Stability Pro sent me a product that was not what they advertised online and it broke in the same day I tried it on so I instantly requested my refund, not an exchange in product in which was the only option they gave me. I'm I'm in utter disbelief and very unsatisfied with their product line and FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS, I felt this needed to be addressed when I researched the company and witnessed how many people they scammed just like me. They need to be put out of business because they're really scamming people for their hard earned money.

CAUTION?? RETURN POLICY SUCKS - WILL NOT REFUND YOU MONEY, ONLY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE. Total rip off. Ordered a surgical bra on 2-17-20 and didn't receive until 3-4-20 which was too late for my procedure. Had to follow up several times Via email. The product finally arrived and was nothing like the description. Asked for my money back since they failed to ship on time and product not as advertised...no go would not give me my money back and won't do anything until they receive the product back and inspect. This just doesn't cut it. I'm used to dealing with companies with reasonable return policies. Lesson learned...sticking with reputable companies in the future. So disappointed with Stability Pro. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating

I ordered a 10 pack of 3M N95 respirator face masks item number 8511. I received a gray bag from Stability pro with one Chinese paper face mask with KN95 written on the mask and Chinese writing. I paid $24.95 for a 10 pack of 3M N95 face mask on March 2, 2020. I am a breast cancer patient and needed these to walk in and out of the hospital. I was completely ripped off. I called the company and the only way to communicate is via email and they take 24 hours to return an email and give no resolution. This company is a total fraud and says they are based in Arizona and needs to be shut down immediately.

We ordered a 3 pack of branded 3M n95 masks and received some cheap Chinese masks laying loose in a shopping box after waiting over two weeks. Not even sealed. Contaminated from laying open in a box.

I will never patronize this business again. I ordered a thermometer from them and completed my order. I received an email almost immediately stating I needed to complete my order. Clicked the link to do this and after completing the order I received emails for 2 seperate orders and was charged twice. I emailed the company within 10 minutes, I got a rude reply stating there was a no return/cancellation policy and it was clearly stated (never saw that). The fact that they wouldnt cancel the order before they even began processing it is not good customer service. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

Company charged me $24.95 for product and $12.99 for express shipping on March 2nd. Product was never sent, and USPS is now saying that the Tracking number looks like a scam and they have provided fake manifests for product. Several attempts to get a refund results in patronizing email responses refusing to return my money.

I was scammed in making a purchase for these thermometers. These people are taking advantage of the general public amid the covid-19 virus. They take your money as evidenced by the many, many complaints on the Revdex.com website. I should have known in this time of uncertainty when you can’t find a thermometer ANYWHERE, that this was to good to be true. Please reverse all charges from this company and use as a reference the Revdex.com and the many, many, many complaints on this company. I’m mad at myself that I thought I could get this thermometer and that this company swayed me. This is predatory on their part making it seem that there is any chance in hell I will get there product. Also when I went to complete my order they offered me a A95 mask for $20. Please tell me how this company has masks availability when the ENTIRE COMPANY is at a shortage. That ALONE should be reason to cancel these orders and refund my money. This is supposed to be reported immediately in light of what is going on in our country. This is a shameful deceitful company!! Please help me with this matter. Thank You

After numerous calls and emails regarding the 2 orders I had placed, I decided to contact my bank and started the fraud claim. It is not normal to call their customer service number and you get a recording to leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hrs. It is the same when an email is sent out, you receive an automated email confirming the request was received and to allow 24 hrs response time. The package has been sitting in Phoenix, AZ since the 14th and I paid shipping for 3-5 days, that time has passed. To add on to the frustration is when you try to contact USPS and I looked my phone, I was waiting for over 30 min. All of these things are not normal and this business needs to shut down for good. I didn't want to file the fraud claim, but after my visit on here and reading what other people have gone through, I feel that I no longer need to wait or even allow myself to go through the hassle and the stress. This is crazy! I hope stability pro goes out of business.

I ordered a body shaper wrong size to correct it they gave me a discount on the second body shaper and I A greed To receive a discount on the correct body shaper I ordered at a reduced price and I never got it so I have one body shaper that I cannot wear I have emailed called I did get an email telling me it was on the way that was several weeks ago I have emailed and asked for a refund and I have heard nothing I have spent costs between 60 and $70 on these two body shapers and nothing to show for itI still have the emails

I have been waiting three weeks for a product I purchased from them. When I contact them via e-mail, they only send me coupons on discounts for more products. More products that I will not receive.

I have been waiting three weeks for a knee brace I purchased and the only response I get is coupons to buy more stuff that will not be delivered.

Purchased a N95 mask on March 1st—I’m a healthcare worker and saw COVID coming from a mile away. Stability Pro sent out shipping confirmation on the 3rd but USPS said package was never actually shipped. Contacted them about fulfillment of this order twice and no follow up from the company. Their piss-poor customer service and inflated price for a N-95 respirator to pray on desperate people has ensured I’ll never order from their website again and encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

I placed an order back in February around the 22nd. I have not received my items. I was told it was shipped out to me. I contacted USPS with the tracking number I was given and per USPS no item has been received from the company. I have sent emails regarding my concern and I was told they were going to contact the post office. Then I placed another inquiry and was told that they will be sending out another order. I still have not received my items. I emailed again was told I can't get a refund per policy but I have not received what I paid for. It's not right I purchased two items and have not got any response on what is to take place next seeing that I have not received my items. Supposively they are backed up with shipping but again I have been told my order has been mailed and when I look up my tracking number nothing comes up stated that no items can be found. I am very unsatisfied this is my first time placing an order with Stabilitypro and I am disappointed.

This company sent me the wrong product and size. I immediately left them an email about this issue, several voicemails and follow up emails. They have not responded. I can’t even request for a refund because they don’t respond at all.

I never received an order. They put the wrong shipping address when delivered and the post office sent it back to them. I have a receipt that’s shows I listed the correct address; my address was also my billing address so I know it was listed correct because they were able to charge my card. The delivery attempt states insufficient address and the address is listed as “Brooklyn, NY” nothing more. When I informed customer service they emailed me stating they would not return my items to me without me paying for shipping again because their policy doesn’t hold themselves accountable for items that cannot be delivered. Even though I informed them my address was provided correctly and it was not able to be delivered because of a shipping error off their end. Nonetheless, I’m out $30+ and no product and they pretty much said “sorry bout that” and kept it moving. I checked their reviews and they have done this same thing to multiple customers who also reported them; and average a 1.9 rating as a company. I should of known better.

Have aent three emails and left a voice message regarding returning the product I ordered for tp small. The package gave no return information. The order number is ***.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM, PROFITING OFF FEARS OF CORONA VIRUS!
Where to begin. I ordered these N95 Masks 2 weeks ago on March 1st, and even paid for Priority shipping. Order total was $102 plus change, the order supposedly shipped on March 1st, and after they shipped I tried to track them using the shipping number provided by Stability Pro and it said the package was waiting to be picked up, this was on March 2, 2020. On March 3rd it said the same thing, so I sent a query and received and auto response with no information. On March 5th, I sent another query, this time someone name Kristine replied that on March 6th that it had shipped, and she would try to give me updated shipping information by the next morning or she would send me a free replacement order... well I still haven't received anything at all from Stability Pro and I never heard back from her, and until this review I have not heard from anyone in over a week, even though I have left multiple messages on your 800# along with sending emails, *** messages, *** picture comments, *** comments an posting Negative Reviews on my on *** Page about Stability Pro. At this point I have decided it I do not get a phone call back from someone at the company on Monday, 3/16/2020 I will be contacting my State Attorney General about Internet Fraud and Scammers trying to profit on the fear of the Corona Virus. As I said I have left multiple messages, after a while they were not as friendly, but if it helps someone call me tomorrow or before noon (Eastern Standard Time, not Arizona Time) on Monday my order # is ***. So, my review is don't buy anything from these people, because right now as far as I can tell they are just a bunch a thieves. Their 800# does not get you a live person, it gets you a recording, which gets you didley squat for a response, just like the on-line order inquiry. On a positive note, I contacted American Express and they returned my money instantly since they recognized this as a scam and they will get the money back from these LOSERS!

I would've given zero stars if it were an option, I was looking for a US based company for two n99 mask with filters, and this was the first on the list to show up on the internet. I looked through their site and saw what appeared to be a decent mask with 5 extra replacement filters, I put in an order for two, and was given a discount, my order total was $44.47 (although the same mask were $9.99 shipped from China) it took forever to get to my address, hears why...The store claimed to be in Arizona, upon completing my order there's a map showing a plane from AZ. to NJ. But when I received my order the shipment bag had Chinese Symbols where their address should be, and inside the bag were two plain cloth masks with Chinese Symbols on them no extra filters or anything, after emailing them 3 to 4 times I put in a claim with *** (which never helps in any issue I ever have) and I had to call my credit card bank to try and get this resolved, in going back to their site the masks are no longer an option, and when I go back to my original confirmation email, the map shows the plane leaving China, and ending at my State, there are also two different names for the store on my confirmation, and the *** confirmation of who I paid, I'm so happy I took steps in opening that package, it took me four days, step by step with a can of lysol to open the pack. So what it boils down to is this store may be in AZ. but they order your things from China !!! I want them investigated before they send this virus all over the world.

Definitely recommend do not buy products from this company. Ordered an ankle brace got the tracking information the same day. After no change in the l9cation of the package I contacted them and was told they would check and get back to me. No replies from them post office said the package never arrived at the post office. Will not answer emails, phone calls or messenger. What a ripoff.

On march 12 I ordered a face mask sn95. Money was taken out of my account that moment. I did not receive a tracking number so I realched out to the company by messenger they answered back and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number does not work. I paid in addition to the product Express delivery. The product never arrived and after reaching out to them again I got no response. So I'm asking for the Revdex.com FOR HELP.
