This has been a tragedy with Sprint.
I called over 20 times to get my phone unlocked and then after they unlocked my phone, I was informed that there was an SPID issue even though I've been with Sprint for two years after switching from Verizon.
After a day of delay with the SPID issue, they had told me that the SPID problem has been cleared up and when I when went to port the phone out today, they said that the phone is locked again.
This is absolutely absurd. I cannot believe this is the situation I am in and how difficult this process has been.
Thorughouly unimpressed and aggravated.
I need this to be resolved immediatey, today.

They lied to us and said it was a contract and it's a least my phone don't work half of the time no service they mess us over On the pay out and I have a business I am not getting all my calls and me and my wife is so upset with Sprint all I want to get away from them please help

I opened my mobile phone line account with Sprint on November 4, 2017. I paid off full price iphoneX from Apple store, and intend to use Google Voice number *** on this new Sprint line that I opened on 11/04/2017. However, Sprint terrible customer service is the reason that I no longer want to use their service. On November 6, 2017 I stepped into local Sprint store near me to cancel this brand new line. I got confirmation that Google voice number has been reversed. The mobile phone line has been cancelled. This is where the problem is, Sprint tired to bill me as if I have not cancelled the plan. I called on November 8th, and I called again on November 13th, and I called one more time on November 18th because each time. The representative on the line told me they have submit to close and ensure me it will, yet phone line remain open. So Sprint can bill me for the account. I am filing complaint against Sprint who refuse to close my account.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. I had my phone repaired today. It did not take long at all. I worked with a gentlemen named Kevin. He is black and wears glasses. This person erased my phone as expected but when I received my device, he had erased my entire SD card as well. Now I'm an IT Admin and have flashed several devices but for warranty reasons I had to take my device to sprint. At no point does it prompt you to erase an SD card as it has nothing to do with the device.When I called the store Kevin told me he didn't know what I was talking about and basically wrote me off. Now I have lost years of work and legal documents because I trusted their techs. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS INFORMATION.
