I asked that either the paper start this week or that they let me know why it can't and to send... the refund to you. We will get this taken care of.

This was a sample subscription which should have been preceded with a post card notifying the resident of a sample delivery. I put a stop on the sample and noted the address as "no samples". I apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
