I am not fully satisfy because they don't HONOR the $10 coupon I have as a part of the money out of my pocket. Coupon it's like the credit I have and the value is the same as other real money, If they do, then they should have count it $90.99 instead of $80.99 and I should have gotten 25% from it which is $22.75 not $20.00. If they only honor the $80.99, so what's the point of "Coupon"? they don't honor it? Coupon is for the benefits of the customer, not for the Staple that take those for their advantage. I have been buying toners and inks from staple, mostly because they do have promising rewards, however I have never gotten any "REAL" rewards on my account, it's kinda like they fooled me through their promotions. Just do the right business, so that the customer satisfy.

Staples apologizes to the customer for the inconvenience they experienced. We have issued a $52 rewards coupon to the customer and advised that it will reflect in their account within 48 hours.

We have reached out to the customer and determined that the item they wished to purchase is not a clearance item at the location the customer specified. Clearance items are not company wide, and vary from store to store. The coupon states that the tablet in question must be clearance in order to be...

used. Further, the customer points to an online listing of the item, which does show clearance, however, per the terms of our Price Match Guarantee, clearance items cannot be price matched. Coupons are also taken into account when executing a price match. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would not be able to honor the coupon on the ineligible item.

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience. After researching the matter, we have determined that the customer's account has been deactivated due to repeated violations of the terms and conditions of our program policies. We regret to inform them that because of this, they are not entitled to any...

Rewards earned and all previously available offers have been revoked. The decision is final and we consider the matter closed.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. I have called back into your customer service.  They checked the rewards profiles and made sure that there was no in common information.  Different names, different addresses, different phone numbers.  I verified on the company account that the message was gone stating that 'rewards for this account will be being to the main cardholder [redacted]  I then created a brand new account at home for myself using a new a-mail address.  Attached my rewards number ([redacted]) made a purchase. Verified that my order is the only one showing up on the new account.  Come into work today and place another $2000 in order on the companies account.  The rewards profile is back to saying that awards are going to me. I swear that if I lose my job because of 'stealing' from your stupid system, I will sue.  Someone fix this, please, just fix it. My next alternative is to completely stop doing business with you both company and personal so that I do not lose my job over this.

[If staples can not accept international card, why not reject it at once? Like [redacted], when I place an order with International card, it will be cancelled immediately. But Staples send me the order confirmation, then cancel the order 2 days later. This is the reason I can not accept. It strip my right to get the better price. Since I receive the email after thanksgiving, no more deal. So that I have to claim.]Regards,

Staples apologizes for the inconvenience the customer experience. Per Staples terms and conditions, a rewards coupon will only be refunded if the original is not yet expired. As a one time courtesy, we have issued a $18 courtesy coupon back to the customer via rewards.
