I bought 7 masks online in black. The company said 3-5 day shipping. That did not happen. I ordered them February 26 and got them March 9.
When I got them in March 9 I got 7 masked that were red and black and looked like something from a horror film. Enclosed was a letter from stability saying that I should be happy with what I got and that the color light be different but basically I had to deal with it. I immediately contacted them and said this is not what I ordered. I emailed March 9 and continued to email until I finally got a response in March 15. A representative from stability said I could not get a refund because I used a coupon code and that was a discount. Not really sure why they didn’t send the correct color and now they don’t want to issue a refund. they also have not given me an address to return these hideous masks. I feel very mislead and scammed

I ordered 3 products from StabilityPro that I never received. This company gave me an order number and tracking number which are invalid. Cannot track the product and this company will not respond to my phone calls or emails. They took my money and never sent the products I paid for. StabilityPro gave me an order number that I cannot track, a phony tracking number. I have tried several times to reach out to customer service but cannot reach them by phone and they do not respond to my emails. They stole my money, they are scammers. I want my money refunded to me because they never sent me the products I paid for.

I placed an order on 3/9/20 and the order shipped that day via USPS. The order has never been shipped and I have been trying to reach the company by email, phone and chat and no one has responded to me. I have been charged and I do not have my products. There has been no response or a resolution. Standard shipping is 4-6 business days and the tracking info has not been updated since the tracking number was updated to my order.

Never received my items ask for my money back no respond these ppl just taking ppl money

I purchased $76 worth of stuff. I left messages. No answer, no call back. What a joke! On the website they talk about how they support our troops. I think that is great, but it is from money they pretty much stole from people. I would have rather given the money to the troops honestly. Do not buy anything from them. They honestly should be ashamed of themselves. Their should be something somebody should be able to do.

My order was never received with a no refund policy

Stability pro is a rip off and a sham and scam. This is one of the worst companies in America. Customer service does not exist. No one answers the phone or chat or emails. Forget refunds. Forget about compassion etc. The Revdex.com needs to shut down this awful company to protect any additional Americans from wasting their money. The leaders of this awful company need to be investigated for fraud , false advertising and for violating Rico. I beg the Revdex.com to look into this company and stop their heinous practice of stealing Americans money. Help! Help! Help!

I got 5 mask from them. Worth $140 and I never received them. I have reached out to the company numerous times for 3 weeks and no response. I have emailed and called and no response from the company. They took the money out of my account and the first time I emailed them they said they would send me the order again but they never did and they stopped responding. This seems to be a ongoing issue with this company. I ordered the mask due to the virus and now feel they may be scamming who are trying to buy n95 mask.

I ordered on line two items and when they arrived I could tell they were not as specified and would not work for me.
I contacted their phone number and left a message. This has been done many times in over two weeks with no response after leaving my return number.
I also used their online chat system and got no contact with them.
I know customer service is not the same any more, but it isnt right to ignore customers.

I placed 2 orders on February 28, 2020 going to 2 households in NJ. It said 3-5 days, so I waited and received nothing. I tried to track it through USPS and found that it was still in Arizona. I called numerous times and never talked to anyone...just voicemail. I looked for their online chat but nothing is there. I emailed and got a response from a woman named Kristine, who said she's sorry for the delay and that she'll check Monday the 9th to see what's going and then she'll get right back to me. She also said they can issue my refund if she can't locate pkgs. I heard nothing from her, so I made more phone calls, and emails..... unsuccessful. I called the USPS in Arizona and they said the tracking numbers I have therm never made it to their office, meaning the ppl I ordered from still have items in their possession. I see now that I've been ripped off and now I owe people money since they were following my lead and I convinced them to order from that site.

I have a bad back and need to wear compression sleeves to reduce the pain. I ordered what I thought was a type of compression sleeves, and they were not. I still don't understand what it is. Anyhow, I took one out of the package and it was not what I thought so I put it back in. The other two are still in the package. I asked for a refund and they said it was not possible because "it was on sale". Nearly everything on their site is on sale.

I ordered a shoulder brace on February 29th and I paid $12 for 2-3 day shipping and I have not received it yet I tried calling them emailing them and texting them and they have not responded to me at all I want a full refund otherwise I am getting police involved because there is no reason why I shouldn't have my brace yet its been over a week.

Stabilitypro.com is a SCAM. Ordered $100 of products that DIDNT come. And no money back. Not sure how to proceed.

GARBAGE! Do not buy from this company...PERIOD! The products are cheap. The plastic zipper broke in the middle of zipping. The package was tracked in Arizona the whole time. Arrived in 10 days, should have been 5 days. There is no customer service and sale priced items can't be returned. DO NOT SHOP HERE, IT'S A RIP OFF. YOU CANNOT RETURN ANYTHING BECAUSE EVERYTHING ON THE SITE IS ON SALE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE, THE HEADACHE, THE DISAPPOINTMENT...SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! JUST PLAIN TRASH!!!!! IF ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION THAT'S WHAT THEY WOULD GET! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

They don't send your purchas or return calls or emails. Guess I will call the credit card company to get my money back. This company is either a scam or just sucks at best!?

This company needs to be shut down. Will NOT answer phone, email or anything. Took my money, wrong size & will do nothing. What can be done? I don't have the funds for something like this to happen. Thanks

I ordered a waist trainer and put in all my info CORRECTLY I ordered it before the 23rd of Feb. I tracked it and it said returned to sender. So I emailed them and it took over a week to hear something back from them. This is the first response I had finally got back from someone “ Thanks for providing us your information. I’m sorry to hear that but unfortunately our Refund policy clearly states that we are not responsible if the customers puts the wrong shipping address in or if USPS is unable to deliver or gain access.” In that same email they said this... “We will be happy to send you a replacement. Normally we do not do this but I did speak to my Manager and since it was a discounted sale item you will be responsible to pay for the shipping. The product cost will be free and you will keep the original item. Let us know if this will work for you so we can send you an invoice for the shipping fee.” My response was like ok I put in all my info correct that was on yall but since I have paid over $30 for it I need to receive something. I still have yet to get a price on the shipping or anything with my order. Safe to say I wont be stupid enough to order from this horrible company!!

Fake reviews, cheap Chinese products, no customer service, wrong product descriptions, sells information.

I order a sweat band from this company only because they use the veteran logo. A USPS label was created for tracking but it never left the facility. I have emailed 3 times and even call and no one is sneering only a voice mail. This company need to be under investigation for stealing people money.

Goodness...I should have read the reviews.
Same as everyone else.
No communication. No reply to email, but in mycase its been 2 weeks, not 3-5 days.
No one is at the phone, its only VM.
I ordered 3 weeks ago and tracking showed up the day after order but never moved.
I had to call and chargeback my credit card at this point...
Such a waste...

they should be shut down immediately. Scam businesses stealing peoples money!
