Staples apologizes for the troubles the customer experienced. We have been in contact with the customer and advised them that they can expect both the $50 Staples Coupon that was originally intended, and an additional $25 Staples Coupon. This should arrive via mail in 7-10 business days.

I went to the message to see how my complaint was doing and it says it was resolved. No it was not I was told I would get a $ 200 dollar refund for the lack of service I received when I bought a New tower on the October 1 and get $ 60 .00 in coupons, that is what I agreed to on the phone.What I received was No coupon and a $ 79.99 refund for the work not done .the $159.99 the refund that I had already gotten for them being unable to fix my old tower and had Nothing to do with the problems that accrued afterwards with the new tower purchased .so I never received what was agreed upon what is my recourse? Ladies and Gentlemen:   I do have my computer back from [redacted] finally.  I got it back November 22nd,  but I am not sure where I stand with Staples.  I’ve been trying t contact [redacted], the secretary to the President of Staples.  She gave me her direct number and I have left two messages on her voice mail, and have not heard from her as of this date.   When she contacted me om November 7, 2016 she started to say that Staples was going to give me a new computer, and I told her that I had all ready sent it back to [redacted], and she asked me to keep her informed, which I was trying to do when I made two calls to her to no avail.

How I was treated in the store was never addressed. I was literally yelled at by a member of management in the store in front of many other shoppers. The store involved has continuously lied, corpirate has sided with the store over and over again although I have witnesses to back up my story. Corpotate is really not interested in the truth. Also, saying that they apoligized for the "inconvenience" is simply untrue. I was also pretty much bullied by Staples over the compensation and am still out over $100.

The customer themselves acknowledged in their own complaint filing that the "website shows that 3 are still available at the [redacted] location and one available at another location in my area." As it stands, we are not able to offer this item at the previously offered price.

My complaint is that the policy stated by their representative is diferent then the policy that they are now presenting. TIhey have obviously  failed to let their representatives know about this policy. I expect them to stand by the policy stated by a staples representative and match the price.
