I had to call Sprint three times today and I still am no where near having the issues resolved. The first was to pay the oldest past due so the phones would stay on. When I told the Sprint rep this he did not say anything to make me think that it would not work however after the payment went through I turned off and on my husband phone and it was not working so I called back and the Sprint rep said that inorder for his phone to work I would have to set up a plan and asked what day I could pay the rest of the bill was. I told her Jan 27 and she told me that was fine. I got a text message stating that I have a payment plan for Dec 27. This is not what I agreed to so I called back to let Sprint know so it could be fixed to what Sprint and I had agreed to. When I told the Sprint rep what happened she told me she could only do an extension to Jan 4th. I told her that would not work because I agreed to Jan 27th. I was told that they can not do anything other then an extension for the 4th. When I explained yet again that Sprint and I agreed to Jan 27th I was told by a manager that I can still pay by then but my service will be suspended and I will get a fee. Please tell me how this is my fault that Sprint agreed to Jan 27th then put the wrong date into the system so I am being told that I will loose service and be charged for it when we had an agreement? If I failed to uphold my end of an agreement then Sprint world cancel my service yet Sprint can't uphold what they agreed upon and then state that there is nothing they can do. How is his good business practice?? I then used Sprints web chat and told Serena M what was going on. She did not even read what I sent. Then she canceled the payment plan with out authorization. When I asked her about it she only said she would check and still did not respond to it. So I asked for the corporate Phone number and she gave me the regular number saying someone there would help me. I told her I has spoke to some one there 3 times and they were not helping and asked for the corporate number once again. She said she cant give it to me that she would have to transfer me to a supervisor 30 min later she tells me to contact [email protected] that they can help me. While this is going on I have been waiting for more than 45 min for a response from sprints Facebook team. All and all it has not made me want to stay with Sprint.

As a good customer of sprint I pay my bill on time and am enrolled in the automatic payments each month. A sprint employee named misleydi at the 200 Baychester Ave, Bronx , NY location failed to ask for proper identification and fraudulently added 7 cell phones to my sprint account. Instead of automatically paying about $200 for my two phones, sprint automatically withdrew $1043!
I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to refund me the $859 that they owe me. This billion dollar company has found every excuse on why they haven’t refunded me yet.
I need my money back!!!!!! Worst company ever!!!

Sprint's service is horrible. When I switched over from T-mobile to sprint, it was because of their attractive low rates. Turns out, I'm paying more at sprint because of the taxes and surcharges they forgot to mention when I was signing up. Stay away from sprint, the low prices are attractive at first glance but you will end up paying the same if not more for worse data reception.

Sprint is getting customers under lies. We have been told that we were going to own the phones after the two year agreement and now they are saying that we have to pay almost $200 for each phone after all we paid on the two year agreement. I even gave them two phones that I had paid off and asked several time if after the agreement the phones where going to be our, and they said yes. I talked to over 5 different representatives and none of them helped me. And I know I am not the only one that has sign a contract under lies. Now they want to keep charging us. The contract that I signed did not say that and now they are wining because they changed the contract and fired the person with which I signed the contract. Sprint is a fraud, don't chose them as your cellphone company!
