Staples:- Has a coupon for tablets on clearance, valid for in-store purchase only.- Website shows tables on clearance, giving the option to pick them up at specific stores.- I go to this specific store, they have the item available, but at the cashier the coupon is denied.- Then, Staples says it's not on clearance at this storeTherefore, there is absolutely no way to check what is on clearance without going to every single store.- I went to two unrelated stores anyway, and I was clearly told that there is nothing on clearance, since they had already a clearance event last month.Use your own judgment to think if this business is really doing the right thing with the customers.To me, they issue these coupons to bring traffic to their store, and they know the use of this coupon is either extremely limited or even impossible.I finish saying I have total control about where to spend every centStaples is, by far, not my preferred choice and this behavior of not honoring the coupon just makes it more clear about how they treat the customersNo respect at all for my energy and time.I'll open a complain every single time I have a problem.I'll be also sending this to Department of Consumer Affairs since Revdex.com can't move forward with this.Regards,

I also have previously requested Staples should at least offer a replacement unit, if not the same as *** ***, that is worthy no less the value of a *** *** (MSRP $799) at the same sales price ($434.55) I paid last timeStaple’s has also refused to do soAll staples has been doing till this moment is avoiding their responsibility to fulfill an agreed sales contract, possibly due to their profit concernIf we can get away from a contract this easily without any consequence, why do we even bother to build our legal system? I demand staples either send me the *** *** unit, or offer me $799-$434.55=$credit to use on another projector purchase

[The *** 2-in-was advertised on your website for over weeksI purchased one and is what it says on my orderThis was an error by staplesI expect you to honor it for the time I have wasted trying to make a simple purchase from your company and get clear information and follow up from your customer service I made at least calls to customer service, and was told by every single one of them that I would receive what's on the order (The *** with **). That is why I didn't cancel the orderI asked them to follow up and confirm which system it would be and no-one followed up including the supervisorI had to do all of the following upI'm under the impression staples doesn't care about customer satisfaction or quality of transactions and support. Make this good by correcting the sale, and give me what is on my orderThat's what any good retailer would do in this scenarioAnything less is unacceptable. Regards,

The problem here is that the data on the memory card is highly sensitive and cannot be adequately wiped by any meansTherefore, a full refund is in order as a return would invade my privacy rights in the event that any data not wiped from the memory card could be retrievedIf a full refund is not issued, then I would have to proceed with a charge-back
