We stated during the booking process that all rooms will accommodate up to 2 adults and requests for bed types (King, Queen, 2 Doubles, etc.) or other special requests (including preferences for smoking or non-smoking rooms) should be requested through your confirmed hotel and cannot be guaranteed by Priceline.   We also stated that a credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These charges may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in your offer price. You're insinuating that by rejecting insurance, its acceptable to place someone in a hotel in those conditions and that its just acceptable for a manager to threaten my senior citizen mother. Ive done other offers with you, for 1 star properties and never dealt with Mold, filth and the level of disrespect I did here. Me denying coverage does not absolve YOU as a company for placing me in this. YOU are the ones advertising and backing this hotel. Have there been ANY quality checks on these properties? You've obviously acknowledged some wrong doing on your part, since you issued a partial refund. yet at the same time you're saying well you knew it was a one star property and you denied insurance so this is all on you, you should have know what you were in for. One star properties still need to maintain basic level of cleanliness and follow health code. I don't feel as though, you as the company responsible for placing people in these properties are doing your part to ensure the properties are up to standards. Obviously, from your complaints this Revdex.com complaint is a common practice for your company... You should be so proud of who you are and what you stand for as a company.

In order to receive $750
onboard credit, the cost of Per [redacted] cruise would have needed to exceed $10,000.01 before taxes and
port charges. Unfortunately As you can see in pricing outline below, the
client’s total, not including taxes or port charges, was $1330.99. Therefore
the client earned onboard credit in the amount of $50.
 
Our corporate offices
purchased this onboard credit through the cruiseline booking system, Polar
Online, at 11:46am on February 11, 2016. It has been reconfirmed by Princess
Cruise Line that the client did in fact receive their Onboard Credit and can
reference their Cruise Folio (given to them on the last day of their cruise) to
see this.
 
Please note on the
attached Booking Invoice as well as pasted below that the client’s costs did
not meet or exceed the stipulations to receive the $750 onboard credit this
claim in filed for.

Priceline/H[redacted] emailed me and asked for my medical...

records.  I find this unethical and offensive.  I am not telling them what happened to me.  What can I do?  Also, they assert in the email that I am asking for a refund, my complaint says that I am asking for a credit.     Please advise.   Thanks!

I am rejecting this response because:  when I was talking to the attendant at Priceline while at the airport, they never told me those facts. Also, I originally called Priceline to cancel [redacted] back in May due to illness and they told me I had to contact the airline directly. When they told me this, They should have told me it would null their involvement. The airline told me they contacted Priceline and told them of the air flight change in June. So if the airline took control of my flights, why didn’t they contact me directly if they told Priceline they were no longer involved?  And even then, if Priceline did get an email from a [redacted] in June, it would have been nice to get notified. That is just good customer service. Priceline dropped the ball on this one and isn’t taking responsibility for anything
