Let me first start by saying, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINT!! THEY ARE CORRUPT AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND THEN WILL ATTEMPT TO JUSTIFY THEIR ACTIONS!
I switched from T-Mobile to sprint in Oct. 2017 and it has been the biggest mistake I have ever made in my entire life. The fact sprint prides itself for having such great customer service and service disgusts me to no end! I have YET to have an pleasurable experience with sprint rather it be in store or over the phone. Any time I do call customer service I'm left on hold for hours on end only to finally get someone on the phone and going into great detail about your concerns you are basically played to the left and your concerns are simply and utterly ignored. I have been cussed at, yelled at, and even lied to by sprint employees. I have experienced racial discrimination at the hands of a sprint employee and when I called customer service to complain about the treatment I received I was seemingly ignored. Not to mention that I was being charged for a device that was no longer in my possession for more than six months before I caught it and literally went to hell and back to be refunded for their mistake.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to come to sprint!! It's a complete waste of time and what multi-billion dollar company does not have a corporate office number that you can actually speak to a live person. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ATT, T-MOBILE, OR VERIZON... ANYWHERE BUT SPRINT!! THEY SUCK!!!

I reside on St. Thomas V.I. On September 6,2017 we were hit by hurricane Irma which was a category five hurricane. The island took a real hard hit! There was no electricity or power for months. There are still several people that have not yet been restored.
My cell phone provider is Sprint. After the storm the Sprint store was closed for about a month with no kind of communication as to when they will be back up and running. The cell service on the island was horrible, unable to make call, receive calls or text messages. I called customer service several times to let them know what was taking place. No one that I spoke with in the customer service department was aware of the devastation that we been through. I spoke to a very rude representative that advised that I sit and wait at the Sprint store for someone to open it up. She also advised that I call them.I asked "How can I call them if I have no phone service"? She was rude and showed no compassion for the poor service.
Lets fast forward a week and a half later and guess what here come another hurricane, hurricane Maria and guess what she is also a category five! The already awful service got worse. I had to reach out to Sprint yet again! Thank god for AT&T they were up and running right after both storms the service was not great but I was able to use my mom's phone to make any calls that I needed to make. I call Sprint and get another representative that suggests that I go to the local store after I tell him that it has been closed from the first storm. He explains that is unaware of what has taken place and he will unable to assist me and I will have to pay my bill in full on the due date as usual. I asked to be transferred to a manager and he refused to transfer me telling me the manager will tell me that same thing. I insisted that it was okay I still would like to be transferred and he continuously refused. We sat on the phone in silence for more than ten minutes because I said I would not disconnect the call and he eventually hung up on me
One month after the first a local senator reaches out to Sprint and shares her correspondence with a gentleman by the name of Mr.Fucik. We were told that we would NOT have to make any payments for the months of September, October November, and December. I deemed that to be a fair exchange because the services were extremely poor. To my surprise I get a bill totaling over ONE THOUSAND dollars. I called in for an explanation as to why my bill was so high because I have been unable to use my phone like I normally do.
It is now FOUR months after the storms and I still don't have service. I receive no call or text! What am I paying for???? I have been a Sprint customer for the last eight years and I'm extremely disappointed in their customer service, the lack of knowledge about what is taking place in the world especially when its a place you provide services to.
We were told that we would be credited in FULL for the months following the storm and now I'm looking at a bill of over one thousand dollars. I have no problem paying for services that I was able to utilize like I've been doing for the last eight years, but I find it totally unfair to pay for something that I did not use.
I would like to thank AT&T for the prompt response to the island when it was really needed. Sprint has been down so I was forced to get a phone from AT&T. I have been able to make and receive call and text messages. You now have a new customer!

SPRINT IS A SCAM. Sprint told me I would be getting a BOGO if I stayed with Sprint. That was June 2017 and that my bill would be approx. 145.00. I had to call EVERY month after that because they kept charging me 195.00. In Nov 2017 I was told THEN that I did not qualify and that there was nothing they can do. Another rep said he would change my plan and my bill would be 160.00. I had to pay the 195.00 in 12/17. When I got my Jan 2018 bill it was 198.00. I chatted with another rep and she said she would change my plan so it will be 160.18. I told her that is was I was promised in December. After looking at the charge against Sprint for the ASL 7.99 issue. I am being charged a 7.99 for a "Spending Limit Program". Still not sure what that is. I can't wait to leave Sprint. They said they are going to charge me over 400.00 for each line once I leave Sprint. That will be the charge AFTER I return their phones.

Not only is Sprint's cellular coverage horrible, so is their customer service. I had a buy one get one free deal with Sprint, yet I was NEVER given the monthly credit due under that contract until I called. I had to call every month for 15 months to request the credits promised under my contract. 14+ hours of my time wasted to get them to fulfill the contract. Yet, when I terminated my lease with Sprint, they continually referred to MY commitments under the contract. Apparently Sprint has not commitment to its customers. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! I wish I could give Sprint negative stars.
