We have an extensive history with this customer regarding his concern and have fully reviewed his case multiple timesWe have determined that as of January 7th, this concern is considered resolved by StarbucksWe were not able to find any unauthorized activity nor did our legal team remove any funds from his Starbucks Card as he allegesUpon review, we found that he was moving the funds between his own registered Starbucks Cards
