I placed an order of 2 face masks and cord locks with the company (order# ***) on 7/15 and the company states I will receive a notification e-mail 7-10 days after my order confirmation email that it has shipped. To this day, I still not have received anything. At this point, I would like a refund for the full amount.

I am rejecting this response because I asked for a refund prior to the item being shipped. Instead, they marked it shipped and disregarded my request for refund. I want a refund asap as this is poor service and they ignored my e-mail request.

I am rejecting this response because of poor service. You also now place the adjustment pieces on the mask which the only reason I ordered the extra ones was because your ad said those were needed to adjust...your new design that we received now has them. It's not right to false advertise because now I'm stuck with something I won't need and paid for.

I ordered 6 face masks from Starks via their website on 7/3/2020, order # ***. I received 2 of the masks. Their automated shipping message stated that all items were shipped and delivered. I have inquired with their customer service messaging account 4 times and have still not been acknowledged for this issue. I am owed either 4 masks, or approximately $51.

I ordered 2 masks on 5/31/2020. A shipment notification went out on June 18, and then all tracking stopped. I have emailed both the customer service address as well as the mask-specific customer support email address over 4 times in the past month with no response. I want my money back.

I ordered 6 face masks (purchase 6, get 2 free) from Stark's July 2, 2020 & have yet to receive them. Today is July 28! I've tried being patient knowing they must be VERY busy due to pandemic. They actually charged my credit card on July 3rd-the next day after my order. I've never received a tracking number nor any communication from them. Today I've decided to send them an email complaint expressing my dissatisfaction; hence, my further decision to contact Revdex.com. These masks are for school so I will be needing them asap. I hope you can help me toward a timely solution. Thank YOU!

I ordered 4 Starks Face Coverings on June 18, 2020 Order #*** and the $51.80 total cost was charged to my credit card. I have, to date, not received them. A week later I receive an email stating that my order was in pre-transit from their Portland, OR warehouse. Then on June 26 a new email states "Your Stark's Vacuums order is on its way" and that the 4 Starks face coverings is being shipped via USPS to my address. They also state that "USPS is running slow and that many packages are being tracked in their system even though a number has been assisgned. Your package has been shipped. I apologize and thank your for your patience. Your tracking number is 9200...". I tried this number with USPS tracking and they state it can't be tracked. I send an inquiry to [email protected] on July 16 stating I haven't received my order. They reply on the same day and assign my request a number (***) and state they will review my inquiry ASAP, that they have a backlog and apologize if my attempts at getting a resolution have gotten lost. I respond to this email on July 23 and said that if I don't get a satisfactory response by July 27 that I will be filing a complaint. I am requesting a refund of my $51.80

I ordered my masks weeks ago and they never arrived. I have written several times and received no answer. They have no phone number for the mask department.

I ordered 4 face masks from this on company on May 5 and have yet to receive anything from them. My credit card was immediately charged at the time of order, and I have already paid for masks in which I do not have. The company sent me an email on May 15 claiming the 4 masks were shipped, but USPS tracking number indicates items not yet received by USPS. I have tried contacting this company numerous times through emailing, however the company fails to respond to any email inquires about the order. I am trying to have the order canceled and my money refunded this has gone on for far too long.

I placed my order over a month ago. I was billed $58. Attempts to reach via phone; they do not answer or they answer and immediately hang up without saying anything. I received an email stating they'd mailed my order on July 18th with a USPS tracking number that was 27 digits long (I point this out because tracking numbers are usually 20-22 digits long). After another 10 days of not receiving my order, and the tracking number stating 'incorrect tracking number', I have emailed several times asking for another update. On the 24th, I actually received an apology response, and Erica stated she packed and will mail the package that day (so obviously it was never mailed as they stated prior). Ah, and what's even more interesting is that I was provided the exact same 27 digit tracking number as 10 days prior. Obviously, as I attempt to use this number to track my order, it states 'incorrect tracking number'. I understand they may be backlogged, but to blatantly lie to customers, bill them immediately upon ordering, give tracking numbers that are not trackable, is such bad customer service and poor practice. I either want a full refund, or if my order arrives and the masks are as unacceptable as the other complaints have read, then I also am requesting a full refund and I will return the masks accordingly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered face masks from this company in early July. I saw their ad on Facebook. I ordered four masks and was supposed to get a free mask with the order of four. The four masks arrived ca. July 8th, but I've never received the extra free mask. I have sent two emails to the company and have posted on their Facebook page. I've only received an automated reply, and I've never received the extra mask. I know they have been very busy, but the lack of response is very disappointing. I want the extra mask that was promised to me.

There are a number of people, myself included, who ordered masks that never arrived. We cannot get refunds as their customer service email never responds. Several reviewers have said the same. We purchased something that they refuse to honor or even refund if they were unable to fulfill. It seems like they're taking advantage of the pandemic and scamming people.

They allegedly sent the packages in a mass shipping order via a third party, so that way none of us can get any accurate tracking. We can't prove where the packages are if they were even sent. Just as they can't prove that they sent it at all or where they ended up at.

I ordered masks and was charged $51.80 for the 4 masks on 7/11. Starting on 7/18 and for multiple days (it is now 7/27) I have been sending emails to cancel the order and refund the purchase price as the items have not shipped. I have not heard anything from this company in regards to my cancellation and refund.

Contacted the company after receiving the masks to tell them that they were too small and they would not refund my money! These masks are too small for some adults as the ear loops don't expand like other masks. Amazing that they would not refund my money. They also did not include the beads as they said they would. Very disappointing customer service. Now I have two masks I cannot wear. How lame is that!

Starks aggressively advertised via social media and claims on their website that delivery will occur within 7-12 days from order confirmation. My order was confirmed and my account debited for the order amount of $51.80 on July 8, 2020. I have attempted emails with the company and only received the canned response that we have received your request.

I have emailed once again to cancel my order and refund my account since goods have not been shipped nor received.

On July 6th I ordered 4 masks from Starks through a Facebook ad.
They promised they would be sent at most 9 days with free shipping and two additional free masks. OK ... July 15th came and went, in the meantime I emailed their customer service dept. multiple times to no avail. The did not respond. I continued to see their ad on FB, and on their main website again proclaiming that the masks would be sent out on at most 9 days (false advertising) in addition they are still marketing these masks on facebook and have not met their obligations to existing clients. Place an order for face mask on 7/7/2020 -email company on 7/9/2020 to cancel order! Received automated response a rep will get back in touch no one get in touch. Sent multiple email thereafter to cancel and refund my money nothing! Maybe 7-10 days package arrive- took pictures of package next day return package to company priority mail USPS-received delivery and signature notification-package delivered on7/20/20. Email company after notification to refund my money still no refund ! Sent 10 plus emails on this issue no refund! Spoke to my lawyer and he advised I should try you all first - before his office take my case! Took every step to resolve this issue with Stark’s! Thank you

I previously ordered face masks from this company, which were far too big. After receiving the face mask I found on the company's website they offer cord locks to help shorten the ear strap, so I placed order 254596 for the set of 10 ball style cord locks.

I received the order and it is completely not what is described or pictured on the website. Instead of 10 ball style cord locks, I received 10 small black pony beads. The picture and product dimensions on their site in no way match the product I received. I contacted the company's customer service and have only received a canned response that they are receiving a very high volume of customer service requests and they are a small business so may take a long time to get back to me.

I found on their facebook site that when someone else asked about how to shorten cords, the company indicated "beads with a 4 mm opening work great." What was sent to me were indeed beads with a 4 mm opening, but that is absolutely not what I ordered and does not work great at all (it doesn't even fit on the cord to begin with, the opening is too small - the dimensions of the opening as listed on the product page I ordered from is *** mm opening for the ball style cord lock which I suspect is a much more appropriate size opening to do the task). I suspect this company is overwhelmed by orders they don't have in stock so they are sending what they think is a replacement item. It is in no way a replacement and pony beads are far far cheaper than the amount they charged me.

I ordered 2 face masks, the "ad" said the mask had elastic for the ears but the masks received do not. It is not possible to stretch the material sufficiently to hook it onto the ear. Additionally, they offered kids and adult sizes, the masks received are way too small for an adult. As a woman, the mask barely fits me and I purchased these masks for my husband who is quite a bit bigger than I am; they claim these masks don't fog eyeglasses and he wears eyeglasses. I contacted them and no word saying the are receiving a large volume.... Please help.
