It is not my fault that your company cannot train their employees properly. The refund should be immediate. Also, I never agreed to open a "Case". I said cancel the reservation and she complied. The CSR went ahead and did it without evening saying so. Now I am screwed. That is YOUR company's fault, not mine. I want my refund of $117.64. You guys are ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
