I am rejecting this response because:I know the package I picked and that was not because I don't travel at night and I picked the early morning flight so I go and pick up my son from school and spend the day with him if nothing can't be done I just want back a full refund If you look at the car rental section that they send to you it say that I am returning the car on Monday when my flight say I am leaving Sunday and if I am reaching Saturday morning why does the hotel say 2 nights they change my flight time I book with Priceline everytime ever since my son is away at school but this is my last time

the 4 buildings of the hotel don't have air conditioners. We also verified that
your reservation was originally confirmed in one of the buildings without air
conditioners. However, the hotel advised that your reservation was transferred
to the building with air conditioners for no additional fee.
We apologize; however, we will be unable to provide a
refund or a credit for a future reservation.

As I understand, you are requesting for a refund of the reservation.If cancellations are permitted, a link to cancel online will be available with your itinerary. We reviewed your reservation and we presented you a contract page which stated that cancellation online was available within 24 hours after booking. We have contacted [redacted] Air Lines on your behalf, and unfortunately they have denied your request to process a refund for your non-refundable ticket(s). I apologize. However, our ability to assist you is dependent upon the fare rules associated with your reservation. The fare rules are written and enforced by your confirmed carrier, and the rules associated with your tickets do not permit changes and refund. Since changes and refund are not within the guidelines of your fare rules, you also will not be able to use your tickets for future travel.  Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your concerns. your request is successful, Priceline will immediately lock in your

charges may apply at the counter if you pick up or drop off the car at a
different date, time, or location than you requested for your reservation.

Your
reservation does not include vehicle liability, collision or personal
accident coverage for your rental car. You should determine if you have
insurance coverage prior to pick-up.

The
rental partner will charge the driver at the rental counter for optional
items you add to your reservation, including any child seats or special
requests.

Only
the driver will be able to pick up the rental car at the counter and must present
a valid driver's license in his/her name. An additional driver can be added
at the counter for a fee payable directly to the rental car company.

Prices
are not guaranteed until booking is completed.

The
driver will be required to present a valid credit or debit card in his/her
name for the refundable security deposit.

The
amount for the refundable security deposit required at the rental counter

There were 4 check-in and 2 carry on bags.I am attaching the pictures for your reference. Please see two identical bags of which one was made to check-in instead of allowing two bags (1 per passenger as a carry-on bag).Priceline and [redacted] should investigate further and not just review the contract documents. What I am requesting here is reasonable. They also offer to lower the price if it is found cheaper elsewhere. They booked me on a worse flight for more money than the same flight offered by the airline.
