In response to your letter on February 1, 2016, it appears that the Staples Rep did not take the time to read my initial complaintTherefore, I would like to readdress only two of my original complaints: On September 12, 2015, when I brought my computer in I formed the tech that I was unable to back up my files and brought in my *** USB flash drive-the tech informed me that they would back up my files for me before they did anything- No price was mentioned for it and it was never doneAfter not hearing from staples I stopped there on the 19th only to learn that my computer was readyi returned the very next day - not after some time_ to downgrade to *** and that's when everything went downhillPerhaps a Staples Rep can re read my original complaint and address all of those issues instead of skirting them ! Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Regards, Thank you, for the $voucher to cover $complaintBut, the problem with customer service probably still existsPlease check into Customer Service, no way should one person be telling someone to call the *** number and hit - times different timesIt doesn't work that way, and would never work! I am disappointed in Staples, this is not the first time that I have been misleadI order an item on the internet, only to find out minutes after disconnecting, that the item is out of stockYes, I understand that not everything is in stock, but, the email doesn't tell when the item is available or back ordered

We contacted the customer to offer a $Staples gift card customer, which was acceptedWe advised the customer that we sent it via email and should arrive within 24-business hours

I asked for an explanation of why this fraudulent activity had occurred The only response I received was that there was a glitch in the system and that they did not know how it occurred There was no "glitch" in the system This is a systematic process by Staples to defraud customers out of advertised rebates

This is the exact same response I received the previouslyI'll continue to reject any responses from Staples that don't include actually making it rightAs I've indicated, the way to do this is to ship what was originally sold for the agreed upon price which Staples advertised for no less than daysAny responses from Staples which do not lead to this will result in me rejecting the response as I believe this needs to be a bad mark on their Revdex.com record.

I will accept the result after this final message to Staples.The only reason Staples helped me was because I made two Revdex.com complaints against me. If I hadn't made any complaints, I'd be out of luck like the hundreds of unhappy customers who have also made Revdex.com complaints against Staples.I want to make it perfectly clear that I will NEVER SHOP AT STAPLES AGAIN!

I believe that I have the right to reject any updates that might harm my computer, or that I might not like. I have had updates in the past that have harmed my computer, some internet explorer updates I did not like the way that they worked, and have the right since it is my computer and they are there to service the customer, that they should at least notify the customer before making any updates. I expect more than a thirty day warrantee which Staples seems to think is a great deal. *** *** or *** *** offers a one year warrantee. We pay for the computer but it is not really ours, *** continuously tells us what to do with our property,
