We have had phone since 2000 our bill was behind one bill, my phone has been giving me big issues. They insisted on troubleshooting it which didn't work and one of the ways caused my phone to freeze and unable to use it. They told me the bill had to be paid in order for them to upgrade my phone after talking to 8 different people 4 out of those people were very rude. Not to mention I was on the phone from 2-8 trying to fix this issue with them.
System doesn't allow ZERO stars so let's just start with that... just spent an hour and thirty minutes on the phone, only actually TALKING for about 20 minutes mind you, the rest I was on hold to try to resolve a price plan issue from April where I was told and had it noted on my account that I was changed to specific plan problem is it never happened and now that I'm trying to fix it keep getting the run around and then just got hung up on, with the quote of "so we talked to our management and the resolution we came up with is...." no dropped call notification or anything, no call back... sounds like you got sick of me disrupting your handle time. Called back for another 45 minute call got transferred to the wrong department because apparently the first person couldnt fix it, demanded a supervisor who subsequently hung up on me after admitting that it was notated on my account they would change my price plan back in April and have been over billing me for months. STILL not calling me back so no choice but to believe it's deliberate.
In June 2018, I switched 3 Lines from Verizon to Sprint. During this switch, the agent offered me a promotion for an iPad for $4.17/month. I accepted the offer. When I received my next bill, I noticed an additional $30/month Unlimited Tablet plan for data. I had not been told about this Tablet data plan. The rep also placed "Insurance on all Lines without telling me" I was able to cancel insurance, If I was told about the Tablet data plan, I would not have accepted this promotion. I've spoken to Sprint customer service. With absolutely no help. I cannot cancel this Tablet data plan. If I return the iPad, Sprint will charge me $459. "bait-and-switch".

Very unprofessional very rude, disrespectful and outright illegal activity me and my son went into sprint store on *** to get services and become spring customers walk in look at devices and like the promotion for half off for iPhone X so we gave the social and all the needed info a few mins later the manager Braynt tells us that someone else is using our social because there is a established sprint account with my social but rest of the info different so I was shocked initially than thought how can someone use just my social with different names and dates etc.. to get a post paid account well that's impossible because you would get denied so thats what I told the manager but he said there's nothing they can do to contact sprint and talk to them and after he went to the back I called him numerous times through different employee 4 diffrent times that employee went to the back & came back saying hold on he'll come out so after 30-40 mins later he comes out helps different customers I see him and go up to him tell him why weren't you coning to assist us he said there's nothing else he can do also I asked before doing the application is there going to be a hard inquiry on my credit he said no there wont be sprint doesn't do hard inquiry's I said ok good but after that situation I checked my experian report and see the hard inquiry and bring that up to the manager but he completely ignored us and it was becoming unbearable so we left well very frustrated we left later on that day I called sprint CS and gave my info they said that ouhh congratulations I see you were approved for 5 lines im shocked I say are you sure he said yes positive I ask is there a account under that social that active open or ever been open he said no there has never been any such thing can you believe that come to find out when we filled out the app for service at the sprint store in Glendale we were approved for 5 lines but the sprint manager clearly lied to us to play some sick prank on us or was being racist prejudice or bias I dont know but I do know it was intentional conscious and understandingly purposely done and that's not right nor legal and they should be held responsible if my info or contact info is needed feel free to contact me [email protected]

I’m being really generous with this rating I’ve been with Sprint since 2002 and ever since battle I’d say 2010 maybe 2011 I’ve had nothing but problems with them I got an iPhone 4s for my first iPhone had a situation where an app is saying it was cleaning found out since 10 from Apple that’s OK if you get it so I went online and talk to somebody who told me to go on a link and back it up in iCloud couldn’t get onto that link they ended up doing a full hard reset and I lost several photos of my nieces and nephews graduation ceremonies and parties as well as some other photos of a family member who has passed away so I can never get them back so today I was on chat with them from 9:30 AM in Ohio till almost 1:15 PM I was on mine with the chat reps and found out that because I wasn’t saying what they want to me to hear that they were getting annoyed with me without my consent then did my chat session this isn’t the first time this is happened and there’s been many other things that really rude and unfair and if you have a lease you better make sure that the fair market value is that exactly what your contract states because I just found out this morning that the fair market value is based on several things besides the price that you have on your contract and also I was told information that had to do with a iPhone 7 silver I have an iPhone 6 and it was a totally different account that they were speaking of really Sprint get with the program retrain everybody and Customerservice not in just getting their paychecks whatever happened to where the customers number one and the reason for you being in business no I would not refer anybody Sprint I will tell them to stay as far away as you can my trust and Sprint is so negative right now it’s not funny and I’m never report any company to the Revdex.com but today I am and yes I have tried working with them so many times and talked with their Esculations dept. and giving credit any changes for maybe a day and that’s it so I’m tired of being treated like I’m just a profit and that I’m not valued anymore it’s really sad but I can’t afford to go with anybody else because I’m not financially able to and I’m not going to make another business pay for a bill that I made with another business I have never been taught to do that nor will I ever start and I’ve let Sprint know that and they think they can call you from Customerservice and rectify the situation even if you say in an email that you would rather them contact you through email only I never do return their calls in fact I delete all of their calls if they can’t follow my rules why should I follow their’s when I don’t get the respect and courtesy and service I deserve
This company is horrible. Does not tell you after the 2 years they will still charge you for the phones you have paid off as rent. Or for the tablets. They don’t tell you that your bill will go up $200 after your two years if you continue with them.

I joined with the promise of "one year free service" if switching from Verizon. After an incredibly difficult time getting service set up, I enjoyed 5 months of the free service promised. Then, inexplicably, my plan ended 5 months in and I was forced into a (contracted) expensive plan--more than I was paying for my Verizon (which really does have much better service...). I have been contacting Sprint constantly for 3 months with continuous charges and no end in sight. Customer service all says the same thing and assures me that they are working on my issue and will contact me within 48 hours. Inevitably, 48 hours later, I have to contact them. I will never give Sprint my business again and recommend NO ONE to support or get screwed over by this company.

Well, after a while my husband found out that some of the places he travels he has no phone service. This wasn't acceptable cause he has to have his phone to work, so I search around and found another provider who works awesome and at a lower rate. Well when I went to switch it took us 3 hours to get switched cause the customer service on the phone wanted to argue with me and my husband about switching, then they didn't want to release 2 of the phone numbers (mind you my husband and I have had our phone numbers for 10 years so no we didn't want a new number). 3 hours people just to get 2 phone numbers released, no mind you our phone numbers didn't come from Sprint in the 1st place, we had Verizon and should have never done business with Sprint. So within 24 hours they locked my NOTE 8 and S8 Active (mine and husband phones what we got from Sprint). Then when I call I was treated with disrespect cause I'm no longer a customer of theirs and was told I have to return our phones HOWEVER we have to reset the phone back to factory or else we will be charged per phone! Here's the kicker, they locked the phones and refuse to give us the unlock code so that we can remove all our personal stuff and reset the phones back to factory, REFUSE! What the crap is this, I will not allow anyone to have access to my personal information or even pictures of my children, for all I know they will steal my information and god knows what with my pictures! This is ridiculous Sprint. Yall need to get your stuff straight. You need to unlock my phones and quit giving me such a hard. I will be filing a compliant with another agency as well as giving this information to my attorney.
Sprint is a horrible service. You are given conflicting and inconsistent information. They play games for their benefit, and I am so mad that I even had them as long as I have. I will definitely be changing soon. I have trying to get a phone, that I paid for completely, unlocked as it is now the law for them to unlock phones after you have paid them off. I have been given the run around and conflicting information in order to not process my request. This is ridiculous. I will definitely be reporting them to the Federal Communications Commission next.

Sprint allowed this. Then this friend stopped paying for her phone, so I called Sprint to disable her phone.I was assured, by at least three different Sprint reps., her phone was totally disabled and she couldn't use any of it's features.Which was a lie!! As long as she had Wi-Fi access,she had TOTALuse of this phone, and theres nothing I can do about it!! Now, after being lied to for over a month, I am stuck paying her phone and Sprint will do nothing to help me.They have now advised me the only way the phone will be rendered totally useless is if I pay off the rest of the phone's value and usage contract. Which amounts to over 300 dollars!! It's nice to know that Sprint could care less about my situation and help a widow who's struggling...All because I was trying to help a person in need.
I bet if I stopped PAYING my total cell phone bill, Sprint would make sure none of our phones worked though. Access to Wi-Fi or not.....Can't wait to my contract is up and go to another carrier .
