Stay away from this store. They are nothing short of crooks and will rip you off while they smile to your face. I was promised a promotional credit towards a phone upgrade and never got it. 3 months later it still hasn't been applied mean while I'm paying full price. I've been back to the store 3 times to get this fixed and each time they say they will fix it and never do. The manager always seems to be off that day or unavailable. I've contacted Sprint customer service various times and they are unwilling to help as well, they keep telling me to go back to the store. Finally an agent from Sprint called the store with me on the line to get a hold of the manager, he was out. The customer service rep tried for a few more days to resolve this with the store and would call me with updates, always the same, couldn't get a hold of the manager. The Sprint rep stopped calling me back and this is still unresolved. All the store has to do is apply the promotion that I was offered by them in the store. T.K. was the store rep who initially processed my order. Omar Segovia is the manager who is never available. I was ready to switch carriers and stayed with Sprint because of the offer they made me. I regret staying with Sprint and will be switching as soon as possible. If this issue is resolved I will update this review. Hope this saves someone some heart ache
Not only will they lie straight to your face but their corporate service will belittle, insult and tell you to basically screw yourself. NEVER will I ever return no matter the pricing.

I went to the store in Kenosha Wi on Pershing Rd. to have two of our sprint phones contacts transferred to our new sprint phones. There was no one in the store and the lady had a problem transfering and had to ask the other lady who had just came to work. They figured it out on the first phone. When they were unable to transfer on the second phone and I left the store. When I got back to the office I opened the back and discovered there was NO battery in the phone. Maybe my fault but I would think the tech would have known that. I returned to the store and sat and waited as there was a customer with each tech. This company is the absolute WORST mobile provider ever!! After 7 dreadful years with them, I finally decided to go to another provider. Upon making the final decision to leave, I called and inquired about charges since I was in a lease agreement with them. I was told a specific number only to be charged double once my final bill arrived. No one could explain the questions I had regarding the extra charges, and they charged my credit card without my consent. I really want consumers to do their research before falling for the false advertisement that this company does. They aren’t up to date with technology for iPhone customers, AND the billing is ALWAYS different. Their excuse is the different taxes, but I find it odd that my bill is the EXACT amount since I became a T-Mobile customer. Stay away from this FRADULENT company, whose service is an absolute joke! If I could give a negative rating I would, but since I can’t I’ll have to settle for ONE star.
