I’ve had these phone service for over a year and each and every month my bill has been incorrect! I have had to get an adjustment every month, but some months they wouldn’t fix it completely so I have over paid several times! Now, they’re saying the plan I signed up with has ended and my bill that was suppose to be up to 5 lines for $100 is now a $400 phone bill!!

I received letters in the mail for a Sprint account I did not open. These representatives are inept and don't know what they are doing. They could not find any reference to the letters but found possible other accounts. They refused to transfer me to anyone who could provide definitive information on those possible accounts and recommend I initiate a fraud report. The issue is, I had no information to go on, I had letters that nobody could confirm, don't know if the letters were face and couldn't be told anything.

That doesn't make sense to me. The customer service is awful all they do is talk about billing but do not know how to resolve customer complaints. I want to get out of this account but they tricked me into accepting a galaxy pad for free then started charging me a fee for something I did not even use One star is too much. There needs to be further investigation into there billing practices.

Not only will they lie straight to your face but their corporate service will belittle, insult and tell you to basically screw yourself. NEVER will I ever return no matter the pricing.

Stay away from this store. They are nothing short of crooks and will rip you off while they smile to your face. I was promised a promotional credit towards a phone upgrade and never got it. 3 months later it still hasn't been applied mean while I'm paying full price. I've been back to the store 3 times to get this fixed and each time they say they will fix it and never do. The manager always seems to be off that day or unavailable. I've contacted Sprint customer service various times and they are unwilling to help as well, they keep telling me to go back to the store. Finally an agent from Sprint called the store with me on the line to get a hold of the manager, he was out. The customer service rep tried for a few more days to resolve this with the store and would call me with updates, always the same, couldn't get a hold of the manager. The Sprint rep stopped calling me back and this is still unresolved. All the store has to do is apply the promotion that I was offered by them in the store. T.K. was the store rep who initially processed my order. Omar Segovia is the manager who is never available. I was ready to switch carriers and stayed with Sprint because of the offer they made me. I regret staying with Sprint and will be switching as soon as possible. If this issue is resolved I will update this review. Hope this saves someone some heart ache
