After 8 years of being a loyal customer, we left. Horrible 3rd party "hired sprint customer service department." Have never been more poorly disrespected by ghetto dialogue I was subjected to - in my life. Not to mention the months of redirection for our issue. Online states has to be handled 'in-store, in-store says corporate phone line, only to be told to go back to the store. Infrastructure of responsibility is lacking immensely.
You could do better Sprint, so disappointed.

Complete awful company. They have a lot of hidden cancellation fees. Multiple time was told my account got cancelled but when I checked at the store it was not cancelled. Was turned down from returning a leased phone at the store even though I paid the whole lease period and follow the guidelines. I was told I had to return via mail, but when I contact customer service they never sent me the boxes to return it. I decided to just pay off the phone just so I can be done with the awful service and company. Once everything was completely paid off I requested to have the account closed to spend an hour of talking to a rep that just spin me in circles to close the account. I have worked with many companies previously, and this is the absolute worst I have dealt with. The company is a complete scam of a company and should have their cancellation process investigated.

Hello, I am so frustrated I not even know where to start.right of the batt, I defiantly recommend to stay as far as you can from Sprint. its not worth the hassle and head ache plus the money you end up loosing because you are so frustrated that you want to leave. last Jun I got suck into low priced line and half price galaxy 8 . well they have been charging me full price plus charges like insurance that I never agreed to.I have made at least 2 call a month to correct my billing and every time the call goes overseas and everyone has promised me this would be the last time and they had gotten it fixed and the next month is the same thing. it takes so much time to call and explain the whole situation every time and every time they say well the last person didi not put the codes the right place or did not do it right and next month again the same thing.

Sprint refuses to unlock my 5 phones even though I paid for all of them. They are dragging their feet to avoid me switching to another carrier.
