On June 22 I ordered two facemasks from Stark’s vacuum company in Portland Oregon. I have not received the masks as of August 2 I have contacted them Four times With no response. I called the company and left a message and they have not called me back.

I placed an order for 2 masks on July 4th which I have still not received. It has been 27 days since they confirmed receiving my order. I wrote to the company directly at the only contact information that was provided ([email protected]) on 7/14/2020 as well as 7/21/2020 but have never received any replies back in regards to my order.

Another concern is that I believe the company is selectively filtering, censoring and quite possibly even fabricating its user submitted reviews for masks to cater their liking. I have submitted a review to their website (https://starks.com/products/face-masks/) on two separate occasions, both of which I provided my name, email address, order number, and detailed review to respectively show proof that I am in fact a verified buyer/owner. Despite all this, my submitted reviews are not shown displayed to their website. The reviews I submitted have been honest and friendly in nature and by no means contain any type of ill will or malice. I even have saved screenshots as proof! I see now this is mentioned by other Revdex.com users as well, and confirms my suspicion that at this company "Not all reviews are treated equal" and that only reviews in which they deem acceptable and or personally agree with are approved and posted on display to their website. I believe this to be a violation of the The Consumer Review Fairness Act which protects consumers’ ability to share their honest opinions about a business’s products, services, or conduct in any forum – and that includes social media.

I have coworkers at our clinic who placed orders for the same size and color masks over 2 weeks after I did and they have all received their orders already. I have still not. Why am I still waiting? Can you tell me when I will get my order? Please help to resolve this issue immediately. Thank you.

I ordered, and paid for, 3 masks and cord locks from Stark's vacuum on 7/5/2020. I have contacted the company via email at least 3 times and once by phone about this matter. There has been no email response, delivery has not arrived, and when I called they said they couldn’t help me and told me to send an email. I have not gotten resolution. You get a stock reply back to your email that there is an open request and someone will be in touch with you, but no one ever is.

I ordered four face masks online on 5/22/2020, My credit card was billed 5/22/2020. I received a shipping notice with a tracking number on 6/5/2020. The tracking number says that the package is "in pre delivery". The post office says that the package never arrived at their receiving site. When I did not receive anything by 6/21/2020, I contacted Starks and received an email from Troy E (TE***@starks.com) offering to resend the masks by priority mail or issue a refund on 6/25/2020. On 6/30/2020 I asked him to resend the masks. No masks (and no shipping notice or tracking number) arrived and on 7/7/2020 I requested a refund. I have attempted to contact Starks multiple times by email (7/9/2020, 7/14/2020, 7/28/2020) and get only an automated response, and by phone (7/14/2020, 7/302020) and am told to contact them by email, or am told that the voice-mailbox is full and I am unable to leave a message.

On 7/3/2020 I ordered and immediately paid for face masks to wear in this current pandemic.
The offer was "Pay for 4 masks and receiver one extra free".

On 7/27/2020 I received an email stating that my entire order had been delivered, but I only received 2 masks, and not 5 like I had paid for.

I tried contacting the business via email and social media, to no avail.

I am trying to purchase face masks from this company online. I ordered 4 get one free on July 14 and have not heard about my order. I have emailed them 3 times and get same blanket answer. I tried calling their store and they tell me they can’t help that they have to send emails to same place. They have already charged my credit card $51.80. I don’t know who to turn to so I am asking for your help.

I received email Monday saying it shipped. I went to USPS with tracking number and is said it was in preshipment status. I checked back on Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally on Wednesday is said shipped and will arrive on Monday. I ordered 4 masks and get 1 free so I will not know if I get this until Monday. Since I only have 7 days to respond, I guess I will hope I get what is promised. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I placed an order for 3 face masks on Friday July 17th. My order number is #*** and My credit card was charged $38.85. Their site and the confirmation email I received said shipping would be 7-10 days after order confirmation. It has been 14 days and I have not heard anything from the company. I have emailed twice and only received an automated response saying someone would get back to me, which has never happened. I also tried calling the store but no one ever answered the phone.

I have not received any type of shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This is something the business said it would provide as soon as orders ship. Since I don’t have that info, and have no way of knowing or tracking if and when my package will arrive I can’t accept this issue as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: I’m appalled at how you manage customer service issues. I ordered my masks almost two months ago, and while your system shows they got delivered I can assure you they did not. And all the post office can say is they got delivered. There was no signature required upon delivery so who knows who they actually got delivered to? Certainly not to me. As to your question about whether or not I have contacted my bank....why do you need to know that? You took my money two months ago and there’s nothing I can do about it since your company clearly does not concern itself with addressing customer concerns until forced into it by the Revdex.com. I was excited to support a small local company during this time, but if your lack of customer service has taught me anything it’s to take a hot second to research a company because one google search would have shown the many complaints filed with the Revdex.com and I could have saved myself $40.

June 14th I ordered and paid with my credit card to Starks online are 4 Mask and I am supposed to get one free. They promised to ship within 7-10 days. After not receiving any notification I called a number I found online and emailed three times but have not received any information regarding my order. My account was charged immediately. I notified them that I am a single parent and the purchase was a major sacrifice, still no mask or mention of shipping. The amount I was billed was $51.80 for 4 mask and the order number is [Order #***] . Please assist with this matter!

Is there something else we need to do?

I ordered two masks on Jul 10. Shipping was repeatedly delayed, so I had to purchase alternative masks and no longer need the masks from Starks. I asked multiple times for them to cancel my order and refund my money (my credit card was immediately charged). Since then, all I have gotten are form emails. No response from an actual person. I haven't found a phone number to call. All correspondence has been via email. I have tried multiple email addresses for the company and their customer service.

Terrible fit and quality. Large gap at the chin, way too long, and gaps at nose, adjusting beads do not change the issue. I wrote to customer service requesting a return, and they refused. I spent $50 on 4 masks that gap and don't protect. I purchased 3 to get one free.

On July 13, I ordered 4 face masks. My credit card was charged for the total but I have yet to receceive notification of shipment. I've tried contacting the customer support email twice with no response other that a auto-generated one promising follow-up that never happens. I'm moving in two weeks and either need to change the shipping address or cancel the order. I explained that in both emails to the company.

I ordered 9 masks from this company on 7/13/2020 when the shipping note stated 5-9 days for shipping. I never received an email confirmation and as of 7/30/2020 I still have not received a shipping notification. I sent emails to the support address for the company twice. One on 7/13/20 due to not receive email confirmation. I asked if I possibly typed my email wrong and if order was received; no reply. I sent the other on 7/16/2020 restated the above mentioned information and asking for an confirmation or an update on my order although I have a screenshot of the order number. I reached out earlier this week via Facebook reviews and commenting area and still no response. My order number is *** and my total paid was $116.55. If my order has not already been shipped and confirmation of that cannot be provided I would just like an immediate refund.

I purchased 12 face masks from Starks vacuums on July 16 2020 (buy 6 masks get 2 free). I was expecting 16 masks with my order.
Starks had indicated that I would be notified when my order shipped and expected ship date was 7-10 days.
I contacted Starks after the 10th day (July 27 2020) as I had not received an email indicating that my paid order had shipped.
Stark's replied with an email on July 27th indicating they were delayed.
I replied by email on July 27th and indicated that I could no longer wait for the order and had to make other arrangements for face masks and asked for a full refund to my credit card.
Stark's did not reply to my email request nor issue a refund.
I emailed Stark's again on July 29th requesting a full refund with no reply from the company.
I contacted my financial intuition to dispute the charges.
