because I can't return phones I paid 1,600.00 for. Really? You try to attract new customers with promotions but push away existing with bad business. And by the way, your service SUCKS. The only service I have is when I am connected to wifi and even then pictures would not go through. What is the point having overpriced cell phone, headache dealing with them and no service?
I was with sprint for a long time switch to other phone service the wont give me my last bill with a brake down on what I owe them just a bill for 1400 and then they send me to debt collector I will never use sprint again

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst company ever. They lie steal cheat and don’t give a crap about their customers. They have been falsely charging me for a year and I have to call every month and fight with them for hours and have to explain everything every time. It’s terrible and they don’t fix the issues. They are trying to charge me for a phone I was suppose to get for free a year later.
Sprint is a bunch of scammers and liars, they tell you what you want to hear so that they can get you off of the phone, the best thing to do when speaking with anyone from SPRINT is to record the call although they say they will hang up if you do - its only so that you will have no proof of their lies - secretly record I do all the time, I have so much proof of them lying. Sprint has promised me a MAGIC BOX to fix THEIR SERVICE that DOES NOT work in my area since MAY 2018 - it is currently NOVEMBER 2018 and I still have no magic box, on top of not having a Magic box I have spoken to multiple representatives as well as "supervisors" yet my issue is still not taken care of. I have been paying my bill every month still, after being lied to repeatedly about a box that Im starting to think was only made for their employees, because I stopped into a sprint store asking about a box - they do not carry them, but the worker said he had his, THE IRONY ! This is the most distasteful company I have ever spent money with. It is high way robbery, all they want is money, but they will never fix your issues and or problems that you have with the service. Customer service is terrible, literally spend hours at a time just for simple assistance, it took a manager or "supervisor" over an hour to get on a phone. At this point sprint has become a second job, I'm constantly calling them to follow up in regards of things they have promised me. RUN while you still have a chance, this is by far the worst and I mean worst service that a company could ever provide to customers who are paying over hundreds of dollars a month. GO TO TMOBILE before you choose sprint - words from the wise, I regret leaving T-Mobile, had half of the headaches, a cheaper bill and better service as well as a customer service team that provides solutions and not just more problems.
NEVER EVER SWITCH TO SPRINT!!!!
I switched from another carrier to Sprint back in May. I was told I had a 14 day worry free return guarantee. Within a matter of days I realized the service was not as good as my old carrier so I canceled my services on the 13th day. I returned the 3 new phones I got and was told I needed to pay a restocking fee of $35 each phone-I was not informed about this fee. After advising the sales rep of that, he said there's no way he could waive that fee-even though I wasn't informed about it. I just paid it so I could get the phones returned. He then said everything was done and I should be good to go. 1 week later, I get a bill for $245 and a few days later this money was withdrawn from my checking account- as I signed up for autopay during the initial purchase date. I call Sprint customer service, was told I needed to wait for the bill cycle to pass before they can do anything about it. I then get a phone return kit in the mail, apparently the 3 phones that I returned to the store were considered 'not found' by their main distribution center. As you can imagine, I was furious at this point as they've taken money for services I didn't even agree to keep and they were holding me responsible for phones I already physically returned to the store! I called and spoke to the sales manager and of course there was little he could do for me too as he advised it would take time for these issues to resolve. Fast forward 2 months later, I finally get my refund in a form of a Visa gift card that the sale manager had to purchase with his own money because he was sick and tired of waiting for this to get resolved by who-knows-what since NO ONE THERE appeared to know what the heck they were doing. That being said, this Sprint store in *** should never ever sell phones or services for that matter as they do NOT know how to keep their words or promises. They will even go as far as charging you for things you are not legally responsible for. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
Unfortunately after being with Sprint for 8 years, they are doing the same thing to me. Quoted twice on the phone, two different representatives the same price of $207/month. Of course with lease credits, loyalty credits and auto pay credits. The only credit they are honoring is the auto pay credit. So my bill is $350+ per month. I wish the Revdex.com, Attorney General or someone would take on these businesses that don't honor what their customer service sales department quotes to get you to extend your service with them. You are stuck with $1,000's of dollars in extra charges and overpriced phones at the "special" lease price. I literally have been sending the e-mails that Sprint sent me to "prove" I was quoted what I was, still no credits.
Is anyone willing to take on the big business of cell phones like they did the credit card companies to be transparent in their fees and prices?
