Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: the business asked clients to treat the card like cashNow they rob clients' cash by claiming financial concernsI'm not sure what's the financial concernBut the business never informed me when they closed the cardCredit card company or a seller won't pick up the case after more than daysI have an account with the business, which holds my cashIf the business can rob its clients' money at will, I'm sure whether the business is legitimate to be allowed to exist or at least the cash card program shouldn't be allowed to operate before the financial concern is dealt with, instead of robbing clients' money as an easy way to protect itself at the expense of its clients.Sincerely,*** ***

On April 22, customer was informed by the online order team that the Verona pods were out of stock$has been credited back to the customer's Starbucks Card

I did not remove any funds off my registered Starbucks card Starbucks know there legal team remove the funds on my gold card on my Starbucks account ending in *** also they know the other cards on my Starbucks account one ending in *** that the legal tem removed $off of and the other card ending in *** I need $put on that card ASAP to conclude Starbucks and there legal team are lying please take my side cause u and I both know that Starbucks is lying and I have many times to speak with MR Howard S*** the CEO at Starbucks about this Situation but he has not returned any of my Emails is there any way u can ask him to contact me
