Do not visit the Sprint store in Chico, California on E 20th St. They will lie and cheat to make their store numbers and promo quotas. Be wary of what they are having you sign for. Poor business practices from the associates on up to the managers at this location.
Be very wary!
One star because I can't rate it zero.

useless company. The sales rep told me I could change my due date 1 month after I signed on. I had to do this because I am disabled and my original bill was around the 20th of the month. I always paid all of my other bills on the fifth so I know all bills are taken care of and I can use the rest of my money for other things...groceries, car payment etc. when I called to change the date (i called 4 times) and each of the reps said I couldn't. I finally requested a supervisor and until I put my experience on facebook, none of their employees would help me. as a side note until my due date was changed I was only able to make partial payments. When I wanted to make a change in phone, they told me I had to put down a $300 down payment. the phone reps from Phillipines were difficult to understand, the supervisor did not call me back and each time I called a new rep, they gave me different prices. Don't leave your current carrier for Sprint.

I was a sprint customer for over 17 years. I changed carriers a few months ago and had a balance owning with sprint for a new phone l had leased a year ago. The reason l changed carriers was because l was paying 126.00 per month for one phone and sprint would not offer me any reasonable plans. The other carrier offered me the same plan at only 65.00 per month. I've made pmts each month to pay off the phone balance at sprint. In 17 years l never...ever missed a payment with sprint. I recieved a letter from sprint to have the balance of 199.75 to be paid in full by November 13th. Which is 11 days away. Today l received a letter from sprint that they sent the balance l owed to collections...when l still had 11 days to pay the balance in full. Never in my credit history have l received a collection notice. My loyalty to you for 17 years was for nothing. Shame on you sprint. You will never

At this point I'd give 0 stars if possible. Weve had 4 lines with sprint for 6 years. Our bill is over $400.00 a month. We have a balance of $459.59 with sprint. I have a payment arrangement set up on 11-7-18. Just found out our checks won't deposit til 11-9-18. They want me to pay $200.00 to extend it for 2 days!!!!! When our contract is up, we're moving on somewhere cheaper. I'm done with them!!!

Spent 12 hours trying to get my phone to work with them.
In the end, I'm stuck with a bill for $81 and I still don't have any service.
Will be contesting the payment I made to them and urging as many people as I can to switch services.

The absolute worst service that I have ever experienced. I have called into and used the chat option the web site for customer service a multitude of times. They do the same thing every time "a refresh" and the issue is still not resolved. They demand that you pay for services but the service is SUBPAR!!! I am sick of Sprint! I cannot even use my device in places where there is complete service with all 4 bars showing on the display along with LTE. My phone will display "please connect to the internet." I am at my wits end and I am stuck with this horrible carrier. I would NEVER recommend anyone to have Sprint service EVER!!

It was 6 weeks to 2 months ago when I tried to change my phone plan to the 4GB plan for my mother's phone ant my phone while my wife has an unlimited plan data plan. They originally promised to charge $125 per month. Before the change, I was paying $151 per month. After the change, I was billed around $192 per month for November 20th of 2018. I was paying $67 more than I should now. I told the people to Sprint today to give me back my old plan and charge me $151 instead. I am uncertain whether they will keep their promise.

My billing experience with Sprint has been terrible since I started service. It has been nothing but chaos, lies, deceit, false advertisement, lack of customer service and anything else you can think of that is bad is SPRINT!!! I had 8 lines with Sprint and now I am down to 4 lines, decreased my plan and I'm still paying the same price. I will be filing a complaint with FCC as well because I am sick of this. I have emails to prove all the wrong doing as well as false advertisement, and recorded calls. I can guarantee I am looking for a better provider and I think I have found one to buy me out my contract with a cheaper bill. But trust me I am going to climb all the way up the ladder on Sprint even if it requires me to obtain an attorney because I have a legal aide benefit. I wish I would do no stars and make negative stars because one star is giving Sprint too much credit.

By far the WORST phone service ever! Do not, I repeat do NOT by any means switch to them. You will regret this forever

I have not had phone service all day! I use my phone for business. I cannot receive calls or make calls. Yet they got a call through to me to up sell me on a product! I hung up in frustration and even tried to call back and it still gave me the busy tone like every other call. This happened on 10.31.18. I will never speak of this company or recommend this company to anyone.

I was lured to switch from Verizon because they offered free service for a year. That was really helpful for my finances at the time, but I was really, really glad when I had to start paying for service again.

Horrible company that does not value your privacy. 3 months after splitting up with my husband, my ex went into the local Boost Mobile and told them that he forgot the pin on my account. They allowed him to change the PIN and get a printout of all of my call logs. The account was under my maiden name. Luckily I had nothing to hide on my phone. But this was a serious invasion of privacy. Boost Mobile should have never allowed anyone to change my PIN number and have access to my account. Do not use this company.
