Complaint: [redacted] How about three? Bluff Street, River Road, Smiths.Had a short but good discussion with an employee at the Bluff location He told me that corporate stocked the locations based on their sales data He also said that they kept track of phone calls when they ran out and they had fielded calls while he was there What a ridiculous and horrid waste of customer time--for so many people to expect to come try something that was being advertised to be available for five days and hyped to no end on social media and on the app An "overwhelming response" would not run you out stock in one day; that's Starbucks feeding itself its own hype An underwhelming amount of forethought to stock your stores would run you out in less than one day What a crock Your employees outdid you on this one.Regards, [redacted] ***

I appreciate Starbuck's customer relations help because they handled the issue in regards to the lost funds on baked goodsHowever, it was not just about thatI do hope that the higher up individuals do what they said and make sure that the Starbucks stores that are owned by them are doing what they're supposed to do in regards to the customerThe place I went to in Queens, New York off of the Broadway stop in Astoria, Queens didn't treat me fairlyThe employees at this Starbucks were not only rude, but they had a couple of bugs/vectors trapped where they keep their baked good, which could of made me sick, and the other customers as wellI hope that I don't have this issue againThe store appears to be clean from the first glace but if you look closer like I did that day and see bugs through the glass of where you get your baked goods than that is a turn off in regards to the goodsI went again sometime this week because I like to get a coffee or lemonade, but I am still a little scared to get anything baked again from themThe store didn't have bugs, by the baked good this time nor were the same employees there that day Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, [redacted] ***
