I have been a sprint customer for 20 years, and I am now changing companies because their online system is terrible. Every time I sign in, it won't let me access my account without them sending me a text message with a code. I had to block Sprint from sending me text messages because they send me too many text messages, and I have asked them to stop and they said they cannot. So I blocked them from texting me and now I can't sign onto my account because in order to sign on, they have to text me a code. I had to request paper bills so I can send a check for my bill because of this. It has been a horrendous last year and a half with sprint. Their customer service reps have given me misinformation over and over and over again. Additionally, I have asked for an address or email or phone number for the corporate offices and they tell me they don't have it. I would leave sprint today, but I will owe money from 2 unfinished contracts (I have 4 lines with them). After 20 years, they really should release me from any fees. While I realize all companies have different issues, I give sprint a zero on a scale from 1 to 10. That's how bad they are and that is how done I am with them. Just a horrible experience all around. If I could give 0 stars I would, but the minimum is 1. If you want to save yourself a bunch of headaches and frustration, avoid Sprint at all costs. They really need to stop restricting access to view your bill after you cancel your account. Reps tell you to go to a store to print out a bill or wait 7-10 days for snail mail to deliver it to you. Stores tell you they can't print in store, you have to call in and let them mail it to you. This might've been ok 20 years ago, but making it so that customers with balances can't see their bill is a simple fix and it could help with customer retention. No one wants a bad taste in their mouth from fighting with a rep over something as simple as getting immediate access to their bill. It's really ridiculous. I'm never returning to sprint and have already convinced 2 people to leave.

This is ***!! I had a promo when I switch for a free tablet with the phone but I didnt want the tablet and returned it with in 2 days to the manager herself. That tablet account was still on my file when I talked with them in Feb. Chats stated it will reflect on my next bill March which of course it didnt and I was charger for the tablet I returned $150 so wtf
! Ive been contacting them for days now.. my account is sitting at negative and do you think they will pay for the negative charge *** NO!! so they said sorry we dont give refunds only credit. So your telling me its ok for you guys to take that amount just like that im my account but you guys cant give back the monies you took that was charged wrong!! *** YOU GUYS AND YOU *** SERVICE. Taking monies that clearly was a *** mistake

It takes 3 hours just to get to a real person to resolve issues and even then it never gets sorted out. I used to love sprint but their customer service has gone down, and unfortunately they have just become another money hungry corporation. Will be switching as soon as I can without paying an arm and a leg to do so.

Never go there. Contract was up. Was told daughter she had to buy phone outright since it was damaged which she did. Told us to get new line and second phone would be free. Found out later we have to pay 1/2 price for her phone. Told by corporate later that deal was for I-phone 8 not 8 plus. Talked me into getting a free tablet. Told me it was absolutely fee. I asked if we pay for wifi and was told no. They neglected to inform us we needed a 3rd line for this and also a 30.00 monthly fee. We received no receipts and no contract. Then my daughter had a 123.00 charge on her debit card. Was told that she could not get her money back bacause we didn't have a receipt. I told numerous people we never got one. Finally today they were able to retrieve the receipt and told me what was purchased. We don't have these items. We got none of them. Still they are unwilling to help. I asked her how much my bill would go up and she said 10.00. My bill went to 95.00. They are very deceptive. Put tons of charges on my account without my concent. Neglected to tell me of extra charges and fraudulently purchased items from my daughters debit card. Be very careful. If you want a good experience and don't want to get ripped off don't use Sprint store in Meriden Ct.

After a few days I receive the phones and did Not open the box. I wanted to talk with someone first for confirmation of what my bill would be.
After being on the phone for OVER 3 hours and being switched to 6 different representives with 6 drastically different monthly bill prices I finally got a hold of some to say that I DID NOT want to continue with sprint. They sent me packages for the unopened phones to be sent back and told me I would NOT receive a bill. That I was under their trail period. So I sent them back that same day.
Well today I receive a letter in the mail saying I have a past due amount of $139 and a current bill of $59??!!!!
Horrible horrible horrible phone company! How are they still in business?? I never even opened up 1 of the phone boxes.

I asked her 3 times to verify that they were 7 plus. She said yes. I received two iPhone 7's (not 7 Plus). I cancelled with sprint and sent the phones back. I was told I would receive back my down payment on the phones in 1 week. It has been two weeks. Today they ported my numbers from Verizon even though I told them to cancel two weeks ago. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon getting my phone numbers back. I called last week asking about my refund. They told me the warehouse received my phones and I would receive my refund by next week. I call today and they tell me it will be 4 weeks!!! What kind of business are these people running??? Why is this ok?
