the website that states, "Free Cancellation Available" under
Incentives & Conditions to "Free Cancellation but susceptible to a
penalty". We reviewed your request and verified the reservation was used.
Please note that cancel policies differ depending on the rate purchased. The
hotel's details including the cancel policy was presented prior to purchase.
The reservation is non changeable and the cancel policy applies to all nights
confirmed on your reservation. Your reservations cancel policy states, you have
the option to cancel your reservation up until noon on March 31, 2016 local
hotel time; however, you will be charged a 1 night cancel fee and your
reservation would be non refundable after noon local hotel time on March 31,
2016. Thank you for your suggestion. It has been duly noted. As a gesture of
goodwill, we are offering you a 15% Hotel Express Deal coupon. The coupon can

to an agent. We do apologize for any length of time you may have spent on the
phone waiting for an agent to take your call. 
 
The reservation you purchased is restricted. If upgrades
are available for your rental car they will be offered on our website in the
section where you view your itinerary. You can also request an upgrade from the
rental company directly at pick-up. If upgrade options are available at the
counter, you may be charged an additional fee directly by the rental car

Offices. I understand that you were charged a resort fee by the property when it was not disclosed on your confirmation email. I apologize for the confusion. I have reviewed your reservation in our system and our record shows that we have presented an advisory stating that the hotel may charge you this mandatory fee. I understand the confusion so, I escalated this information to our Hotel Team for further review. In line with this escalation, we decided to refund the resort fee that was charged. As we were not able to resovle this issue prior to this date we have adjusted to the new flight times.  By cancelling these tickets 24 hrs before our scheduled flight.  Would be financially impacting us to get flights for the same day.  Please do not cancel these tickets, as that would only make this worse at this time.
