I am rejecting this response because:As the lead for the rental car service or any company Priceline must and should accept some of the responsibility because Priceline is paid for their services A customer should not be shovelled of because Priceline wants payment for their services then wash their hands when a customer has a immediate problemPriceline is just as responsible and they should want that their  reputation to maintain in high standards  I expect Priceline to review a problem that a customer is immediately experience for their advertisement for any company must expect that their customer is given what has been paid and for what is advertised Priceline response is not acceptable as my initial contact was thru Priceline and they are held responsible for some problems I or any customers receives thru their services

I have
received the consumer’s additional comments. As you requested, I have again
reviewed this matter to see if we overlooked anything that might support a more
favorable conclusion. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can add to what has
already been stated in our previous correspondence. We
contacted the hotel to verify the additional fees. They advised the following
charges.
 Resort Fee: $25 + tax per night = $28.50 X 6 nights Valet Parking:
$40 + tax per night = $42.80 X 6 nights Total Hotel Fee: $427.80. Prior to
booking, we provided a contract disclosing the details of the purchase,
including the summary of charges and the terms and conditions. It stated that
the hotel has a Resort Fee of $25 per room per night. Also, a credit card is
required upon check-in. The credit card is required for the mandatory fee or
Resort Fee as well as any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking,
phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate. We are
sorry; however, we are unable to process a refund of the hotel fees.

I am rejecting this response because: I have submitted medical documents to airlines that they are not honoring; There are rules that a child is sick and airline HAS TO waive the penalty. I think this is bad business.  Airlines and Priceline are big company but the people like us are suffering . Thousands of us are not going after these companies because we know its useless-but I will keep trying to get refund.Revdex.com doesn't have any power I know and will not do anything since these companies are paying Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:  The terms and conditions of the 24 hour period guarantee are concealed within their website and you have to click on them to HUNT the terms down.   The Guarantee on the main page header is misleading at best and is really fraud.Others have complained regarding the same.  PL should be forced to include the 24 hour stipulation on the header of the price guarantee.  The Attorney General is a good avenue for this to happen.

We are writing to let you know that we received your Revdex.com concern in our Executive Offices. As I understand, you are requesting for a flight to [redacted], honoring the fare you paid for 323.76 USD and additional compensation for having you to call us to get a refund.   When you purchased a reservation on priceline.com, we were able to successfully issue a ticket and initially, [redacted] advised that they will honor reservation with invalid fare that were ticketed. However, few days after, they have started cancelling ticketed reservation as well without informing us. We receive a notification through the booking system that the flight was cancelled which appeared to be an airline or passenger initiated cancellation. After seeing the flights were cancelled, we immediately sent you an email last November 9, 2017 at 10:42 AM ET to the email address we have on file which is [redacted]. In the email, we have noted that the flight cancellation was initiated by the airline or the passenger and that we advised for you to call the airline or call us back if you have not initiated the cancellation. Unfortunately, at the time your flight was cancelled, we were not aware that [redacted] rescind their prior communication that they will honor ticketed flights. They did not inform us prior to the cancellation that they will no longer honor the reservation ticketed with invalid fares. In fact, for your reservation, our agent needed to call them to get an authorization code for us to be able to process the refund.   I understand the fact that since you booked with us, we should have been able to process the refund earlier, but we depended on you calling us back since booking system did not indicate the reason why flight was cancelled. We apologized however, we will be unable to provide you a flight at the price you were able to book last October 30, 2017 as that fare was invalid and will not be honored by [redacted]. We have advocated on your behalf and contacted the management team of [redacted], however, they have advised that if we want to request any type request or compensation, customers must send their feedback through their website. We may not be able to provide you a flight, however, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer you refund of your [redacted] flight going to [redacted] as well as the hotel you have already booked. I am rejecting this response because:The 127 dollars I received does not solve anything at all. When I got to...

[redacted] I could not use the hotel that I payed for. This means that I had to no where to stay that night. I could not sleep in my car in [redacted] because I probably wouldve got robbed. I need to be reimbursed for the hotel that I had to purchase because priceline failed me. I need to be reimbursed an additional 215 dollars for the hotel I had to purchase because of priceline. I am trying not to be rude but this is so frustrating. I could not sleep on the sidewalk in [redacted] when I got there. If priceline would not have failed me I would never had to spend 215 dollars for an additional hotel.
