Sprint called me via a phone sale. The sales rep sold said I would be receiving two iPhone 7 plus for a set amount per month. She sent me the wrong phones. I asked her 3 times to verify that they were 7 plus. She said yes. I received two iPhone 7's (not 7 Plus). I cancelled with sprint and sent the phones back. I was told I would receive back my down payment on the phones in 1 week. It has been two weeks. Today they ported my numbers from Verizon even though I told them to cancel two weeks ago. I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Verizon getting my phone numbers back. I called last week asking about my refund. They told me the warehouse received my phones and I would receive my refund by next week. I call today and they tell me it will be 4 weeks!!! What kind of business are these people running??? Why is this ok?
Telesales are a bunch of crooks. It would be nice if I got someone who spoke English clearly .Sent me devices I did not order ended up having to pay for disconnected their service they also took on authorize payments from my bank account never deal with this company again you will just get robbed

Never go there. Contract was up. Was told daughter she had to buy phone outright since it was damaged which she did. Told us to get new line and second phone would be free. Found out later we have to pay 1/2 price for her phone. Told by corporate later that deal was for I-phone 8 not 8 plus. Talked me into getting a free tablet. Told me it was absolutely fee. I asked if we pay for wifi and was told no. They neglected to inform us we needed a 3rd line for this and also a 30.00 monthly fee. We received no receipts and no contract. Then my daughter had a 123.00 charge on her debit card. Was told that she could not get her money back bacause we didn't have a receipt. I told numerous people we never got one. Finally today they were able to retrieve the receipt and told me what was purchased. We don't have these items. We got none of them. Still they are unwilling to help. I asked her how much my bill would go up and she said 10.00. My bill went to 95.00. They are very deceptive. Put tons of charges on my account without my concent. Neglected to tell me of extra charges and fraudulently purchased items from my daughters debit card. Be very careful. If you want a good experience and don't want to get ripped off don't use Sprint store in Meriden Ct.

I signed up for 4 lines with 4 new phones over the phone with a customer service representative that told me it would be a certain price.
After a few days I receive the phones and did Not open the box. I wanted to talk with someone first for confirmation of what my bill would be.
After being on the phone for OVER 3 hours and being switched to 6 different representives with 6 drastically different monthly bill prices I finally got a hold of some to say that I DID NOT want to continue with sprint. They sent me packages for the unopened phones to be sent back and told me I would NOT receive a bill. That I was under their trail period. So I sent them back that same day.
Well today I receive a letter in the mail saying I have a past due amount of $139 and a current bill of $59??!!!!
Horrible horrible horrible phone company! How are they still in business?? I never even opened up 1 of the phone boxes.

I've been with sprint for 11 years. I've had many issues I've suffered through. Most recently I've tried to upgrade my phone. I call in and speak with Kristen Gilio. She helps me upgrade my phone and takes my card information to process the order. She walks me through signing the agreement online to "Make the process go smoother" as she put it. And hour later, I get a email saying that I have to call sprint to verify myself. They freeze the order, apparently freezing my access to my online account as well. I call the following morning to verify myself. I am told it's been complete. What I wasn't told is that it would delete my online account, so I'd have to resign up. It would cancel my order and they would still HAVE my money.
This was all on a monday. Today is Thrusday. My order is still on a pending status, saying I need to verify myself. Greedy Sprint HAS taken my money from my account. I have to call in, be hung up on, misrouted, call back in. Be hung up on again. Just to try to cancel the order at this point.
It's been painstaking working with them over the course of 11 years. However What has transpired over the course of March 5th to present today is enough. THEY are unwilling to assist me. They currently have MY MONEY. I have to fight to get my order cancelled. I've had my current phone for 3 years. It's slowly dying as iPhones tend to do when a newer version comes out. This is unacceptable. I get no assistance, but they will take my money.
I think in all this I failed to mention I've signed the agreement online. I do not want to be held to this 2 year contract since I am currently without a new phone, with a pending order, with a freeze on my account for verification ( AFTER CALLING TO VERIFY MYSELF) and with a migraine from speaking to countless reps who do not care to assist.
*** I am currently on chat with a rep who told me my order was cancelled March 7th. Which no one told me. I am still without my money. I have the rep responding saying that Verification never took place. Which I called and did on tuesday. This is all one big game with Sprint

I have been with Sprint for 18 years. The past two years have been terrible. They have screwed us over time and again, with phones, poor service, increasing rates, etc. The last straw was to tell us that one of the phones we "bought" 18 months was not ours and that we owed for it - EVEN though it was never on our bill and we had paid for it through a turn in process and with leasing another phone. Then, their customer service dept pretty much accused of stealing and insisted we return the phone that we owned! Shame on Sprint!!!
