contacted the [redacted] Airport Convention Center and [redacted], hotel
front desk representative, advised that their pool availability depends upon
the weather and could not confirm if the pool will be closed during your stay in
September. Since they cannot confirm the availability of the amenity during
your stay, we do suggest that you contact us a week before your check in date
in order to confirm the status of the pool. We apologize for any inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: if I had booked the rental car with it the airfare then I would been out more money because I would of not made it to it the rental car agency before they closed and I would had to pay for a hotel due to Priceline's false advertisement and making a call to customer service would not have helped because they don't care about the customers needs or issues. I would not had any  idea that car rentals car closed at 11pm at this airport if I would of not done my research on my own and I had still had the opportunity after the air purchase to add a car to the airfare,  but why would I do that when the car rentals close at 11pm and be stuck there and I was traveling alone. I have never had an issue with Priceline before this incident and this could been easily resolved. I recommend Priceline to a lot of colleagues, friends and family but now after reading all the complaints and has had to happen to myself that this company is a true scam.

I am rejecting this response because: My complaint was not answered.  I did not ask for my reservation to be cancelled because I scheduled the wrong date.  The website of priceline.com changed the date of my stay after I entered the date into their search.  I never submitted a request for the night of 3/12/17, I requested a room for the night of March 3rd and the priceline.com web page changed the date after my search and during the process that I entered my credit card information.  This issue is an error on the behalf of priceline.com not mine.  I am not liable for their system issues.  They are also trying to make a profit from this issue, they are paying 60 dollars to the hotel and still trying to charge my account 80 dollars. Great customer service....

The amenities offered by your confirmed hotel on our website, and the amenity was not on this list. I'm sorry but your hotel does not offer this amenity. We reviewed your reservation and your request and as listed on the amenity guaranteed on your contract page you signed are Pet Friendly, Free Parking, Business Center, Internet, Swimming Pool, Gym/Spa, Non-Smoking. However, we decided as a one time courtesy to refund you 15% of the reservation. A refund of  22.95 USD has been processed by our system. Our system will process the refund within 1 business day.
