Jeremy at Retail store failed to do proper ticket input in system, create a lease agreement, enter correct IMEI info on phone. When I called to make appointment with Manager Ricky, Jacob laughed at my request when I demanded Jeremy be counseled. Their failure to do their jobs properly caused unlock on my phone to take 3 weeks and required escalation to Executive and Regulatory Dept within Sprint. The contact info for their Executive escalation of complaint was denied me on several calls to Cust Serv and Acct Services, and I had to research blogs to get it. They also made changes to my account without my authorization. We are stuck with them until my husband's contract is complete and lease paid.

Today I had the worst sprint PCS experience of my life. I have been a sprint customer for over 10 years and am not typically one who would write a review.
My wife and I had been planning to upgrade our phones to the new iPhone X and 8+. I went to the local store in Novi MI and was informed about a buy 1 gift 1 deal. I inquired about the expiration date and the manager informed me it was February of 2018. I visited on December 26th. My wife and I then went back on dec. 31st to look at phones and plans. We informed the manager that we would return on January 5th to complete our new phones and service. We were then informed on the 5th by the local employees that the promo was over and they refused to honor the deal presented by the manager. This would in fact cost us an additional $500 more than the money we were planning to spend.
This is disappointing as I have been a loyal sprint customer for so long. I just wanted to let people know what to expect nowadays with sprint.

First of all it has nothing to do with the store I visited I'm traveling and my phone got damaged because I was crossing a street and a car was coming and I ran to get out of the way more importantly I've been paying for my insurance for several years and after putting in my claim I'm told I have to pay a deductible of 200 hundred dollars what's the point of paying insurance if I have to pay for the phone after that I had to wait several days to receive my phone instead of letting me go to a store to pickup a new one which delayed my travel by 3 days then after I get the phone I still have to take the phone to a store to have them turn the phone on which seems stupid to me because if I can't turn the phone on why mail me the phone I don't know about you but my time is valuable then I can only go to certain stores because some are corporate stores and others aren't it just so happens the store I went to wasn't but they helped me anyway at this time I've been a customer of yours for more then 15 years and I'm considering dropping your service because when someone is traveling you shouldn't make a accident a nightmare I'm leaving to head home tomorrow by the time I get there I will have made a decision

SPRINT is the wort phone company ever.
In 07/2016 they have a promotion of buy one phone and get one free, with an agreement of 18 months contract. The store told me that after those 18 months I was going to own the phone, and I signed the agreement in 07/02/2016. 18 months later I received a message that now "I was month to month lease". I went to the store the next day to clarified that message. And they told me that now I have to pay the bill month to month, but "I do not own the phone" and, if I want to own the phone I had to pay the difference . What a yoke about the system that they got. I called the Headquarters and they told me that I signed the "lease agreement", which is not truth. I you are thinking to go with Sprint, please be aware and read all the reviews. I have been with Verizon, Metro and now Sprint. Sprint the worst so far.

Don't use Sprint cell phone service. They lie, overcharge and have poor cell service.
I was an Ntelos customer and when Sprint took over I was given prices for my new Sprint service. The price was much higher than Ntelos but was better than most competitive cell phone providers. Then I started getting my cell phone bills. The prices were much higher than what I was quoted. Every month I must contact Sprint to have them adjust and lower my bill. I'm sure you've seen the commercials about unexpected charges dropping from the sky. Well its true! Sprint dropped many unexpected charges on my business account. I am very unhappy and plan to switch cell phone provider as soon as possible. Hopefully Sprint can fix the problem so I don't have to babysit my account each month. Maybe I would consider staying.
