I am very dissapointed with Sprint service. I signed up for auto pay on January 1st of this year. I was told by Jayvey E. on a sprint chat that I would not be billed till the 25th of each month. I was also told that a 46.00 fee would be added to my February bill for the pro rated portion of changing my due date. I was assured that the fees would not be taken out on Jan 15th. I noticed that my sprint app showed that the bill would be taken out on Jan 15th still, so I called back in. I was assured once again that the bill would not be taken out on the 15th but on the 25th.
The funds were taken out today, unlike what sprint had told me.
I got on an online chat this morning with Annabelle P. She assured me that within 20-30 minutes that the funds would be refunded to me. They were not. I called back in and was transferred to a supervisor. He told me the funds would be refunded within 7-10 business days. I told him that was not acceptable. He said he could expedite the refund process. He also told me I would get a phone call within an hour from his supervisor that would help expedite the process. It has been 3.5 hours and nothing.
I called back in and got with customer service. They told me that it would take 3-5 business days. I told her that was unacceptable. She transferred me to the finance department. I was hung up on.
With a company this size, the customer service is horrible. I have been with sprint for years, and thank goodness that I do not have to deal with customer service that often. I have been told 5 different things from 5 different people. They are not even smart enough to look at the notes on my account before talking to me. When I bring up the facts from my chats, phone calls, and people I have talked to, then they start back tracking.
Overall a horrible experience from a huge company. Needless to say, as I type this, no one still knows how to take care of my issue.
After dealing with this issue all day now at 7:45, I am being told that I was given wrong information by a sprint employee and that I have to wait for a refund, when it is evident it is the companies fault.

Take your money else, the service is horrible and the customer service representatives and supervisors will make offers and do not stand by them. Even when conversations are recorded and you have transcripts of conversations. Ive talked to 7 different people and spent over 5 hours on the phone. Nothing resolved!! They just trade you from person and you’ll have to explain yourself 50 times. Save your money and time!!

I have been a loyal customer of Sprint for 5 years. I have had issues with them in the past before but I am done with Sprint now! On Saturday afternoon our phones began not to work as in not receiving calls or call out. I have three lines on our account in which one operates our business and the other for our 13 year old son to call us after practices to be picked up. I was able to chat with a rep and was informed a tower was receiving maintenance and would be returned within a few hours. Never returned Saturday night. Sunday, the phones still not working and was able to call out once to them in which was told a network tower was down but could not be told the phones would be fixed. MY 13 YEAR OLD SON could not reach his parents and walked home 3 miles at 9 oclock at night! MONDAY, phones are still not fixed and lost business and can NOT be told of a day they will be fixed. AND ALL SPRINT OFFERS IS 20.00 OFF rude customer service that you can't even understand. When will I get service back is all I want to know? I have been on the phone with Sprint off and on for three days now for hours and hours and still no clue!

I have been trying to upgrade my phone. So far I have spent 5 hours with their call center and I get disconnected every time. I already provided my PIN number and verification code over 20 times because every time I am transferred I need to do so. I do not recommend this company and as soon as my contract expire I will be definitely be switching to another one.

They have no customer service. Could not get a break down of calls. Charge extra for a leased phone. They are not a good company...Sad. Believe they padded my bill..

December 14, 2017 I went into my Local Sprint store to get a new phone because they Had a 65.00 dollar a month plan that would keep my phone bill the same price with a brand new phone. I was previously on the 80 dollar a month unlimited plan. That bill would come to 103. and some change. when I got the new plan and phone they told me 65.00 a month unlimited talk and text, 25.00 for my lease, after a 10 promo I had, 13 for my phone insurance, 7.99 for not giving them my bank information. that adds up to 110 before taxes. I was told 123.99 after taxes. if I were to add my banking information it would go down to 106. but I decided to wait to see how much the first bill was due to having a hard time with money around holidays. I was also told I would my first month would be higher. and I had a 14 day return. My first bill was 151. and some change. and now my second bill is 141 and some change. iv spent an hour at Sprint location near me saying the 141 adds up right due to their " promotional" fee of 10 on the phone insurance and another 10 for the same thing. and that the promo that I had is being applied but after talking to Sprint customer service for hours they are saying that the promo dose not exist. when I paid the 141 and change I had another payment due for 141 for the same month some realistically my first payment is 282. I told them how I couldn't afford to pay that much for ONE phone line. They continued to go in circles. Long story short they Couldn't help me. the price is fixed. I still don't understand why it would be so much money due to their fancy words. when I asked to terminate the phone after being a loyal customer since 2013, and see I was told false information, they said its been past the 14 days. and that it will cost me 800 plus what they want me to pay for last month plus this month. to terminate my line up front. Iv never had so many billing problem's with a phone carrier and have had to spend hours arguing why my bills keep going up when all they can say is Promotional cost. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT USING SPRINT! If you have any questions or would like proof email me at M My name is Nathan M.! Be warned America

I been a sprint customer for about 4 years they had the worse customer service ive ever dealt with and the worse service. recently I ported out and they reported my phone as loss or stolen so that I would not be able to trade it into att after I told them att was buying out the contract.

My family had been apart of Sprint before they were even Sprint. Even before they were Nextel. My dad opened lines of service back in 1990 something, over 20 YEARS of loyalty with this company.
And yet we get treated like yesterday's trash from EVERY single person through the chain of command. From the WORST customer service in store and having to call MULTIPLE times to customer support just so they would hopefully fulfill the promises they had made.
The communication between HQ and stores is honestly embarrassing for a communications company. When I am told by a customer service manager to walk into my local corporate store to receive two new phones. And the women doesn't even treat me like a human being? Unbelievable.
I would HIGHLY recommend you do NOT go with Sprint for your phone provider. They're all about getting the new customers, they could care less if you've been with them for 20+ years.
Also note: One of the female managers at the Highlands Ranch, Colorado location has now lost 15 lines to AT&T because due to her lack of respect and care.
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

I reside on St. Thomas V.I. On September 6,2017 we were hit by hurricane Irma which was a category five hurricane. The island took a real hard hit! There was no electricity or power for months. There are still several people that have not yet been restored.
My cell phone provider is Sprint. After the storm the Sprint store was closed for about a month with no kind of communication as to when they will be back up and running. The cell service on the island was horrible, unable to make call, receive calls or text messages. I called customer service several times to let them know what was taking place. No one that I spoke with in the customer service department was aware of the devastation that we been through. I spoke to a very rude representative that advised that I sit and wait at the Sprint store for someone to open it up. She also advised that I call them.I asked "How can I call them if I have no phone service"? She was rude and showed no compassion for the poor service.
Lets fast forward a week and a half later and guess what here come another hurricane, hurricane Maria and guess what she is also a category five! The already awful service got worse. I had to reach out to Sprint yet again! Thank god for AT&T they were up and running right after both storms the service was not great but I was able to use my mom's phone to make any calls that I needed to make. I call Sprint and get another representative that suggests that I go to the local store after I tell him that it has been closed from the first storm. He explains that is unaware of what has taken place and he will unable to assist me and I will have to pay my bill in full on the due date as usual. I asked to be transferred to a manager and he refused to transfer me telling me the manager will tell me that same thing. I insisted that it was okay I still would like to be transferred and he continuously refused. We sat on the phone in silence for more than ten minutes because I said I would not disconnect the call and he eventually hung up on me
One month after the first a local senator reaches out to Sprint and shares her correspondence with a gentleman by the name of Mr.Fucik. We were told that we would NOT have to make any payments for the months of September, October November, and December. I deemed that to be a fair exchange because the services were extremely poor. To my surprise I get a bill totaling over ONE THOUSAND dollars. I called in for an explanation as to why my bill was so high because I have been unable to use my phone like I normally do.
It is now FOUR months after the storms and I still don't have service. I receive no call or text! What am I paying for???? I have been a Sprint customer for the last eight years and I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service, the lack of knowledge about what is taking place in the world especially when its a place you provide services to.
We were told that we would be credited in FULL for the months following the storm and now I'm looking at a bill of over one thousand dollars. I have no problem paying for services that I was able to utilize like I've been doing for the last eight years, but I find it totally unfair to pay for something that I did not use.
I would like to thank AT&T for the prompt response to the island when it was really needed. Sprint has been down so I was forced to get a phone from AT&T. I have been able to make and receive call and text messages. You now have a new customer!
