I wanted cloth masks since they are now required in my state, I saw advertisements from Stark Vacuums on *** - buy 4 masks get one free. Sounded good per the advertisement so I ordered 4 masks on July 11, 2020. Received a verification for my order #303047 total price of $51.80. Money was immediately deducted from my account. The verification promised shipping in 10-11 days which seemed long, but I accepted. Received email (seemed like a "form letter") on 7/20 saying shipping was delayed 2-3 weeks more, I responded asking for an immediate shipment as promised or my money returned. I got more of these "form letter" replies with several excuses for delay but never a firm ship date or my refund. I now see on your website they have done this to several other customers since April! They are still running that same exact ad on *** promising "in stock and free fast shipping". As of now, I don't want the masks (as I repeatedly told them) I want my money returned ASAP.

I am rejecting this response because: The refund they claim to have made has not cleared my bank. I purposely waited 24 hours after receiving their "verification" of a refund. Still nothing showing up in my bank on my debit card account.

I placed a $51.80 order for Covid-19 face masks which was charged to my credit card on June 22nd. I have received nothing and no response from multiple emails, only mass notices to customers claiming the orders have been shipped.

With regard to complaint #*** against Starks Vacuums:

I received the ordered merchandise and consider this to be a satisfactory resolution.

Stark’s Vacuum is seriously lacking in customer service and communication. I placed an order and paid $77.70 on June 27, 2020. Starks’s website indicated shipping issues had been resolved and they were shipping in 3 to 5 days. So on July 2, when I hadn’t received any shipping information, I emailed Stark’s and offered to take a substitute color if one of the color masks was delaying shipping. Starks had indicated to use "[email protected]" for any order related questions. So my emails went to the above email address as well the email for the company CEO.

All I received as a response was an automated response which said “Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.”

On July 3, I again sent an email and again received the same automated response: “Your request has been received…”

After 10 days, on July 7, I again emailed Stark’s and asked for shipping information. Once again, all I received was the same automated response: “Your request has been received.”

After two weeks, on July 10, I called the Stark’s store. I told the gentleman who answered that I had a question about an online order. He said that he couldn’t help me and that I had to use the email. I told him that I had used the email repeatedly and kept getting an automated answer. He said “I know.” So I then emailed Stark’s and indicated that it had been two weeks with no shipping information and no response to my emails. I said to cancel the order and refund the $77.70 I paid.

On July 12, I received an automated email that indicated my order was getting ready to be shipped. I immediately emailed the zendesk email address and the company CEO and said “This order was cancelled. Do not ship.” On July 13, I again sent a message and told them not to ship.

Unbelievably, they ignored my repeated requests to cancel and still shipped the order.

I order 4 masks and have been emailing the company to cancel and nobody answers my email.

I bought four masks on 6/14/20 and they took the money out the following day. I have reached out three times asking when the masks should arrive and I have never received a reply. I’m beyond frustrated that I have not been able to get in contact with Stark’s regarding my purchase.

The masks I ordered would not fit a child. There is no way to contact them. I have emailed four times with no response.

DO NOT ORDER THE MASKS THEY ADVERTISE! WE ORDERED OURS 7 WEEKS AGO AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER ASSOCIATED WITH THE MASK MAKING PART OF THE BUSINESS. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED AN EMAIL TO ME OR CALLED ME PER MY REQUEST. WHEN I CALL ONE OF THEIR STORES, THEY CANNOT GIVE ME ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. "TROY IS IN CHARGE" IS WHAT THEY SAID. I ASKED FOR TROY'S PHONE NUMBER AND HE DOESN'T HAVE ONE. LOCAL FAMILY, LOCAL COMPANY SCAMMING LOCAL PEOPLE. SHAME ON YOU STARK'S.

I ordered, and paid for, 3 masks from Stark's vacuum on 6/21/2020. On 7/7/2020 a package arrived containing 1 mask. I have contacted the company no less than 10 times via email, phone, FB message and instagram message about this matter. I have not gotten resolution. Their customer service is non-existent. You get a stock reply back to your email that someone will be in touch with you but no one ever is. On FB I got a reply that said to send yet another email to Troy E at email address t***@starks .com. I've done that many times and have not heard back from him. Clearly you are over your head when it comes to this mask thing. I guess you never anticipated such a response. The ironic thing is that the one mask I did get I liked. But since then, all I've received is lies, untruths and no response at all.

I waited until I actually had the masks in my possession to approve the resolution. The fact that it took involvement from the Revdex.com for the business to respond says something in and of itself. I reached out to them no less than ten times via email, phone, IG and Facebook and they ignored me. Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance.

On 6/24/20 I placed and order for two masks from Starks vacuums website order # ***. My CC ending in *** was promptly charged $25.90 ref# ***. Most companies charge only when the order is shipped. The website said delivery should be in 12 to 14 days due to high volume. I checked the website every few days to check my order status. It showed to be pending. When I checked on 7/8, my order had been cancelled. No reason given. No email or call. On 7/9/20 I emailed Starks at [email protected] as per their website instructions, no response. I followed up with emails on 7/13 7/15 and 7/17 asking why my paid order was cancelled and requesting a refund. The only response was an auto email response on 7/15. Nothing since then. No emails, no phone call and no refund. As of today 7/19, no one from Starks has contacted me regarding my shipment, my cancelled order or my refund. All of my contact info on the website is correct They have had my money for almost a month and have done nothing one would expect a reputable company to do.

I ordered 6 face masks from the company Stark’s Vacuums in Portland, which advertises online and mostly on ***. The ad claims that it’s a small local Portland business and the masks are from them. Nowhere does it mention they are shipped from and manufactured abroad. The whole point of ordering the masks was to support a small business that makes their product here, not one that has outrageous shipping and delivery times because it is waiting for shipments from Vietnam. This also means I have no idea what chemicals and other products were used when making the masks. I don’t trust the product at all because of this deception and am looking for a refund.

Ordered face masks from this company over a month ago (6/12/20). My credit card was charged at the time of order. Supposedly shipped 6/23/20 but USPS tracking number indicates items not yet received by USPS. Company fails to respond to email inquires about the order. I am trying to have the order canceled and my money refunded.

I purchased face masks from Stark's after seeing a *** ad. I purchased them on 5/29/2020. They were "shipped" on 6/16/2020. It is 7/17/2020 and my face masks are still in Portland with no updated shipping. I have attempted to contact the company via ***, *** messanger, email, phone, "ask an expert", reviews and even called a couple of their storefronts in an attempt to get contact information for the site making the face masks. I have received no communication from the company. I filed a case with USPS but they could not help me. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and want a refund but I have no way to communicate with the company.

Stark has sent me a refund on Thursday, July 23rd., 18 days after I ordered. All I asked for was a tracking number since they charged me right away. Normally businesses do not charge until it is shipped. They would not answer and only send blsmket emails that they are working on the masks. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order for 4 masks and 1 package of cord locks on June 27, 2020. The amount of $59.79 was added to my credit card on June 29, 2020. I have NOT received my order. I have reached out to the company via email and received an email response listing the Inquiry # (***) and was told that my order would be reviewed. I have not received an update. I have sent another email referencing the Inquiry # and have had no response. I have called every phone # that I have been able to trace and have not gotten through to anyone.

This company heavily advertises their covid-19 protective face masks on *** and on their website. They advertise that with the purchase of 4 masks, you get one free mask, and with the purchase of 6 masks, you get 2 free masks which will be added to your order during packing.

Because of this advertising, I purchased 6 masks for $12.95 each, expecting to receive the 2 "free" masks (for a total of 8) when I received my order. I did not. I received only the six masks for which I paid $77.70. They did not send the promised free masks.

I immediately sent an email to their support letting them know about the problem, and asked them what, if anything they needed from me to help resolve the situation. I offered to send a photo of the shipping label that showed the shipping weight hoping that would confirm that there were not 8 masks in the package. That was on July 6th. I received no response. I have since sent two more emails to support asking for some sort of response or else I would need to escalate this to an outside agency, but have heard nothing.

Because they have not responded, I wanted to try one more time to give them a chance to reply, so I found one direct contact email address for someone at Stark's. I tried that on July 11th, and pleaded for someone to please help resolve this. No response once again.

I just want the 2 masks that were supposed to come with my order. I did not want to escalate this, but I feel that I have no choice. Starks is not only ignoring my emails, but they also deleted my review which contained my contact information, and filtered posts on *** which were additional opportunities for them to contact me to for resolution. They declined.

I ordered 4 masks from Stark's on June 9, I paid $51.80 for the masks, by credit card. I never received the masks. I have emailed them about it over and over. I get a automated response that says they will contact me but they never do. There is no phone number anywhere to call and talk to them about it. I cannot get their attention about not receiving my order.

In early July 2020 I placed an order with Starks Vacuum/face masks div., Portland, OR for 5 facemasks (2 blue - 2 grey and one free) I received a notice the the items were shipped as ordered and to expect them shortly.
On July 11th I received only 2 masks. One Blue and one Grey. I also received an email stating my entire order had been delivered.
As it was Saturday I did not try to contact the company bur sent an email to :[email protected] explaining the receipt of only 2 masks and requested an explanation and resolution or the discrepancy
I did not receive a confirmation of the email or reply to the request for information. By July 14th no additional masks or response was received. On July 15 I placed a call into the Portland , OR number at 10:30 DST. I left a voicemail. After realizing my mistake of not taking the time zone difference into consideration I called again at 1 PM. The call went directly to a person named David. After explaining my situation to David, he told me there was nothing he could do and to email the support address, Although the did not think they would do anything either. I told him I already had and got no response he indicated he was not surprised. I asked him if he could do nothing for me to be connected with someone that could..

It is now 7/13/20, the shipping status still shows "Pre-Shipment", the masks have not arrived, and there has been no response to my e-mail inquires of 7/7/20 (request ***) and 7/9/20 (request ***).

I ordered, purchased, and was charged for two masks on June 6, 2020. . I have not received the masks yet with no credible response from the business. I emailed support 4 times. I received automated messages saying they are swamped with the number of inquiries. I next received a shipping notification on July 3rd. This looks like it is false. When reviewing the shipping tracking number on the USPS site, it says that a label was created on July 2nd but USPS is still awaiting the item.

I just want a refund or the mask soon. 7 weeks for mask is too much time. I have orders multiple times from Etsy and received those masks with in days. This seems like a scam.
