I signed up for service in September of 2016. I returned the phone no more then two days later, I had to pay a restocking fee upon returning the phone and cancelling out the account. I went to boost and purchased the phone for a cheaper price and have had service with boost since then.It was brought to my attention that I still owe sprint from when I thought this was resolved in 2017 when I discovered they were still trying to bill me for a phone that I returned already. Sprint is horrible when it comes to resolving issues that a third party made, representing sprint. they stated the had no record of me returning the phone. I went to the store I returned the phone to and they were unable to retrieve the receipt. Sprint is trying to find me liable for a phone I did not even utilize. I am not responsible for a incompetent workers mistake. It was not my fault someone did not do their job properly. I will do whatever it takes to get these charges removed form my credit. this is a horrible mistake and its effecting me in a huge way and will not stop until this is resolved. Sprint needs to stop allowing third party companies to represent for them because obviously there screwing people over big time.

NO STARS......Completely useless and inept management. They cannot credit my account properly so for the past 14 month I have to call every month to get my bill adjusted. These calls take an hour every month. An hour of my life I will never get back. This company is a scam. I will never deal with them again. Interesting they are not Revdex.com accredited. Gee I wonder why.

Horrible company that does not value your privacy. 3 months after splitting up with my husband, my ex went into the local Boost Mobile and told them that he forgot the pin on my account. They allowed him to change the PIN and get a printout of all of my call logs. The account was under my maiden name. Luckily I had nothing to hide on my phone. But this was a serious invasion of privacy. Boost Mobile should have never allowed anyone to change my PIN number and have access to my account. Do not use this company.

Trying to buy my 2 phones out thru billing office and got no help at all. Feel like we got duped and screwed. just want to pay off both phones to bring my bill down. Will be shopping around back with Verizon , ATT , or another soon! Cant even get a manager to talk to , just and inexperianced CSR with 2 different stories in notes. This is not the first time we had problems with the Billing Office at Corporate again!!! Very UNHAPPY with SPRINT Service.

I want to leave zero stars. Cancelled our account within the trial period time frame. They said we owed for everything and sent it to collections but when we disputed they were so sorry but because it was in collections they couldn't do anything.

1 star is more then they deserve....sprint took me with false promises....I have 12 more months them then I am out and NEVER will again go to Sprint..you don't get what you are told ...they fail to give the whole picture, bully you into getting a credit card "so you can pay sprint bill with" then charge you with accessories and put them on the phone, but not without one for themselves on my dime then tell you don't freak out when you see the price , there will be a credit for the full amount next. Next month guess what no credit and the accessorirles ( I would buy online for 1/3 price) have now made making the cell payment with the card impossible....no credit left....my advice..don't do it, but if you do tape the conversation, because they have short memories and you will need it....Dont do it

Can2 keep their word. Not a good company the last few years. I went with Verizon cost a bit more but actual cust service. Something Sprint hasn't had for years.
