Cheap, unreliable, took forever to get, will not respond to emails for an RMA, refuse to give refund only replacement or store credit, which I will not buy anything from them.

Worthy of social media to discourage any purchases from this vender.

I’ve reached out to shipper, Stability Pro, twice, and have gotten no response. Tracking today shows it was “accepted” in AZ, as it has since I placed order on 2.21.20. Paid extra for quicker shipping, eta 2-3 days. Tried to go on their website and now the page isn’t there... went on Revdex.com site and every comment says charged, never got order, and can’t get in touch with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. What a scam! Emailed and called numerous times and no one answers. They just took down their website. Ordered something 2 weeks ago, after paying 2-3 day shipping, and never received. What a rip off!

It is amazing that these scoundrels are still in the business of fleecing people. There should be some method of closing them down at a minimum, if not actually prosecuting them. There are many forms of criminal out there, but taking advantage of people during a health crisis by fraudulently pretending to sell needed supplies and thereby stealing their money is certainly high on the list of possible evils.

Horrible customer service and support. They shorted me a knee brace. After many emails, they then offered a different knee brace rather than the one I ordered. I had originally ordered a matching pair.

They do not respond to my emails. They owe me money or a brace, neither of which I doubt I will ever see.

Ordered a thermometer which I never received. The company won't return e-mails and charged my credit card company for a product I never received.

I bought a back support brace and it did not work for me. I emailed them 3 times to return or exchange the product but they never bothered to respond. Their satisfaction guarantee is bogus.

Scammed. No delivery of items, don't order from here.

I experienced the same scam as the others on here. My elderly father wanted a thermometer just in case he needed one. I was willing to pay 3x the normal price to get him one quickly. I was happy to receive the near-immediate email that the item was shipping. Two weeks later, USPS was still waiting for the package. After I escalated a refund request to PayPal, the item showed up in tracking and is on the way- but no longer needed.

Total scam, will be reported to AZ AG for price gouging and profiteering.

I ordered thermometers and N95 masks (multiple orders for my adult kids) on 3/23 and paid 2-3 day shipping. Nothing has been received. Emails were not returned. The orders were “accepted” on 3/23 and tracking numbers issued- the tracking numbers still shows it sitting in Phoenix.

They advertise product they don't have. Then take your money and will not answer emails, phone messages, or instant messages. Scam

Placed an order. They charged my credit card and said my order was shipped. When I try to track it the message is call customer service. They do not answer their phone and do not return calls. Be ware don’t order from them.

I am a registered nurse and found this company that stated they had n95 masks in stock. I purchased an item and paid fir expedited shipping 3-5 business days. I received an email that stated my item was ready to ship on 3/23/20. The email includes a tracking number with USPS. The package still states it has not left the original location. What a horrible scam to mislead healthcare workers at this time.

Bad service. Ordered 1 medium and 1 large due to no returns to try sizes out. They sent all medium. Now does not fit. They refused to fix order right way. Making me pay shipping for their mistake.

I am a nurse and ordered a N95 mask for working in the hospital. I paid extra to receive in2-3 day I have not received the mask yet. I have sent several emails with no response

Went to website and ordered a thermometer. AFTER giving all credit card information, the site displayed a place to click to add or decline to add an additional purchase for an N-95 mask. At the same moment that I clicked to decline the offer, the screen jumped, causing the "add item" button to be where the "do not add item" had been. Immediately a screen appeared with a "thank you for your order," i.e., there was no opportunity given to review the change to the original order. I texted StabilityPro within a minute of this error. Getting no reply, I emailed them at "***." The reply was that they do not change/edit orders. They offered to give a discount on next purchase, but refused to change the order, even though the order had not been filled at that time. I wonder if the website it setup to intentionally jump to cause inadvertent item ordering. Order # ***.

They send non working items and will not give refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

There products do not fit Americans standard sizes and when asking just for RETURNS
---NO--- That is not possible and they don't follow through to accommodate customers. Products looks good but customer service is not good at all.
