I agree with everyone's below comments.
Did everyone know that there have been 30,708 complaints with there being 30 in September, 2018 and already 9 in October, 2018?
How pathetic is that!!
I have had nothing but issues from billing to customer service. You get a different answer every time you contact them.
Obviously the training is terrible otherwise this would not happen.
I was told our phones were backed up when we upgraded the first time and apparently they were not and my husband lost all of his photos which included his son when he was much younger. This is something you just can't get back.
They say they are going to document one thing and the opposite happens.
Called them with an issue and they said a manager would call me back the next day and it didn't happen. Contact Sprint and they said my file said three to eight days. Really!!!
I have asked them not to call me but to email or mail me and they didn't listen to me.
There are some agents that are extremely rude.
How much can one customer take after dealing with issues for about two years after being with them for six.
I would love to not pay my bill until they cancel service; however, this is my husband work phone so we can't afford for his service to be cancelled.
I'm trying to get out of my contract with no penalties so we will see what happens.
11 years with sprint, canceled because they have no service where I am building my new house. 3.5 months of calls totaling over 6 hours of my time. I paid 2 final Bill's to receive yet another bill a month later for $211, after an hour and 15 minutes on the phone was told it was there mistake and that they owed me $119. A month later and a call from a collection agency I spent another hour and 28 minutes on the phone I had to pay another $104. Never sprint!!!!
Can2 keep their word. Not a good company the last few years. I went with Verizon cost a bit more but actual cust service. Something Sprint hasn't had for years.

RUN - And I mean RUN FAST !!!!! I signed up with Sprint in December 2017 with 2 lines. I was fine with the bill amount every month but I never had consistent service. Come to find out they did not service my area but sold me the plans and phones without advising me of such. I could only use this phone while out driving or at work. I called every single week and multiple times. We reset the phone over the phone about 25 x.. I finally went into the store and the representative advised me that it was the phone and I then asked " Why would you sell me a phone that doesn't work". They resorted to sending me a Magic Box and the service still didn't work. Text messages would just spin, calls dropped etc. I did get a $10.00 credit once and I was grateful for that. Sprint should have advised that service would not work in my area vs making a Christmas sale. I have talked to over 50+ reps seeking a resolution. I paid the full amount every month even though service was never satisfactory and I finally left them in May 2018 after 5 months. I have disputed with them over and over that I should not be responsible for the remaining contractual months of service and this should not be put on my credit report. I do not owe them anything and cannot seem to get anywhere with this company.

After being a customer for over 10 years I am switching providers after several supervisors have not fixed the problem nor contacted me back.

I was trying to get my bill fixed due to a promo not being incorporated on my bill and was playing phone tag with this company for weeks. They said they would call me back on certain days to check in with me to see if the issue was resolved but I wasn’t called back. I would call days after to see the status and I would be told again that they would call me back another day, which they did not. I ended up switching my service due to not being serviced well. I got my final bill of $600 and attempted multiple times (4-5) to see if I could do a payment plan for the amount in which I never got a full answer. I’ve been told to wait for a phone call and.l never get one. I had to call them to see what I can get done. The service has been so poor it’s upsetting that I have been with them for 7 years.

You cannot begin to describe the unprofessional ways in which this company handles customers. They offer promotions nobody has heard of and then they refuse to do anything to cancel your service. Stay away. Pay a little more but go to another carrier that has legitimate offers.

I wanted to put 0 stars but It made me put 1 to post review. I’ve been with sprint since 2012 and paid my bill on time every month since then and never had to many problems besides bill going higher from 150$ to 200$ and dropped calls or no service at times until July 30th 2018 when I went in the Sprint store at 2642 Constitution Blvd. Beaver Falls, Pa 15010. I went in to pay off the lease on my primary line and to upgrade my daughters line ! I paid $148.40 to pay off my line which I have the receipt for and I had this phone since Nov 2015 and the lease was up after 21 mths and then they put me on a month to month and I couldn’t understand after all this time why I was still paying a 200$ bill so wanted to pay it off which I thought I did that day. I also paid $189.74 on the other phone and turned it in and got a new one on lease upgrade. Jesse Cavender is who helped me that day and he also switched my 1500 shared plan to the unlimited plan to give me a lesser bill! It should have been 100$ Plus 41$ for upgraded phone plus tax so around 159$ a month. I get my 1st bill in Aug 2018 and my bill is still around $184.44 a mth so I called and spoke with a lady and she said they charged me for a activation on 2nd line and she credited my account 25$ so the bill went down to $159.44. So now I get my Sept 2018 bill for 194$ so I call on 9-13-18 and after getting switched around for 2 hrs I spoke with Frank who said my bill has been around 200$ because I still owe on primary phones lease that I had 3 yrs and I told her I have a receipt that I paid it off and she insists I owe 122$ on lease still , after felling like they was ripping me off I asked her to just disconnect both lines and she said no we will credit your acct 122$ in 24 to 48 hrs and she changed my unlimited plan to freedom unlimited to I guess save me another 10$. After 2 hrs I got off the phone. Oct 1st my bill is due and I go to pay to see nothing was changed so I call again and after being switched thru departments again for 1 hr I speak with *** out of Florida who reads the notes and agrees what Frank was suppose to credit my acct and end lease on primary phone. He says he will fix it and credit my acct 50$ right now and credit it 25$ a mth until it reaches 100$ because again I asked to just disconnect my lines because I have been given the run around and nothing was being done after 5 hrs of my time speaking to Sprint! He assured me he was the man to take care of this so ok let’s see and we hang up. Everytime you call tho they just want to get you to upgrade into a new lease tho and really don’t care about anything else. So I go to pay my bill the same day and now it says I owe 306$ and my acct was credited 10$ so I had to call sprint again, at this time I was not happy and Ken who I was speaking with now offered what he could do even tho the notes already said what the last 3 employees was suppose to do and then he said he would put his supervisor on. I said just disconnect my lines cuz I’m beyond done with Sprint. It’s Oct 2nd I did not pay my bill cuz it is still 306$ and my phones are still on so I guess I have to call the CEO and tell them there employees have no clue what is going on and do not do what they say they are going to do and need a ton of more training! Not a happy customer! *** PA going to another phone provider.
Terrible customer service and even worse business practices. They send me a text the date the bill is past due but if I am close to my data they feel like sending an email may be better. Makes no sense. Also, they like to be very petty and threaten you with fees. I would go to any of the other three companies.
