I would not even give a star but I had to in order to give this Review. The Sprint Corporation should be investigated and charged with a criminal offense. The Robbery that it commits is called Strong Arm Robbery. I cancelled in ten days but I had up to 14days. The reasons for my cancellation was that the agreement was cha and would cost several extra hundreds of dollars. After canceling, I was sent the return kit returned the device. Device was delivered to Sprint. Was told that my security deposit would be returned to my bank account. My deposit wasn't returned instead I received a bill from this company. I contacted was told a Supervisor Manager would contact me at 7:00pm. No call. I had to contact Sprint told them that Ups confirmed Device was delivered. Still Nothing. Sprint basically just Robbed me.

Oh yeah..after seeing all these terrible reviews I am so glad I decided to stay with my current carrier of 8 years and not go with Sprint. They owe me a refund of $13.50 for taxes I paid before I decided to cancel. I am getting the run around with the refund from the clerk saying if I paid cash I could be refunded in cash to now waiting on a check. With all these Sprint issues it seems like going to the attorney general might be a good solution for their scam of customers.

Signed a contract for $80 a month. I have yet to see a bill under $100 no matter the amount of data I use. They won't help. They would charge me out the end if I try to leave and I can't afford that. I'm looking over my contract again to see if I can go with a lawsuit against them for this. Or look for a loophole to get after them for overcharging me. Their service is poor. Their customer service is just as bad. Awful company!

This company is a joke. They run all these promotions for new customer but yet they treat there loyal existing customers like crap. Heads up, they will suck you in with there badass promotions then once your already in you no longer matter to them. They continue to feed you a line a crap to string you out hoping ya want leave but they want ever give you a reason not to. My advise to anyone thinking about sprint. RUNNNN!!!!!

So Sprint is charging 306 for 3 lines for the use of service of October 6th through October 13. The billing cycle was October 6th through November 6th. The lines were ported to Verizon on October 13th. These Sprint scammers are saying they can't prorate the service! 300 dollars for one week! This is so deceptive and horrible! Then we found out that the 4th line which was on the account, was supposed to be canceled back in February. Sprint is saying that it didn't cancel and the line was put on hold for 10 bucks a month. Now supposedly for October, it was 40 bucks to just "hold the line". They say they don't have it on record to cancel the line. They say it showed to just hold the line! Who the hell holds a line and pays all this money to "possibly get the like back". Never use sprint. They scam people. We have had shady sprint for 4 years at least and the reason we canceled is because their horrible lease plan. An iPhone 7 plus 32gb was leased in 2016 for 32 a month. It was 760 at the time of purchase. After 24 months, more than enough was paid for the phone. To stop paying the lease, 200 dollars was paid to stop the lease payments. Sprint is one of the biggest carries because they rip off people even though they have the worst cell service. This is in reference complaint number ***. Absolutely terrible business. Do not use sprint. I will never use them again.

I have been having problems with my phone for months. People are calling and texting but some are not coming through. These issues were intermittent until today. Now I am completely unable to make/receive calls or texts. I use my phone for work and it is causing a HUGE issue. The first time I went into the store I was told to factory reset my phone and see if that resolves the issue. After doing so the issue was not resolved. I decide to give the chat service a try. We go through the entire troubleshooting process and I am asked to go into the store to have the phone repaired. After my repair is over, I am told that the issue is not my phone. I am still completely unable to receive/make calls or text. I am then told my only option is to upgrade or to switch carriers. Terrible customer service! However, I will give 1 Star for the recommendation to switch carriers! Afterwords, I call the customer service line to lodge a complaint, I spend 30+ minutes on the phone. After being told to upgrade my phone, I said I wasn't interested in upgrading and was hung up on. I tried to call back but it was after hours. I went back to the chat and have spent 3 hours trying to get this issue resolved, and what do they say. "We recommend you upgrade your phone. I can get you a great deal". Customer service really needs to learn to listen to people.

At this point I'd give 0 stars if possible. Weve had 4 lines with sprint for 6 years. Our bill is over $400.00 a month. We have a balance of $459.59 with sprint. I have a payment arrangement set up on 11-7-18. Just found out our checks won't deposit til 11-9-18. They want me to pay $200.00 to extend it for 2 days!!!!! When our contract is up, we're moving on somewhere cheaper. I'm done with them!!!

Do not visit the Sprint store in Chico, California on E 20th St. They will lie and cheat to make their store numbers and promo quotas. Be wary of what they are having you sign for. Poor business practices from the associates on up to the managers at this location.

useless company. The sales rep told me I could change my due date 1 month after I signed on. I had to do this because I am disabled and my original bill was around the 20th of the month. I always paid all of my other bills on the fifth so I know all bills are taken care of and I can use the rest of my money for other things...groceries, car payment etc. when I called to change the date (i called 4 times) and each of the reps said I couldn't. I finally requested a supervisor and until I put my experience on facebook, none of their employees would help me. as a side note until my due date was changed I was only able to make partial payments. When I wanted to make a change in phone, they told me I had to put down a $300 down payment. the phone reps from Phillipines were difficult to understand, the supervisor did not call me back and each time I called a new rep, they gave me different prices. Don't leave your current carrier for Sprint.
