I ordered 4 face masks from Starks.com on 6/27/2020 and never received the order. An email provided by Starks.com on 7/13/2020 with a tracking number shows the order is still in preorder status (tracking number created but item not received by the post office from the vendor). Order not received and not delivered. Two email's over a week apart to [email protected] went unanswered, no phone # to talk to a customer service rep. Finally found an email for an employee after pursuing other complaints of poor customer service on the Starks.com social media. Short response to me was that the order was delivered. No response to additional follow-up emails to the same individual stating the order was not delivered and there was a discrepancy in tracking with USPS. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced with a company.

I ordered face masks from Stark's a month ago, was billed, and was notified that they were shipped but they have not arrived. Several requests to the company for an answer or refund have not been answered.

Ordered two masks at 5:05am on July 16, 2020. Credit card was immediately charged $25.90 yet masks were not shipped until two weeks later, on July 30, 2020. Masks arrived August 3, 2020. Opening the package it was clear that the masks were of two very different sizes. Trying them on, one mask would not fit at all and the other did not fit well and fogged my glasses (which they advertise does not happen with their masks). Neither mask is acceptable. I contacted them via email yet there has been no response whatsoever, except an "emotional" automated email receipt confirmation (triggered by my customer service contact) explaining "...unexpected spike in customer service inquiries...creating a bit of a backlog." But yet, their extremely strong Facebook advertising push continues. If they were serious about providing a quality product and quality service, wouldn't they back off the aggressive promotion a bit until they got their house in order? Bottom line is that I paid for two masks that were a waste of money and the company is non-responsive.

I ordered multiple face mask from them on their website they charged my account $116 and change but I never received my product. I can't seem to reach them either

I ordered 3 face masks from Starks Vacuums on 7/3/2020. They advertise they are quick delivery. The latest 2-3 weeks. Here we are 6 weeks later and no facial masks. The immediate withdrew the money when I placed the ordered. There is no phone number to be found. I have emailed them 3 times and it was a generic response. I was on their website and customers have prefer after me and received their masks. Very disappointed.

I ordered four masks and I was supposed to get one free. The [Order #***] and the order was placed on (July 31, 2020). I have not received my masks, no shipping information, and no reply when I contacted them.

I ordered face masks from this company at the beginning of July. My order number is ***. On July 3rd I got an email stating that my order had shipped thru USPS. On July 6th the amount of $51.80 was charged to my bank account. It is now August 12th and I still do not have my face mask order. I have made several email attempts inquiring about my order and only receive an automated reply. At this point I just want my money refunded to me.

I ordered masks in white and I received black. I have contacted them several times to correct their error since my original order in June. I have not heard back. I would like the maksts I ordered.

I purchased 4 masks on 7/3/20 and had my card charged on 7/4/20. I never received a tracking number upon shipment like I was suppose to. So that was telling me that my masks were not even shipped. On 8/1/20 I received a delivery conformation email. According to the email it said if I haven't received my order to wait 24-48 hours then contact starks.com. so I did on 8/4/20, 8/7/20 and even called and left a Voicemail on 8/7/20. I have heard nothing from anybody regarding anything except automated email responses. I'm extremely upset that I have not received my masks nobody is reaching out to help and I had my money taken.

Like others who have complained to Revdex.com, I ordered 4 masks (2 extra to come free) on 07.15.2020 and haven't received masks, or a response to follow up e-mails, or been able to find anyone at the company who will answer the phone. On 7/12/20 I ordered four face Masks from Starks.com. A fifth was supposed to be included free. I was charged $51. 80 and my order number is ***. I wrote to them in July 22 and received a automated response. I was told I would be contacted concerning the order. No one has contacted me. I wrote again with no response.

I ordered masks 2 months ago and have gotten nothing. I have given the business a substantial amount of time to resolve this. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and they refuse to respond. I was sent contact info from one of their social media sites for a person in charge, that person never responded. I have it on record from a post office investigation that this company NEVER SENT the package to me that I have paid for and can provide this evidence as needed. Considering that this is the case, evidenced by the post office themselves, I don't know if anyone can trust the business. I have been as graceful and forgiving as possible but at this point I have no other recourse but to file with the Revdex.com. I don't know what else to do. They are taking advantage of people's coronavirus fears.

I ordered 4 masks on July 15th and still have not received them. I contacted Starks via email a few times with no response. They sent an email saying my items have shipped. It’s been 10 days since that email and I still have not received my masks or ANY response from Starks other than an automated reply email saying they would get back to me....and they have not. I am a teacher and really need a good mask. I ordered them well before school started. Now school has started and I do not have these masks.

I ordered 2 mask over a month ago. I have received no shipping notice on these. I have emailed and called them numerous times with no response. They took my money and there's no product. I don't know if this is a scam or what. Their customer service is really bad.

I placed an order for 4 masks(but 4 get 1 free) for a total of five masks.
Order #***] (July 16, 2020) And was charged and paid to my Visa Debit and paid in full in the amount of 51.80. I was told I would be contacted in 7-10 days with a tracking number. That as of Today has not happened. I emailed them several times with no response. 3 of the masks are for my husband who is in a skilled nursing facility. He asks me daily as he is at high risk for COVID and wants these yesterday. We just want our masks as quickly as possible. 7-10 days has long since passed. The company thus far has not come through on their promises.

I ordered marks from Stark's Vacuum on July 8 and they immediately charged my account. It is over a month later and they still have not shipped, after promising to deliver them within a few weeks.

I ordered two masks that we shipped on July 27th. Order # ***. Today is August 11th and the masks have not been delivered yet. USPS says that they are still in transit (should have been delivered on August 1st). I tried to file a claim with USPS but could not because the package was not insured. I have tried to contact Stark's twice and have asked for a refund but have not received a response. I understand that things are delayed due to Covid but I feel I've been very patient. I would just like a refund for my two adult masks.

I purchased face masks On 06/26/2020. It stated they would ship in six days. The money was taken out of my account the sameness day. I have tried five or six times to contact Starks to get a Answer as to when I may receive my product. As of to day I still have not received a answer or my face masks. I have tried both email and text to contact Starks.
