Sprint Now Part of T-Mobile Reviews (%countItem)

My husband and I are a blended family who transferred 9 phone lines from AT&T in October of 2017. In early November we turned in 3 phones to receive a buy back. My husband turned in one phone and I turned in two phones. We received only 2 gift cards - one for my husbands iPhone 6s and one for my iPhone 6s however we never received one for the iPhone 7 that we turned in. I have called the main Sprint line on several occasions, the store where I turned in my phones (2613 Naglee Rd, Tracy CA 95304) and I have chatted online with a representative -- all of who promised investigation and a rebate to be mailed to me for my "lost/stolen" iPhone 7. I have received nothing -- not even a call back from anyone. AT&T is threatening collections and I'm disgusted and feeling robbed.

I have been with Sprint for over 10 years. It has not been until this last year that I have had a number of problems with them. First, there were originally 2 users on the account, although I was the primary. The secondary user was not an authorized user. Despite this, they allowed that user to cancel their line (only an action an authorized user can take). I was left with their cancellation fee and the cost of the rest of their phone (over $500). Second, they had put another Sprint customer's SS# on my account. We found this out when I went in and asked them to use my SS# to find my account. They said I was not in the system and my account was under another SS#. They still have not resolved this after visiting the store weekly (where each time they say they have resolved this issue, but when I go in the following time they cannot find my account with my SS#). Lastly, I travel out of the country often and they have foot me with multiple $100+ international charges despite the fact that I turn on all of the international settings in order to not be charged. These are just the big ones. I will be getting out of my contract and never recommending the company.

Do not join Sprint. My family and I were customers for 10 years. Every time they could add hidden charges they will! When we left sprint we were instructed to return our rented cell phones. We did to our local corporate sprint store. 6 months later we received charges that they were not returned. The over the phone customer service had no record of the return. At this point we had thrown away our receipt and we did not have record either. We had to go to the Corporate Sprint store where we returned our devices and let the representative on the phone speak with the store manager and then magically the record appeared! We were there for an hour. Getting rude service from the over the phone representative. This happened all the time. Which is one of the reasons for leaving. There is no communication between stores and headquarters. They were trying to scam us out of money. After proving the customer service representative on the phone wrong her entire tone changed and was apologetic. Why would I keep an iPhone 6 that I can’t activate? I don’t know how many people they have screwed out of money due to their lack of communication, professionalism and horrible service I am just glad I was able to go with my mom to fight these ridiculous charges. If I could give sprint 0 stars I would. There were problems the entire time with customer service, lack of communication and just blatant lies.

I have been with Sprint along time and I feel like they are grabbing money from wallet left and right. Several thing have been going wrong. First I purchase a phone and was making monthly payments and was told once I finish my monthly payment I would get a free upgrade. Not true. When I look at my account when I notice my bill was higher than normal I notice it said lease. That is not what I signed up for a lease really. So that is first. Second I have a second line on stand by because no one is using that line and I am still paying for a phone that was broke. Never was told that after six months that it would be an active line and I would be billed for it. I notice after the second time I saw my month bill be higher than normal. I confront them about it and was told you can only be on stand by for 6 month which I was not told from the get go. They argue with me about getting back on stand by. They finally cave and put me on stand by for a small fee. Then encourage me to change my first line to help me with month fees. Which I did! Then I got a bill for two months in advance payment for that new change for my first line. You would think that I am making this up. I am not! I just try to renew my stand by since it is end date in Jan. They told me I had to wait for 6 months to put it make on stand by. Mind you no one is using this phone and it has no usage. Why would I pay for a regular price for a phone that does not work(it is a damage phone that I am still making payments on). Only to find out since it damage that I will have to pay 250 for an upgrade and most like have to pay a month charge for the new phone. Really " FREE UPGRADE-WINK WINK". It is so comical! Once my lease is up I am out. Not longer will I be a Sprint customer! I was on the phone with oversea customer service that I was switch around to several different people. I finally hung up after being on hold for 20 mins to talk to the manger. I do not think that they put me through.

I been a sprint customer for about 4 years they had the worse customer service ive ever dealt with and the worse service. recently I ported out and they reported my phone as loss or stolen so that I would not be able to trade it into att after I told them att was buying out the contract.
