Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

It has taken us 3 years to reconcile a $150 charge for a machine that we had turned in 3 years ago!! My husband has spent countless hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue and got the run around each time he called. I wish I could give less than 1 star. We will never, ever do business with Sprint again.

complete bait and switch tactic on paying off line switching fees, never been compensated for switching my verizon phone to sprint 3 months later

After being with Sprint for 8yrs on my fiances' account and 8yrs prior on my account, I left in between to try other cell providers. Came back to sprint because they seemed to be better then other companys. Recently we had a new store in Brooklawn NJ near me open up. My friend (who is not caucasion, like myself) told me to go there for any questions, they are super fast and super nice. I knew my all the info in my account, after all I have a lot of experience with Sprint. But this experience was one I wish I had never experienced. Me and my 2 Adult children walked in and was told that I was next, which was not the case. So after 45mins of what was supposed to be a few mins. I told the man who said he was the store manager could not help give me basic information on their sprint plans, this is the Brooklawn NJ store. Sprint will be losing 3 accounts, if this is customer service face to face I want nothing to do with it.. The man quickly moved onto the next customer and rudely told me he couldn’t help me.

Horrible service, I don't have service in the middle of freaking downtown.

I have been with Sprint since 11-22-2017. I have been on the phone with them everyday since then. If either they screw my services, the billing, uneducated Customer Services. Broken promises. Hiding Charges. Now I have a paid off device, which Sprint is unwilling to unlock, until my bill is paid off,m which isn't due till two days from now. The previous device as nothing to with my current bill. Sprint has left a bad taste as a customer. They offer a free I Phone 6s, which a down grade from paid off phone. Guess who had to do all the leg work to get the. I had to go to an Apple Store in another city to get the phone. When I did and transfer my profile and services under the I Phone 6s, Sprint turn my services off and inflated my charges to 250, which they wanted to pay or make an payment arrangement for the past due, amount. Keep in my mind my bill is current and not due to the 14th of Feb. This all happen on the 02-03-2018. smh. This is one of the worst Carrier I have deal with. I left Sprint back into 2000, due the a lot of billing errors generated by Sprint, thinking they have came a long way. No screw your account up. Sprint still doesn't honor it promotions

I have been trying to get my $250 rebate that was promised to me for almost 1 full year now... They take money out of my acct EACH MONTH automatically which was part of the deal BUT STILL NO REBATE after 11 months... They transfer me from person to person w/ their customer service for hours to NEVER come to a solution... Usually saying that corporate will be calling me within 72 hours and my case has been escalated... STILL NEVER A CALL BACK... I do this AT LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK... This company DOES NOT CARE about their customers... STAY AWAY!!!!

I switched to Sprint after looking at their coverage maps to make certain that I would have service in the area I frequently travel to. I did have service there for about 9 months. Suddenly I no longer had coverage there. My daughter also has Sprint and has coverage in that area. I am not able to send or receive texts. I am not able to connect online. I have been calling about this issue for months.
I am paying for useless service. They tell me they will not credit my account because I have service at my home address. The service at my home address isn’t very good either, but the whole point of wireless service is that it will work away from your home. At home I have WiFi and a phone. It’s not at home that I need service.
The customer service is terrible. When I ask for a manager, they tell me that one will call me back within 24 hours. 10 days later I get a call from someone who tells me that I can instal WiFi at the address. Again, the point of having this service is to not need WiFi and a corded phone.
Terrible service all around. I am not a satisfied customer.

Please people whatever you do, do not use sprint. They suck! My husband and I switched to Sprint in April 2017 and was able to participate in the buy one get one free promotion (samsung galaxy S8) for 18 months. We were told before we switched that the phones were open and could be used overseas. In October of 2017, my husband was traveling to Israel for several months and we went into the Sprint store to verify that the phone was ready to go and all he needed to do was insert a local sim card when he arrived at his destination. We were told by the international department that the phone had to be paid in full in order for it to be unlocked. So, the phones were not unlocked like the sales rep said. We paid $600.00 to have the phone unlocked and just chalked it up to bad training on the sales rep. Later that month when I received my bill, I was being charged for my phone (my free phone)(buy one get one). I called and talked to customer service and they informed me that when my husband paid off his phone it voided our contract and their for I owe for my phone $31.25 a month for the remaining of my contract. I told them that we were not informed that if the phone was paid off it would void our contract, that that was very poor customer service and that if we had known that, then my husband would have purchased a cheap phone overseas to use. They finally agreed after several phone calls that it was not our fault and that they would give me a $31.25 credit each month on my bill to offset the charge of the phone. I have yet to receive the $31.25 credit. They still owe me for October, November and January. As these were on auto pay. I paid my December bill online and paid the correct amount. I just talked to a Rachel in customer service, she is apparently a supervisor and she at first told me that my contract was voided and I asked her to to please read ALL THE NOTES on my account as there are several regarding this issue. She comes back and tells me that she read them and saw what I was complaining about and she was sending them to the executive office for their review and that I should be hearing back from them in 5 to 7 business days. Whether or not that happens, remains to be seen. I'm so ready to cut my losses and move my service to another provider. I would not EVER recommend Sprint to anyone. There sales reps are not trained very well, they give false information and their customer service truly SUCKS! You have been warned.
