Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The business has failed to address, solve, or even respond to the points of my complaintThe business'

Unfortunately, the business (which I have called repeatedly and which has made no efforts to resolve the problems thus far) has yet to contact me or make any substantive efforts toward resolutionThis is a very serious matter, and the company, Starbucks, a global brand, has yet to correct the deceptive issue on their app (see attached screenshot from my phone, in which this deceptive bait-and-switch maneuver in tricking users into involuntarily signing up for a NYTimes subscription under the auspices of a "Free App" download continues to appear on the Starbucks iOS app), which is no doubt continuing to mislead potentially millions of users

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I spoke to Lynn and had a great conversation with her. I actually met her at the store the day of the incident. It sounds like Starbucks is taking the appropriate measures which is very assuring. For the first time since the incident, I went to the store but was actually meeting with a police officer that does community outreach. He and a few politicians and upper level police officials will be having a meeting with myself and other community leaders. Lynn plans on attending
Now THAT is what I call getting involved in the community!
