Don't use Sprint cell phone service. They lie, overcharge and have poor cell service.
I was an Ntelos customer and when Sprint took over I was given prices for my new Sprint service. The price was much higher than Ntelos but was better than most competitive cell phone providers. Then I started getting my cell phone bills. The prices were much higher than what I was quoted. Every month I must contact Sprint to have them adjust and lower my bill. I'm sure you've seen the commercials about unexpected charges dropping from the sky. Well its true! Sprint dropped many unexpected charges on my business account. I am very unhappy and plan to switch cell phone provider as soon as possible. Hopefully Sprint can fix the problem so I don't have to babysit my account each month. Maybe I would consider staying.

Sprint Stinks!
I was told by a door-to-door sales rep that I if I switched over to Sprint from T-Mobile, my bill would be cheaper and I would get back $300 for each of my old devices from T-Mobile. What a lie! I just got my final bill from T-Mobile for $1300. I've been waiting for three weeks to get the visa-vie card to pay off my T-Mobile bill. After spending the last 40 minutes on the phone with a Sprint customer service rep, I was told that since I'm under the promotion of deducting $19/device from my monthly bill for the next 18 months, they would not be paying anything on my old devices. So, it's an either/or situation! Either they pay for my T-Mobile bill for the "buy-out" program or they will hike up my bill $19/month for the next 18 months! What a joke! I had been with T-Mobile for 9 years and they never treated me like this! I will be switching back to T-Mobile right away!

Sprint scammed my husband and I out of $442 for ending a "contract" that never existed. When we tried to get this resolved in the stores, the workers were to incompetent to assist us and we ended up going on a wild goose chase trying to find someone to answer our questions. Then, when we finally get a hold of somebody, they threaten to send us to collections BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO INCOMPETENT. Don't shop with Sprint. They are overpriced and will *** YOUR WALLET when their employees make the mistake.

Sprint phone service is basically selling snake oil: the company's coverage is hideous, leaving the phone spinning endlessly in search of a connection, and worse yet, the 'no contract' sales package is nothing but a lease-replacement scheme. I've never been so disgusted in this company's no-customer service. The company's practices are shady and unscrupulous. Be ashamed Sprint, and don't question why Verizon Wireless is kicking your proverbial business ***! I would rather have no cell phone than use--a term I use lightly--your company again!

Sprint is the worst company. I was with Sprint for 17 years. They overcharged me for the past 6 months. When I brought it to their attention, they said I would be refunded. As of today, I am still waiting for a refund of $500 dollars. I recently cancelled Sprint and my phone was suppose to be credited the money they overcharged. I have been getting the run around for the past several weeks about my bill. If any of the 558 unsatisfied customers have similar stories or experiences, my email is ***. I am considering filing a class action law suit.
