UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE! For a month I kept requesting that Sprint unlock my data phone. They never would. This forced us to have to stay with Sprint. Since Sprint would not allow us the freedom to move to another carrier, we upgraded my husband’s slider phone to a data phone and upgraded his non-date plan to an unlimited data plan. I already had a data phone and the unlimited data plan, so nothing was to be done to my line. After I kept asking Sprint to unlock my data phone, I soon was not receiving incoming calls. A Sprint employee admitted that sometimes carriers do things to customers who ask for their phone to be unlocked. This just confirmed my suspicion. I spent many hours, days, and weeks troubleshooting with Sprint in the store, on the phone, and in chat. A Sprint Technical Support technician said he went into the network and saw that it has been turned off for me to receive phone calls, my phone number/line only. The Sprint technician said someone would have had to have gone into the network and switched off your incoming calls. The problem still remained on my phone number/line only. I could never receive incoming calls anymore. I still continued troubleshooting with Sprint every day, and I never received another incoming phone call. We were forced to cancel with Sprint and get another carrier. Otherwise, I would be paying an unlimited data plan on a phone line they sabotaged to not receive calls anymore. To harm me further, once we canceled Sprint, Sprint contacted Facebook and reported my phone number as “no longer valid”. This caused Facebook to “deactivate” my phone number in my accounts. Sprint reporting my number as invalid to Facebook or anyone I do business with is none of their business. Just because I canceled with Sprint, does NOT mean my phone number is invalid. I kept my phone number and obtained another carrier. This is beyond dirty practice in Sprint going out of their way to cause sabotage my service then further cause me harm. This is not appropriate treatment of the public consumer. This type of sabotage is excessively unreasonable and unethical. Sprint’s actions should violate everything about Consumer Protection. (Horrible how this makes you give them at least 1 star, when I want to give the ZERO stars!!)

If I could put 0, I would. I was a customer 20 years. Their customer service is so bad, I went to Verizon. On 2-24-18, I returned an AiRave. My acct was closed with a zero balance. Since August 2018, they are saying I have not returned it, and billing me $167.00. I have their return merchandise auth #label they sent me and proof that I sent it. They have sent me to collections. Everytime I call, I try to get to Resolution/Dispute Dept, they transfer me to Customer Service again. They are money hungry and do not care about customers any more.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! FERDINAND was rude and condescending!!! Spent over TWO hours one the phone with them after I got my bill, paid off my cell phone monthly installments and the bill jumped $150 in one month!!
The first guy hung up on me. The second girl was good but we were disputing international charges as well. The 3rd girl was rude and her boss FERDINAND was a RUDE JERK!!! Bottom line is, don't do it. They will scam you and then lock you in so you can't afford to leave. I can NOT WAIT to switch carriers tomorrow.
When they sold me the "18 month" contract in the store, the rep told me the phones would be paid off in 18 months. Instead, I get a "lease" fee of $32.09X4 phones per month and OWE another $194 PER PHONE!!! What a SCAM! There has to be a class action law suit somewhere. This is ridiculous. And they took my evening from me!
If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Their CEO should be fired for allowing this business to run this way!

Horrid company!!! I would give zero stars if Revdex.com allowed. Phone tech offered unlimited data for 15 dollars for our phones. The next month our bill had gone up by $100! I called and they told me there was no unlimited data plan for $15/month, that the actual data plan for phones was $65.00 for the first line and $45 for the second line. I do not like being lied to!!!

Sprint needs to go out of business. They have the customer service of a caveman and the common sense of a peon. I wasn’t allowed to pick up a phone I paid for but they wouldn’t provide a refund. After weeks of trying I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Then I called customer service again and asked what it would cost to close my account. They told me to pay the remainder of my phone bill which was $63 and I did but now I’ve got a $1500 bill from them. It took 2 months and 19 days of asking just for them to close my account. Sprint is a scam artist and they need to go out of business.

Horrible company. Ive never felt so much disrespect in my life! The "supervisor" I spoke with by the name of Michael, said hes the top of the line so hes allowed to speak to me however he pleases. Our bill is a total mess from these people. I cant even sale a phone I PURCHASED OUTRIGHT because they wont unlock it.

The most horrible company ever to deal with! I originally called in my order to start service, I was promised 3 times the phone would be here the next day, never left there warehouse! I was told by a supervisor, after being hung up on 3 times to go to the corporate store and they would do a refund and I could proceed from there. I drive 45 min to there corporate store to be told they can’t issue the refund I would have to put a second down payment to get the phone. Since then I’ve had to call every other day because of several issues. They offer Hulu and a few other services with the u limited plan, sprint cut my Hulu off after a week! I was locked out by sprint, that took 5 days for them to figure out it was on there end! I got an iPhone 7 and it’s glitchy as hell, doesn’t work right all the time, it takes 15-20 min to send a picture message and I’ll have 3 bars on lte! Internet access is almost none! Or it takes 15 min to load a page or refresh it so many times before it goes through, doesn’t matter what browser you use.if you have 3 bars or less on lte your phone is useless to send messages, check email, or anything other than make a call! I’ve been told countless time they would call me back, never happens! They send me a text to call them, but if you can’t wait for an hour or better it’s pointless to even call!
Now I’m told if I want to upgrade my phone I’m going to have to put another down payment because they can’t help me with this issue! Or they can send me a used phone, but I still have to wait for it to get here! The audacity to say you will send a used phone is a joke! Then the fact that it took them almost a week to refund my original down payment because they said they had to wait for the phone that never got shipped to ship out and then me send it back before they could do a refund! It never left, it shouldn’t ha e to wait because no one ever took it to the post office to send it!
I have currently been on the phone with them for 2 hrs trying to get some kind of resolution and all I continue to get is excuse, I’m sorry, excuse again, I’m Sorry!
Also after being hung up 4 times today, one lady asked for my info to confirm my account, I told her no o will give it to the supervisor available because they do nothing but hang up on me. She tried to convince me to give her the information again a few min later, I told her no again I would give it to the supervisor, she then accesses my account anyways and starts trying to go over my bill to see if that’s the issue, over my data usage to see if that was the issue, when I asked her how she can pull up my account with out confirming my information she immediately tried to go into how it’s ok because it was my sprint phone I was calling from so she could access it! She literally just asked for that info so she could access my account! Now she doesn’t need it and hasn’t even gotten my name before going over my account with me, she had no clue who she was talking to! Just did it anyways! Then refused to give me her name or employee I formation so I could file a complaint on the direct violation of accessing my account with out confirming who I was! All I got from her is my name joy. Well so is my insurance lady, but at least I know how to identify her other than just a first name! I asked for an employee number and she said I can’t have that information! So how do I file a coal.aint on someone named joy in a company with 30k of people employed!? There’s got to be more than one joy at the company in a pool of 30k people!
There promise to call back is an absolute joke, they say it to get you off the phone so they can take the next, knowing no one will ever call you back! And to think someone is going to believe your I doan with the name joy is a joke! It’s a name they pick out and tell who ever is on the phone! Smh. Over 2 hrs on the phone on hold. I was told over 45 min ago a supervisor would call me back within 30 min! Nothing so far and I refused to get off the phone! Still no supervisor, just a guy coming back on saying he’s sorry, his supervisor will be with me in a sec!

Customer service was horrible at this location (store #7778); walked into the store and wasn't greeted until 20-25 minutes of standing around trying to figure out should I wait at the front or the back to receive help. Victor, who was working at the front appeared to annoyed didn't attempt to greet me nor inform me if anyone would be with me to help. While waiting at the back, an employee blatantly stated another customers SSN for everyone to hear. I'm not sure if the shorter, older man was a manager, he also appeared to be disgruntled after arguing with a customer, he kept walking back and forth also not assisting. Finally, a young lady asked what we needed assistance with I informed her an activation, to which she came over immediately to assist. Chris L. stated they wouldn't be able to activate the phone unless I turn my current one in and would have to call sprint to get them to override. I informed him, I spoke with Sprint and they noted my account due to the activation issue however he was persistent I could not be activated unless he called Sprint or I pay for the entire phone. The young lady was unable to help, as she was assisting someone else in opening an account and I proceeded to wait yet again. Luckily, Dani R came and saved the day! She was very pleasant and helpful, I wish she'd been on the floor when I initially arrived.
I understand the demographics of the area and realize that they are there to assist spanish speaking customers, however, customer service goes across the board regardless of race of language. Victor greeted every spanish speaking customer, however, I was not greeted nor acknowledge when I came into the store to receive services. Overall, the customer service was horrible, but Dani R ended the terrible experience on a better note. With only 3 customers in the store being assisted when I initially walked in, it should not have taken 25 minutes for me to be acknowledged and another 60 minutes to actually receive service.

This company is crooked. They started charging me for some 5 dollars a month for some game zone thing that they enrolled me in without my knowledge. I finally got that resolve and then bought a new phone unlocked. I took it to the store to get a sim card and activate it and this company automatically enrolled me in a $15.00 a month insurance plan that I didn't want. When I noticed it on my bill I called and the person on the line apologized but then had the audacity to try to tell me the selling points and why I should keep it. The finally told me it was off my account, I went online and sure enough it's still there. This company is a fraud and something needs to be done about this.

System doesn't allow ZERO stars so let's just start with that... just spent an hour and thirty minutes on the phone, only actually TALKING for about 20 minutes mind you, the rest I was on hold to try to resolve a price plan issue from April where I was told and had it noted on my account that I was changed to specific plan problem is it never happened and now that I'm trying to fix it keep getting the run around and then just got hung up on, with the quote of "so we talked to our management and the resolution we came up with is...." no dropped call notification or anything, no call back... sounds like you got sick of me disrupting your handle time. Called back for another 45 minute call got transferred to the wrong department because apparently the first person couldnt fix it, demanded a supervisor who subsequently hung up on me after admitting that it was notated on my account they would change my price plan back in April and have been over billing me for months. STILL not calling me back so no choice but to believe it's deliberate.

In June 2018, I switched 3 Lines from Verizon to Sprint. During this switch, the agent offered me a promotion for an iPad for $4.17/month. I accepted the offer. When I received my next bill, I noticed an additional $30/month Unlimited Tablet plan for data. I had not been told about this Tablet data plan. The rep also placed "Insurance on all Lines without telling me" I was able to cancel insurance, If I was told about the Tablet data plan, I would not have accepted this promotion. I've spoken to Sprint customer service. With absolutely no help. I cannot cancel this Tablet data plan. If I return the iPad, Sprint will charge me $459. "bait-and-switch".
